Service was always easy and quick. People there are very nice and treat you well. It was a nice experience.

I hate writing negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel like I should so that someone doesn't have to experience the same thing that I experienced. I had a scheduled service appointment at West Point on Friday, January. 16th at 4p and arrived about 15 minutes early. When we pulled into the service drive we sat there for around 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. Multiple employees saw us sitting there, and one person from the service department even walked right past our car. No greeting, no "we'll be right with you," nothing at all. We eventually left without getting our service done. What made it even worse is that no one from West Point followed up afterward. No call. No apology. No attempt make the situation better in any way. We went to West Point first because it's close to us in the Energy Corridor, and wanted to use a dealership close to home. After that experience, as soon as we got home, I scheduled service with Bayway instead. When I lived on the other side of town I used Bayway with my other Lincoln and have ALWAYS had a good experience. The very next day after making my service appointment, Curtis from Bayway called me, introduced himself, explained what to expect when we arrive. He even gave me his personal cell number and said to call him anytime and he'd take care of us. After leaving West Point, I did receive automated texts saying that we had missed our appointment. When I replied and was told someone would get back to me, but no one has followed up at all. We bought our Lincoln from Bayway after having a bad experience with the sales department at West Point as well. Bayway was friendly and made us feel like we weren't bothering them. West Point has now had two chances with us, and both times the experience was not good. Lincoln isn't a cheap brand, and this did not feel like a luxury experience at all. Being ignored and then them having no follow up isn't what I'd expect from the Lincoln brand. Very disappointed! read more

Good: - A lot of the customer service personnel are good. - Good amenities and waiting area for service. Bad: - On purchase: Bought a Lincoln Navigator Black Label in 2023 and had some defects they couldn't fix. Long story short, I had to settle with a manufacturer rebate. This could've been one bad car. FYI if you spend over 100k on a car, you would think the car should function normally. - Service: They provided a new loaner. I didn't even bother to check for any scratches or scuffs since it had less than 1800 miles on it. I trusted the service advisor would catch this. This is plain stupid of me and I should've known better. Never ever trust the dealership. I come back after my car has been in service for a little over a week. Lo and behold, the service advisor points out a scuff on the passenger wheel. I know for a fact that I didn't hit any curb. But I can't prove that. It was my oversight for not checking a car before I drove it off. To make matters more suspicious, the general service manager said it would cost $250. I wonder how he came up with that number so fast? I wonder if the service team gets incentivized to increase revenue any little way they can to receive bonuses. I'm also wondering if they played this game with other folks. Note: There are some fantastic people working at this dealership. Unfortunately, I don't like paying for something I know I didn't cause. Overall: I'm extremely disappointed with service. I'll most likely sell this car and take my business elsewhere. Until then, I'm stuck here for the time being due to the warranty. Took my new Lincoln in for a noise coming from the rear end going over speed bumps. Turned out to be a defective shock absorber. Great communication with my service rep Arthur. Only complaint was it took over a week to get the shock absorbers replaced due to personnel loading. read more

Decent car buying experience. Not the best, not the worst. Salesman was very nice, and the price of the vehicle was competitive. The downside was, as is with most dealerships, they are very pushy with the unnecessary vehicle add ons. In this case it was permaplate and nanocure. They came down on the price of these but refused to take them off completely. Finance was not pushy with GAP, extended warranty, or service plans, which was a nice surprise. If it wasn't for the unnecessary add-ons, this would have been a great dealership experience. read more

I am extremely disappointed in the level of service and integrity demonstrated by West Point Lincoln in Houston. I originally leased my Lincoln MKC 2019 through this dealership in 2019 from Khai. At that time, there were no disclosed issues with the vehicle. In 2022, I chose to purchase the vehicle at lease end. At no point during the purchase process was I informed of any known or developing issues with the car. Fast forward to today -- the vehicle is now in their service department with significant problems. What is most frustrating is not just the mechanical issue itself, but the complete lack of customer advocacy and support from the dealership. I have repeatedly asked Dylan from the service department to: * Contact Lincoln on my behalf for goodwill assistance * Escalate the matter to regional representatives * Explore any available support options Each request has been met with resistance or dismissal. I've been told there is "nothing they can do," which is simply not accurate. Dealerships absolutely have the ability to advocate for their customers and request goodwill assistance from the manufacturer -- they are choosing not to. As a long-term customer who both leased and purchased through this dealership, I expected transparency, accountability, and partnership when issues arise. Instead, I have experienced indifference and a lack of basic customer care. Buying a luxury vehicle should come with a luxury service experience. Unfortunately, that has not been the case here. I would not recommend West Point Lincoln based on my experience. read more

Don't waste your time with these clowns! Bought a new Aviator had it 9 months and got rid of it. No more Ford products for me. It all started from the time of purchase trying to push this glass and paint warranty package for 3900 dollars, said I had to pay for it as it was already installed on the vehicle. Got up and started to leave and they removed it from the price. Should have followed my gut instincts and walked! The car was 5 months old and the sunroof gasket was torn at the rear of the glass. I contacted the dealership, made an appt. and dropped off the vehicle for repair. After 4 days was contacted by the dealership and was told it was not covered under warranty because I had caused the problem or some outside interference had caused the damage and it could be fixed for 2400.00. I contacted Ford consumer relations and raised enough "". "" and they agreed to fix it for 600.00 in which I still wasn't happy with but went ahead with repairs. After 3 months go by my wife is washing the car and asked me to come look at the sunroof, and yes the gasket is torn in the same identical place and same size of tear. The car has never been through a drive through car wash nor has it been run under tree limbs. I contacted the dealership and made another appt. to bring the car back in, and yes 4 days later contacted by the dealership and was told again non warranty and it would cost 1600. 00 to repair. Contacted Ford customer relations again and the gentleman who I had spoke with before was no longer there and put me to a lady and she basically told me to pound sand!! I contacted the dealership and left three messages for the general manager and never recieved a phone call. I contacted the service writer and told him I was coming to pick up the car. After arriving at the dealership, got to speak with the Service manager and he assured me that he was sending a email to his contact with Ford and he would get back to me with a resolution and was also going to get my 600.00 that I had paid refunded. Two weeks go by no word, sent an email and he replied he was still working on it and assured me he was going to get me taken care of. Two more months go by not a word until I ran into him at Costco and I informed him I got rid of the car. This car also had 6 recalls in 9 months. I took my vehicle in to get serviced and to replace the catalytic converter. After less than a day I had to take it back due to the spark plugs, after less than a week I had to take it back due to O2 sensors. In between the spark plugs and O2 sensors I heard a noise when driving on the freeway, turns out they forgot to resecure the undershield. When I brought it up to them, they told me because I got my brakes done at brake check, they would not be fixing their mistake. (I still don't know why they believe brake check has anything to do with it). I emailed their management and got a (possibly automated) email back saying they received my email but never heard back or have even spoken with anyone since I left the dealership. The West Point in sugar land isn't perfect but at least they back up their work. read more

I'm giving 3 stars, because Lincoln has always been a first choice, but, disappointed is an under statement when it comes to this particular location. I can only assume; I was rejected service due to having an older model car (2016). But, it wasn't old enough to verbally state I'd be charged a 100$ just to tell me I need to visit an after market shop for several issues; allegedly. Just to find out every test passed on my car at Ford dealership and all I needed was some replaced fuses. I'm disappointed in knowing I wasn't deserving enough to have them replaced after paying off my car in full! Thanks for nothing, besides charging me to storage my car. read more

My 2024 Nautilus developed Powertrain Malfunction/Reduced Power issues with my Transmission. I was provided a loaner vehicle (smaller than my vehicle) and was told it would be a month to 5 weeks for repairs. I was told there is one one transmission technician and there were several vehicles in line ahead of me. The service department did a great job in taking care of multiple issues with my aging Navigator. Donavan kept me up to date with costs and timing. All worked will. The manager Brett even assisted with the service, just to be hands on so we knew he was there to assist us with any issues. The don't even see managers in most places , so very refreshing. read more

Having purchased our first Lincoln, after having 3 Lexus, from Westside Lexus, it's hard to compare a 10 star facility to a one star. Lexus customers service, Lincoln, 1 star. Greeting when you pull into for service with Lexus, 10 star, people come and get your information additional they know you are here as there is a tag that lights up the sign with your name along with notification to your service manager. I purchased a new Lincoln Aviator in May of 2023. In one year I received 2 recalls for issues with the rear camera. We decided to trade the car and contacted David Le to start the refund process on the unused warranty and vehicle service. Mr. Le (finance director) informed my wife the refund would come to use on a debit card due to a "deal" with Chase bank. I sent Mr. Le two emails to explain we paid cash down and didn't use a card. I explained I wanted a check. I sent this 5 days ago and still have not received a response. I have no issue with the service department. I think it's a bad practice to not respond to a customer whether they be current or not. read more
