    I've had the worst experience dealing with Alfredo Ott, the sales consultant at this dealership and the management team. Firstly, Alfredo told me they only sell new cars at this dealership because he probably believed I was not going to buy from him right then and there! All they want at this place is your money, or get out! I talked to manager above him, Ryan, but he also played games with me and kept on saying Alfredo is a great sales consultant, never acknowledging my valid experience. Moving on up to the management to see if there was some sort of resolution we can make, Ronny Haring resulted to yelling at us! He was being extremely rude and unprofessional! How can you have managers that yell at customers?! Ben Saxton, who supposedly 'would take care of things' also defended Alfredo instead of listening to my concerns! He is one of the highest up in charge was also a liar! Ben Saxton's cellphone number is 480-512-9720, and he stated that the very next day there will be a new inventory and he will call me with the cars of my interest in mind to assist me in finding a car... well, you would have guessed it, he never called me ! I was polite and looking for a vehicle to commute to work and saw the reviews here were good, but I just got messed up on left, front, and center. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. There's a reason why car salesman have a horrible reputation, it is because you LIE LIE LIE! At the expense of your 'customer'. This place is just about the numbers and filling the salaries and commissions!

    If a vehicle is advertised as Gold Certified, shouldn't all this be included in the selling price w/o markups?

    Unless you are a fan of the "bait and switch," I would recommend skipping Mike Calvert when shopping for a used vehicle. My husband and I found a Toyota Tacoma on their website that met our checklist and was advertised as "Toyota Gold Certified." The price listed online was $30,994, which was in our price range and we test drove it on Saturday evening. After driving back on Monday to close the deal, we were surprised to find an additional $3,994 "MTC Protection" charge added, which brought the price of the truck to almost $40,000 with tax, title, and license. When we said we did not want this "extra" stuff, we were told they could not take it off. We explained that we wanted to pay the price that was listed on their website (and showed them the listing on our phone to prove we were not just pulling numbers out of the air) the manager adamantly said that he could not remove the MTC Protection charge. We told him that if it was not optional, it should have been included in the price listed on the website to begin with. Apparently he didn't want the sale that badly, because he chose to let us walk out the door rather than honor the price that was listed on the Mike Calvert website.     Not happy with Toyota Tech, Lillian, who was busy socializing with the lady in the second desk in the glass office, showing long dresses on her phone. I ended up going to another person to find out what was going on with my car. They went and got Lillian. Not good. Lillian then told me what was needed was not available. I told her she had me waiting almost two hours to say they didn't have what was needed especially since I could see her socialization. Really????? Very unacceptable!!!!! If I could give her a zero, I would. I still have to return and I live in Richmond!!! I might have to give my business to the dealership out here.

    So I'm here for a regular service but also have a few other issues / repairs needed. I notified the service department when I made my appointment. So fast forward to today. I arrive for my appointment and check in and confirm that I would like the squeaky breaks fixed and my cross bars repaired. I'm unsure of whether the service department is adverse to doing work or if the attendants are instructed to try and persuade customers from seeking any repairs because all I was told as - squeaky breaks - that's a know problem with our cars and will take an long long time to evaluate and the parts are like on months back order so maybe you don't want that. And also- I'll have to have the shop evaluate the cross bars and that's going to take a long long time and a lot of money so are you sure that's something you want to do? I mean are you serious???? I want a brand new car I just bought from you fixed appropriately and you're trying to convince me otherwise ? Is this even a business??? Shouldn't you be giving me options ??? So I've been told to wait in my car to see if it's possible- why would it not be possible. I'm not asking for it to be done today. I just want a plan. So It's been 20 minutes waiting and no one has returned. I honestly don't get it.

    Was considering flying here from California to pick up a good price tundra I found. A 2015 for $13,400 it was high mileage 233xxx or so. I thought that was a fair deal so I inquired. Then they said if I could put down $1,000 they would hold the truck for me. So I asked them before I put money down can you give me the out the door cost? And they marked the truck up to $17,500 I guess they installed a $4000 low jack and paint seal on it. I asked them if they could remove the items and we can make the deal. Shelwin said he would call me back after he talked to his manager. No call ever came back to me. I had to call them back hours later only for him to tell me they can't budge on the $4,000. It feels extremely scammy and unprofessional to advertise one price and then mark it up by $4,000. I can find a lot nicer truck if I wanted to spend 17,500 but I didn't want to spend that. I guess the price is crossed out online because it actually jumps up $4,000. And this is to Gwen L. Don't reply to this and act like you care. You are scamming a bunch of people like this. I'm sure you bought that truck for 8,000. You would've made 5,500 from this sale not to mention the financing interest

That's not covered either. So much for that 138 point inspection they do on used vehicles. You would think they might think to check the vehicle's battery power during that. Nope. When I called up there, didn't get the service department. Spoke to some arrogant sales person who just wanted to make excuses and not own up to their responsibilities of checking vehicles properly. The price for a center console is $21.69 per their website. I spent an hour removing the console from the vehicle it was hard and laborious. At the check out window, the casher gave me price of almost $108. I know exactly their business model and it's unethical and borderline immoral. They insult the customer's intelligence by up charging them with their asinine verbal gibberish about wires, plugs, cables which is a part of the console and can't be removed. So the uneducated casher and her supervisor, both broadline illiterate tried to pull a fast one on me, price jumped from the advertised price for a complete console from, $21.69 to $108 dollars. Their logic is the price of $21.69 is for 1/5 of the console the rest is add on according to the mood of the casher and how much he/she like to embezzle/rob unsuspecting customer(s) that day. They treat you like if you are in a third world country with total arrogance, assuming that you are stupid customer. This so unscrupulous and borderline thuggery, robbing their customer in the open with full immunity. Absolutely no moral conviction as they lie about the price on their website and try to rob you at the checkout window. I just left the console and walked out. Wasted the unwarranted $5 dollars entrance fee to walk on dirty.
