I've never personally purchased a vehicle from this dealership, but my wife bought an Infiniti from another Sewell dealership in Houston, and one of the great benefits Sewell offers is complimentary car washes for as long as you own the vehicle. Since Sewell has an Audi location in Sugar Land, we frequently come here for that service. The process is very easy--you simply drive up into their covered area, let them know you're there for a car wash, and they'll take your phone number. Once the vehicle is ready, they'll text you so you can walk out, get in your car, and leave. One of the biggest highlights of this location is the waiting area. It's very comfortable and modern, with free Wi-Fi, plenty of seating, and a high-top work table with outlets for charging a laptop or phone. They also offer complimentary drinks and snacks, including cookies, bottled water, soda, sparkling water, and a coffee machine with options like lattes and mochas. The staff have always been extremely friendly and welcoming whenever we arrive. Car wash wait times vary depending on how busy they are, but we've never waited more than about 30 minutes, and often it's much quicker. One thing to note is that the car wash occasionally goes down for maintenance, so it's a good idea to call ahead and confirm it's operating before making the trip. I've been a Sewell customer for over 20 years. One of the great things about Sewell is that you can visit any of their dealerships for a car wash. I happened to be running errands around Sugar Land, so I stopped by the Audi location. I used to work in this area and had visited this location before. Their car wash was down for a couple of weeks recently so I'm glad to see it's back up and running! As soon as I pulled in, someone came out to assist me right away and mentioned the wait would be about 35 minutes. The waiting area is comfortable and well-stocked, with a fancy coffee and chocolate drink machine, sodas, bottled water, freshly baked cookies, and complimentary wifi. I was able to get some work done while waiting, and once my car was ready, I received a SMS notification. We went to the Audi dealership two days in a row, and they were super quick with the service and helping us out with whatever we needed. They also gave us a loaner really quickly the second day, and we got taken care of the moment we pulled into the service area. I purchased the new 2026 Audi Q3. I loved the car and the buying experience was very good. But all of my excitement about the car is gone because of the TERRIBLE TECHNOLOGY. About half of the time my iPhone will not attach, so I have no phone, no Apple Music and no Apple navigation. These were my main reasons for buying the car. I wasn't warned AT ALL about the issues with the system. The first question I asked my salesperson was if the 2026 Q3 has Apple CarPlay. She said did, but didn't say that you never know if you'll be allowed to use it. Now I HATE THE 2026 Q3 and dread getting into it because it's so frustrating. read more

Ever since November 2025 my Audi Q8 has been in and out of the shop until now March 2026. First I took my car for a noise from the engine back in Nov 2025 and oil change with a battery change. At this time I receive my car back in December. In January there was oil leaking from my car which they said it's been going on for awhile which Audi was the last to have the car for service. So I took it back in January to complete the repairs that the warranty company had to pay for. While at the Audi shop I found out that there was some crack on the struts that needed to be replaced. I took the vehicle back 3 weeks prior because something was leaking and for them to tell me that they had the lead mechanic to inspect my vehicle and he found nothing wrong. Now in March I hear the same engine noise that I heard in Nov 2025 to find out its the water pump. I don't know who they have working on these cars in the service department because it seems they don't know how to work on Audi vehicles. I shouldn't have to pay for nothing at this point because if you did a thorough inspection, you would have that I needed a water pump. The service director assured me that it wasn't nothing wrong with my vehicle three weeks ago. If any issue happens with the vehicle, it should be on them for the next year. read more

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE PEOPLE! SUCH A RACIST DEALERSHIP! We were waiting for someone to come talk to us after browsing through the vehicles outside for about 20-25 minutes. We decided to come inside giving them the opportunity to see that customers were here. No one greeted us, we were inside browsing the vehicles on the floor for about 15 minutes sales people made eye contact with us but just ignored us. Now this is where I got upset. A white couple came in got greeted right at the door. Was asked if they have been helped and if they had an appointment with anyone. They replied by saying that they didnt. Yet we were next to them and no one helped us still. A gentleman came out from one of the offices with some documents he looked pretty busy stopped and asked if we had been helped we replied by saying no. He said he was going to help us in just a few minutes. When he came back he asked what we were looking for I replied by telling him we were interested in a white A5 and a Q5. Then he replied by saying that he had a situation that he needed to take care of that he was going to get another sales person to come help us. he let ua know that Mahdi was going to come help us in about 5 minutes. Well, those 5 minutes turned to 45 minutes!!! No one asked us if we needed help! Salesman kept passing by us and didn't say a word. Many of them came out and greeted other customers but none of them would say a word to us. I wasn't aware that we needed to come in elegant attire to get helped! After waiting for those 45 minutes we decided to leave! We will never give our business to a racist dealership! read more

I went to Sewell Audi in Sugar Land on July 16th to look at Audi Q7 Quattro. So I went online to look for one and put in my info. A few mins later salesperson Sharly reach out to me. So me and my fiancée went to meet with her and to look at the Q7. So we made it to the Audi Dealership in Sugar Land & met Sharly and intern Lauren are two of the most sweetest and professional ladies that we ever met. So all 4 of us took the Q7 out for a test drive and came back to do the paperwork. So when Sharly & Lauren went to the bank to print out the paperwork for us to sign my fiancée (who lost her Grandmother on Tuesday July 15th) started to have a moment so I took her outside to get herself together. So I went back in to tell Sharly & Lauren what was going on. So to make this long story short we brought the Q7. So Sharly and Lauren took the Q7 to get it cleaned and gas up. Then it was time for Sharly and Lauren to show us the features and for us to go home with the Q7 After taken pics. This was the biggest & amazing surprise that anybody has ever done. Sharly & Lauren told us to get in the Q7 & to my finance & I surprise Sharly & Lauren had went out & got my fiancée some flowers & a card for her lost. What a sad experience. It was bad enough that I'll never set foot on another Audi dealership lot again and I'd love to convince my wife to sell her 2019 e-tron. I don't know how some of these people sleep at night with their silver tongues and 1/2 truths. Long story short I went to their parts department do discuss a charging issue. I knew a new cord was on the horizon but couldn't imagine I would get the response I did from their parts people. One rep looked up the part and told me it was a "little bit expensive" to the tune of $3000 plus tax. The second rep suggested that someone had "altered my cord" not knowing that I knew that you can remove the plugs on these cords (which wasn't done) and swap them out because they sometimes have multiple applications. He also used the term "aftermarket" as if it was a dirty word or not appropriate. Finally the head tech or manager attempted convey to me that the Audi cord was the only cord on the (commercial global market) that was appropriate. Its was absolutely pathetic. These people prey on the ignorance of the average person who owns a vehicle. I use the word ignorance loosely because we all can't be knowledgeable on everything. A lot of people don't have any idea mechanically how their vehicles operate and they trust these people to do the right thing. The right thing for them is to charge you as much as they can and smile to your face and act like they're doing you a favor. The are simply ripping you off. read more

So far so good. I've been a Sewell Audi owner for over 4 years and having been getting service from the Audi North Houston location. I am so glad that a Sugar Land location opened up. The location is great near 59 on 90. The service managers are very pleasant and easy to work with. They respond to emails which is certainly my preferred method. I've had a couple of things done here recently including a defective fuel injector replacement. Overall, the turn around on the service has been slower than expected, but I hope as the new location works out the kinks things will speed up. I didn't expect to wait as many days as I did to get my car back. On the plus side, the free loaner with free tolls was wonderful. I really appreciate the loaner. I recently had to go in with an emergency repair of my fuel injector and was given an Audi A4 as a loaner. It wasn't comfortable for me so Audi Sugar Land changed it out to a Q5 as soon as I mentioned it. Everyone at the location is pleasant. They offer to have my vehicle dropped off at home or work for my convenience. Their service matters. read more

We've always had exemplary service at Sewell Audi Sugar Land until our most recent visit a few weeks ago. We took issue with some repair recommendations that we were given at the conclusion of our routine service. They seemed extreme and costly, given our vehicle's age and mileage. We sent an email of inquiry to the dealership's GM but that went unanswered. We sent a follow up email which was also ignored. This was rather unexpected, and quite disappointing, considering that the GM of any dealership should be the most customer focused of all the associates and should exemplify the service he expects his staff to exhibit. Obsessed with service indeed! Because of this upsetting and unacceptable experience, we've decided that we will no longer be using any Audi dealership's services. Fortunately, we found a reputable auto repair shop with friendly, knowledgeable and responsive staff members. I'm sure our vehicles will be in very capable hands at this location. Writing this review to let you know about my positive experience with Sewell, Audi Sugar Land and Craig. I engaged with Craig from the dealership completely online and via text to purchase a vehicle. Craig was polite, fast to respond, answered all my questions, took photos and videos of the vehicle I was inquiring about and was the most pleasant person from a car dealership that I have dealt with in a long time. The process was smooth, simple, easy and stress free compared to other dealerships I have dealt with. Sewell did not try to add stupid accessories or add-ons that are a complete joke and are basically money makers for the dealership, with no value for the consumer. No stickers on body panels that are supposed to help with theft recovery (worthless). No interior or exterior 'treatments' to supposedly protect the vehicle (cheaper to just buy some leather cleaner and bottle of wax). The greatest thing...no unneeded pressure. I had multiple dealers tell me...'someone else is about to buy this vehicle, get down here now'. Fine, sell it to them then....as I see the car still on their lot a month later. None of that kind of BS. The pricing of the vehicle was good and in line with what you can search online to verify against other dealers. I did purchase the Audi Care from the Finance Department as it was a fair price and is something I will need in the future for the car anyway. I have had it in the past for a previous Audi and it's worth it. Finance lady was very nice and offered me different protection services. No major pressure. She was doing her job and the prices for the packages were fair. The dealership in Sugar Land is gorgeous. Multiple stories tall. Almost brand new as it was built recently. Super comfortable inside. Unlimited soda, coffee, tea, water. Delicious cookies were everywhere as well. Random Sewell employees checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed as I was finalizing all the paperwork. Genuinely nice folks. Fun additional benefits buying from Sewell...free valet parking from Dallas to Austin to Houston at major shopping centers that you will probably be visiting. Free car washes at any Sewell dealership. Wow. Nice perks. You can see why people keep their Sewell license plate frame on their cars. Paperwork: so cool. Everything is on a USB drive when you are done and presented in a little Sewell box. No more dot matrix and reams of papers. Just one little USB for your records. Note: they get busy with buyers at the end of the month and end of the quarter...probably because the prices are good and the service is exceptional. Those Sewell commercials...I get them now. We bought a new car here recently and unlike my experience with another dealer in the area the sales people were extremely professional and responsive. I made an offer less than an hour before they closed and I got a solid counter. We made our way over and they had the car cleaned and ready to go. The financing was a done deal by the time we arrived and all we had to do was listen to the upsell and sign the paperwork. They don't mess around. I currently have a 2021 Audi Q7.  I bought the car brand new off the showroom floor with no previous owner.  Since I have had the car the warning presensor lights come on for no reason at all, sometimes while i am driving sometimes while i am parked.  I have taken the vehicle back to the dealership throughout the time that I had it at least  12 times for this same issue.  All Audi does is tell me they are doing an update and that the "HOPE" that corrects it .  Recently it happened again and they have offered me an update but the problem has not been resolved no resolution has been made or put forward for the vehicle. I am looking for some assistance and some insight with this issue because Audi is not assisting me with taking care of this issue, trading the car in, or taking the car back. read more

Samantha(Sam) went above and beyond and so. Let me start by saying that this was an ongoing issue I took my car in for at two other dealerships and kept getting told there wasn't a problem. That being said I dropped my car off here because like most of us do if we hear a noise (a pop, a click, a grind) we wanna know what it is and so I reached out in hopes that even though this dealership was a little farther out then where I'm used to going it was completely worth it. Not only was the issue found, diagnosed, and resolved completely Samantha even made sure she checked in with me on a constant basis to keep me updated which I'm sure was a lot considering I'm only one customer. Brought in vehicle to get serviced. You roll up in the drive through service area, sit in your vehicle and the service reps are very attentive of your presence and you are immediately greeted and asked what you need done. The rep provided an approximate timeline for when the vehicle would be done and offered to drop you off somewhere, get a loaner or in my case I opted to sit and wait. The waiting area is nice and comfortable with fancy coffee machines, sodas, still and sparkling water and best part- amazing cookies! The cookies deserve its separate food review. During the wait, the service associate would come by and provide an update. My service advisor was Madeline and she was very nice and professional. She came by when the vehicle was almost ready and gave an update on what they did. During the inspection, a nail was found in my tire and they were quick to patch it up. They are amazing, Spencer and the service team were so understanding and jumped into action to guide us in an efficient manner through a unfortunate situation. The long story, we were visiting from Austin for multiple events all day Saturday, Friday night we had our window smashed in a smash & grab event. We called as soon as Audi of Sugar Land opened Saturday morning when they opened and explained our situation, Spencer quickly checked the inventory for our part and spoke to the service team for time availability. To our amazement they had the part and the service team made time to work on our vehicle. We were there within 15 minutes, they took our key, explained the service process, had loaner vehicle ready to go and a few signatures then we were on our way, it took no more than 10-15 minutes so efficient!
