They tried, they are nice, but too many things kept going wrong. I don't think I can return to enterprise for rentals or for sales. Its easy to forgive mistakes but I can't forget. I don't even want to go into detail so here is a non explanatory list. -car sold is not ready -rental kept -car delayed and then later canceled -new car is similar. Almost ready -rental, after 3 weeks had a issue -got the new car -rental tryna overcharge -new car battery died same day....theres more. All this took almost 30 days though. And with the car accident causing a total loss of MY car...this process was extra stress just to replace my car. read more

I just left this place few minutes ago and this is the worst experience I had ,the dark Indian guy that came and greeted me was very professional and I wish the one that was handling us (Courtney ) was 1% as professional as this gentleman .they had our information in their computer and once the phone number was keyed they took us to her office because she is handling the situation but yet she started walking around to other rooms and claimed she doesn't know what he wanted to do with the car and to add spice to the story she said that she's been calling for 3 days and she couldn't go through to someone ,yet we spoke to her 2 hours before getting there and she claimed they can inspect the car till 8 pm ,I was hesitating about that part because I had a feeling that technicians leave at 5 or 6 but if that is what she claim then I should trust her ward ...making the story short she said there is no one to inspect the car at this time ,we were leaving but respectfully I told her I wish if we were told that before we and she didn't even let me finish speaking and started giving me fighting attitude and said you don't talk to me like this !!!!! We purchased a 2016 Kia Soul from this location. Steven Loeschen listened attentively to what I wanted, made recommendations accordingly, and also suggested he can review what is available in the system. I had done my research ahead of time and had an idea of my price point and minimums/maximums on mileage, price, and body type of vehicle. I had noticed the cars on the display were higher than I wanted, but, with a system search, we discovered the car for 14299 pre-tax, no-haggle pricing (meaning, that is the price, no negotiating) with 13400 mileage. Steven was also friendly, witty, and engaging with all involved (spouse, child, and myself). He made the process streamlined and to the point. He had advised me based on my desires and did well balancing the conflicting interests of all involved. We did not finance the vehicle, purchasing it outright, and I cannot comment on that experience. However, Ira ensured I was aware of all associated fees, total purchase price, and offered additional packages that are a great option for those who do not have many options for coverage. However, keep in mind, you will add about 1500 (over estimation) for all the options. You can pick only one, two, or three instead of all four if you wish. The car was clean, hardly any damage (minor knicks that are visible if you're looking for them, some scratches on the rims, but those are replaceable. It had a cigarette smell, but not so overpowering as to be an issue. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place, Steven, and Ira to take care of your needs and get on the road in a great purchase. read more

They made the event miserable and very stressful! Car buying should be an exciting experience, YOU ARE BUYING A NEW CAR!! But I guess these guys don't get that or really don't care, first they charge my card for twice the down payment, so I was without funds for nearly a week. Then less than 24 hrs after picking up the car I noticed a ding in the windshield. Again was less than 24 hrs and I just noticed it and called and even texted the sales person. Their answer, sorry, even though you got are extended warranty and payed all this extra money your shit out of luck, even if it was like that when you picked it up. At the time of picking up was excited, this was my first car purchase. But with all the crap they have put me through, they have made this one of the worst experiences possible and now I never want to have to go through buying a car again. I am to the point of wanting to return the thing and buy through someone else!! That is how stressful they have made it, I dread having to go through the process again but really don't know if this car is worth keeping after the way they treated me. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! DONT BUY A CAR FROM THEM THEY MADE ME SIGNED A DIFFERENT CONTRACT BUT THE LENDER GOT THE CONTRACT WITHOUT THE GAP. Okay so in 2015 I bought a 2014 kia optima i had gap insurance right. Contract signed 8-15-2015. So then after 3 years later got into a accident lost my car and then i tried to file a gap claim because i know i signed up for it. Well come to find out enterprise had 2 contracts. They sent the bank 1 without the gap insurance ain't that something. So i don't find out until i get a total loss on my car that i dont have gap insurance. So look check this out everybody been running from me jason smith and cameron Hawkins. So i contacted the corporate office waiting on a repsonse. Jason fedex me a contract to sign but it didn't have gap insurance but he never informed me that it wasn't on there because original paper had gap insurance. So my thing is now im being accountable for something when i had gap insurance but then it came out to be i don't. ANY1 HAVE A ATTORNEY I CAN CONTACT ASAP. Good evening, I recently purchased a 2014 Chevy Captiva from your 290 location. Although I love my car I am not happy with the customer service that I received. I purchased the car on October 22nd and on November 3rd while driving in the car with my granddaughter I got a flat tire. A nice gentleman pulled over and helped me switch out the tire. I had to purchase a new tire for my new car and I felt this was way too soon for me to be having issues with the car so the next morning I called my salesperson. Chris, the person who sold me the car was not available, but I spoke to Carlos the manager. I told him that I did not feel safe driving in the car because the issue that I had with the tire. He told me that I did not purchase the tire warranty so there was nothing they could do for me. I stated that if one tire could blow that easy I did not feel safe that the couldn't happen to another one. After we went back and forth for a while we agreed upon me taking the car to Firestone and have them inspect the other tires. He asked " If this would make me feel better?" On Friday the 5th I took the car to Firestone. I told them who I was and why I was there and they stated that no one from Enterprise had called them, so they weren't aware that I was coming. The gentleman inspected the other tires and he stated that the front right tire was not in "great shape" and would probably "only last me for less than 3 months." This was not reassuring to hear. I told him that I wanted the tire replaced. I feel that I was taken advantage of and I feel that all of the tires should of been replaced. This is the second car that I bought from Enterprise and I use them frequently for my rentals. My daughter worked for Enterprise for 5 years and is the one who refereed me to the car sales. After only having the car for 12 days and having a certified expert state to me that the tires were not in good shape I don't feel safe driving in the car with my two small grandchildren. I don't feel that Enterprise went above and beyond to address my concerns. I haven't even made my first payment on the car but I've already spent money on repairing the car.
