The worst dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from in lifetime. They old me a car with altered Carfax report. They are sold me vehicle at a premium with the vehicle listed with no accidents on carfax to only update carfax after the purchase to show in carfax there was accidents on the report from five years (2018) prior. Additionally, trying to sell car with 8.25 percent sales tax rather than 6.25 percent required by law. They are dubious. It turns out that the mfers had taken out the spare and jack set out of the vehicle too. My daughter had a flat tire at school and they didn't have a spare tire or Jack set in the $17k car I paid cash for. Don't believe the positive reviews or this company. They are trash. read more

I went in with my own financing from USAA I was done in 45min ... they gave me exactly what I asked for on my trade (I'm fair minded) and the deal was excellent for both me and them... they are courteous and clean. Dash Motorworks knowingly sells vehicles that should NOT be sold. Less than 24 hours after purchasing a 2012 GMC Acadia from Dash it started clunking while driving and popping when turning. Bobby was upfront during the buying process of having spent $1,000 to have the front suspension fixed yet it immediately was problematic. He paid for us to take it to his mechanic to be fixed yet the vehicle never made it home because it overheated on the highway (with our one year old child in the car) on the way home from being picked up. A few days later the vehicle started clunking while driving and popping when turning again. Bobby bought the vehicle back but didn't hold to his word of giving us "every penny" we financed it for. We're now out $1,800 for TT&L (that we agreed to cut our loss on) because Dash sold a vehicle that had NO business being sold. Formal complaints will be filed with the DMV and the BBB against Dash Motorworks for their selling a lemon of a vehicle. Do NOT buy from this dealership. Yes, Bobby and his wife were nice people during the buying and sell back process, but we only had the vehicle for three weeks and it was a NIGHTMARE. We drove around as a family (with our one year old and four month old) in my husband's truck that doesn't have AC because we didn't trust the Acadia whatsoever. There are very similar reviews here on Google. Read the way Bobby responds to negative reviews. That should be enough to have kept us away, but shame on us for trusting a business when buying a vehicle. I had an amazing experience with Dash Motorworks, they made buying a used car easy for a first time buyer like me. Mr. Dash's trade in value for my old car was right on par with the likes of Carmax and Kelly Blue Book and the nice Chevy Silverado I bought from him was priced very reasonably. Mr. and Mrs. Dash were very welcoming and warm whenever I would come in the front door. Every question I had was answered thoroughly so I could be knowledgeable on all aspects of buying a used car and the Chevy Silverado I was buying. They helped repair and replace parts on the truck that weren't well maintained by the previous owner all without cost to me. The Dash's mechanic Victor was also very friendly and was very quick when doing work on the car before I bought it. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a used car. read more

Nice, local, family owned dealership. No negotiations though. No haggling with these guys. Then again, I wasn't pressured at all. I left, went to couple other dealerships only to find that they were trying to bait and switch me into something else since they did not even have the cars on their lot which they were advertising online. She took my initial call and answered all of my questions, and provided me with a detailed history on the vehicle, Carfax, and even shared additional photos to what was shown on their website. Tripti worked with me to complete all of the paperwork via email, and payment via wire transfer. She even helped me with the shipping of the vehicle right to my door. Problem? A bad head. $5000.00 to repair. Dash Motorworks sells defective cars but it says on their website they only sell top notch running vehicles. We were deceived. Mr.Dash bragged to us that this mercedes was in excellent mechanical condition that his mechanic did a thorough engine check and it's in perfect condition. We even got the Carfax! We trusted him. He and his wife seem honest and kind. However when the true facts came back from Mercedes. No more Mr & Mrs nice guy. They refuse to take the car back. They refuse to exchange for another vehicle. They refuse to help out with any cost or pay us back for the bogus maintenance we paid for. They refuse to pay to ship our defected vehicle to a California Mercedes dealership for repairs knowing my husband had one week left in Texas due to a job transfer. I went there to purchase a car listed at $7,995. With taxes the price should be $8,500. I was quoted $9,261. I asked what the extra $761 was for. $150 was for paperwork. $500 was for the like change and new windshield wipers on the car, etc. That should have been included in the original price. Dishonest.
