The image depicts a vehicle's dashboard with the tachometer on the left, showing engine RPM, and a digital display in the center. The display indicates a pre-collision system malfunction warning and advises visiting a dealer. The odometer reads 63,104 miles. The dashboard also includes a speedometer on the right and various warning lights, with some illuminated indicators.

Bought a 2022 Camry LE that I just bought in May from Carvana in Spring Tx. Haven't been able to really drive it hardly at all due to it being at the mechanics. And now I have to pay for what should have been fixed before it was sold.

A multi-story car vending machine with transparent glass walls and a steel framework, illuminated by blue neon lights at night. The structure displays several cars on different levels, with visible internal mechanical components. The building's design emphasizes modern architecture and automotive retail innovation.

Paid $1590 to ship the car I wanted. It was delivered to my home damaged. The company and one of its "supervisors" acknowledged that the car had no damage in the pictures when I purchased it, and they do record their conversations. I took it to their warranty body shop for review. They said the damage totaled $1400 and they would only pay $300. Their solution was I could ship another car. Why would I do that if they already wouldn't fix the car I bought? They didn't even have another car available in the color or model I wanted. I got quite a song and dance about "this is on us" and "we want to help". I didn't want another car and couldn't wait any longer as I needed a car to get to chemo treatments. I was promised he would keep trying to see what he could do. He called every two days to check in. As soon I said I had no choice to keep car, he was a ghost. Shady from the jump. Don't get a car from here. My boyfriend had a good experience so I tried it. I would later find out they lost several class action lawsuits. I will be pursuing a lawyer and hopefully joining one.

The image shows a white Nissan SUV parked in a parking lot, facing directly towards the camera. The vehicle's front grille and headlights are clearly visible, with a black license plate holder on the front bumper. The parking lot contains other cars, including sedans and SUVs, and is situated near residential buildings with trees and a partly cloudy sky overhead. The scene appears to be in a suburban or residential area.

Selling my truck was so easy. The representatives at Spring Carvana were very professional.

This was the most easiest and fastest way to sell my truck & they was on time for the pick-up. Yes, I would use them again.

I bought a car and sold one, Its was the easiest no pressure car purchase I have ever made in the history of car buying.

The Q5 is phenomenal, super comfy, luxurious, and tech-loaded -- with easy interfaces and user-friendly voice control ("Hey Audi" does most things not phone-related.) Strong recommend Audi North Houston. Steering recommend, my highest, for Jon Niskanen. Easy negotiation, great car, zero pressure dealership.

Audi North Houston,…read more I am writing to formally document a complaint and request immediate resolution regarding the recent service performed on my 2015 Audi Q7 TDI (Prestige, approximately 96,000 miles), which has been exclusively serviced at your dealership for the past nine years. I brought this Audi to this dealership for a coolant leak and paid over $5,000 for the repair. An immediate onset of a significant engine problems occurred (engine missing, running on 2-3 cylinders) within one mile of driving it off their driveway. This strongly suggests a connection to the work performed. There were absolutely no engine lights or engine issues when first brought in for the coolant leak repair. The car was returned to me in a materially worse condition than when it was delivered to this service department and remained in their shop for an additional 3 weeks. During this period we have received multiple inconsistent and evolving diagnoses. The explanations provided have changed several times, which raises concerns about whether a clear root cause has been identified. I have not received a clear analysis explaining the failure and how it relates--or does not relate--to the original repair. Throughout this period we called multiple times, never getting a person, always having to leave a message. I received very minimal and vague text messages but no calls to discuss. On the day I arrived to pick up the car of course no service manager was present to discuss or clarify all of these issues. I expressed my frustration at the payment counter letting them know this how your dealership treats customers with 10 year old Audi's. She assured me that was not true. I payed an additional $2,000 for their repair of fuel injectors and replacement of the water pump. Which for the original coolant leak repair, should have been reviewed in the beginning. But was overlooked by their repair technicians. Additionally, injectors should have been checked at previous service visits, this seems to also have been overlooked by their technicians as well. The day after picking up my car a service manager called to check in. He did in fact tell me that my car was old and the issues that occurred while in their shop could have happened anytime. For my 9 year relationship with this dealership and the premium price I have payed, I expected exceptional service and quality repair. I absolutely did not receive or experience either. Since my car was returned to me in worse condition than when I initially took it in, I can no longer trust the integrity of this dealership. They simply didn't want to perform repairs on a 10 year old vehicle. They didn't prioritize quality service. They chose to be dishonest and in the end, just wanted my money.

I worked with Mr. Rivera on the purchase of a Subaru Crosstrek in your lot. My credit union sent a…read morecheck to the dealership with tracking that I supplied to Mr. Rivera, and my down payment was eventually processed after days of asking him to accept and charge it. However, I am not satisfied with Mr. Rivera's service. Over the course of my experience with him, he treated me less like a customer and more like a scam artist and completely soured my relationship with this dealership. I was willing to purchase the vehicle without a test drive and trust this business because I was impressed with how thoroughly serviced the vehicle appeared on the CarFax and how highly rated this place appeared. While I suspect Mr. Rivera is a lovely man and sales representative in person, he does not seem fit to handle online sales. He was extremely unhelpful and made me bend over backwards to prove myself committed to this transaction. I understand the trouble outside financers can cause and that there are bad actors out there issuing bad checks, but I would not have wasted my time with a dealership in another city around the holidays buying a used vehicle that I hadn't even seen in person if this was not a car I had been truly committed to purchasing. I spent days just asking for him to cooperate by accepting my down payment, my credit union's approval notice, the agreement to pay, the tracking number for the check, and the instructions for how to finish the title application as proof that my credit union does not need the title before the check is cashed, only to be told that he will not take my money until he gets the check in hand from my credit union. It took my bank calling him directly to take the down payment, yet all I heard back from him in the time since was that he was still waiting on the tracking number, which had been emailed to him. Moreover, if Mr. Rivera was so hesitant to trust me along the way, his ability to call my credit union and confirm the loan's approval and the incoming check was always an option rather than speaking to me like I was trying to pull some kind of scheme. Because the only mode of communication where he was cooperative was by phone, I was written up at my job for trying to deal with this in a timely manner. So much trouble could have been avoided had he simply been more equipped to conduct business via email or taken the time to call my credit union. Again, I'm certain Mr. Rivera is a perfectly fine salesman on the floor. The phone calls I did have with him were personable enough, but his ability to conduct online sales is sorely lacking. Additionally, on the day I scheduled to pick up the vehicle after finalizing the transaction with Miguel Castaneda, I can't say the service there fared much better. I was rushed in and out the door after my test drive and given no time to go over what I was signing, nor did anyone even explain what each paper I signed was. When I reached out to Mr. Castaneda for digital copies, I was given a fraction of the documents I signed. I recognize that I stressed my own tight timeline as someone who wasn't local to the area, but the issue wasn't the hour I scheduled to be there - it was merely the day that was imperative. Overall, I may be content with the vehicle I purchased, but this entire ordeal was by far the most unpleasant interaction I have ever had with a sales team, and I cannot in good faith recommend my Houston family to this dealership.
