The positives - location in Spring, TX was neat and clean. Tim, our person coordinating pick up was very friendly and professional. We picked up a 2025 Hyundai. It was detailed well. That ends the positive. The negatives - two days later, the car's engine seized on a highway. Coordinating pick up of my husband and towing was a NIGHTMARE. The use a company called SilverRock...could not understand a word spoken through this group, fast talking and not helpful at all. Long and short, they sent out the wrong tow and, more time on the phone, finally sent a flatbed. I don't know how many people I spoke to and repeated the same information. CARVANA had not put our information in, so it took more time each call to explain and hunt down our information. Car finally picked up and delivered to our house. The tow had to park in on the street. Next day, on the phone with CARVANA. If I hear "I understand" one more time, I'm going to throw up. So...to pick up their lemon, we have to wait at home from 8am - 8pm and they will come at their convenience. We are a one car family so, despite the fact they gave us a lemon and despite the fact we don't have the money from the sale of our previous car, they WILL NOT cover a rental for 2-3 days until we get the check in hand. What is wrong with this place? They give us a lemon, the company they coordinate with for towing is ridiculous, hours on the phone with placating people, they have our money for a new car and we're stranded without one....and they won't provide good customer service and make it right. Paid $1590 to ship the car I wanted. It was delivered to my home damaged. The company and one of its "supervisors" acknowledged that the car had no damage in the pictures when I purchased it, and they do record their conversations. I took it to their warranty body shop for review. They said the damage totaled $1400 and they would only pay $300. Their solution was I could ship another car. Why would I do that if they already wouldn't fix the car I bought? They didn't even have another car available in the color or model I wanted. I got quite a song and dance about "this is on us" and "we want to help". I didn't want another car and couldn't wait any longer as I needed a car to get to chemo treatments. I was promised he would keep trying to see what he could do. He called every two days to check in. As soon I said I had no choice to keep car, he was a ghost. Shady from the jump. Don't get a car from here. My boyfriend had a good experience so I tried it. I would later find out they lost several class action lawsuits.
