8/14/25: I purchased a car from this dealership on May 24th, paying $8,700 in cash. Despite this, I didn't receive my tags, plates, or title until months later. When I called in June to inquire, I was met with rudeness and was told I had until July 23rd, but that date came and went with no resolution. I couldn't drive my car for weeks due to expired tags, and when I finally could, the battery--only a year old--was dead, costing me $132 to replace. AutoZone couldn't offer a free replacement. The dealership promised compensation but has yet to follow through. Overall, a very disappointing experience. UPDATE 8/27/25: Weeks later and still no compensation for all the trouble. This is not a business it's a rip off. This man they call Sal knowingly sold me a lemon for 6000 cash. Left lot within 5 min the car broke down. Bad transmission. He then picks the car up says don't worry I'll fix it for u. Says I will let u use this loaner while I'm fixing car. EIGHT MONTHS LATER he says your car is ready but u have to pay 1000 more for transmission cuz he got brand new. Never showed me receipt asked multiple times. When I paid that off he tried to tell me I owe him money for using the car he loaned me when there was never anything said it was a loaner car!! Bought a 2009 Dodge Ram from there the motor read more than what the odometer and paper work said. Motor blew out in a month. Claimed they will cover half of the cost. The truck sat at their shop almost 3 months. After being told multiple lies about them working on it. Ended up picking it up and having it taken to somewhere else. I took my daughter's Prius to them and the first month it didn't make it on their website. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I am from Ohio I purchased an 04 Silverado from here it looked very nice in the pictures online they had it list for $4500. We contacted them and spoke with Abe the sells man who is also the owners son. I inquired about the truck and ask many questions. I stressed to them that I wasn't interested in anything that that any major issues such as engine, transmission, electrical, or frame etc. I expressed that minor things were not an issue I could replace those. I was told that the only issue was with the power steering pump that was replaced and that is was a very solid truck. They would not allow us to finance out of state so we agree to let them keep the truck until it was paid in full. They charged us an extra $1000 to "finance" although it was paid off in 30 days. Throughout the 30 days I was in frequent contact with Abe concerning the truck. I continued to stress my concerns that I have never seen the truck and hope that it has no major issues. I told him that I am a single mother of three kids and I can not afford to spend $6000 on a truck that was not going to last. This type of conversation continued over the 30 days and I was continuousness reassured that the truck was solid and had no major issues. Finally I paid the truck over and asked that it be shipped right away or else I would fly down and drive it back. They insisted on shipping it. I told them I was concerned that there was something majorly wrong with the truck because they did not seem to want me to come down and pick it up. They said I was more than welcome to but it was apparent that was not what they wanted. It took over a week to have it shipped here. Although I called multiple companies who would've had it shipped within two days after it was paid off. They insisted on using a "good friend" to save them money. They also made me split shipping costs. I stressed needed the truck ASAP because my car had blown up and I couldn't get back and forth to work or get my kids to a very important doctors appointment to see a specialist at children's hospital for my son who has Lyme's and juvenile rheumatoid arthritis who was in pain. Finally the truck arrived over a week later and I have never been more disappointed. I noticed immediately the smell of burning oil, that the handle to close the driver's door was broken pulling the plastic on the door off, the button panel to control the windows and locks wasn't even attached you could just pick it right up and see the wiring, the abs light was on and the abs line was dragging the ground, also the alignment was so bad it was unable to drive for an extended period of time. There's no way it could've made a trip to the doctors let alone from Texas I'm that condition. I continued to drive it on the highway and right away noticed that the transmission was not shifting until 4000 to 5000 RPM. When I got to the gas station to put gas in it. After being told it was "filled up" I got out of my truck I heard THE SOUND OF DEATH, yes, my engine was knocking. After that I took it straight home and the next morning went directly to a very well known and respected mechanic shop to have it briefly looked over. They made time for me and noticed right away that my transmission was shot giving me a quote that nearly made me want to drop to my knees it was so high to fix. I scheduled a full evaluation for the Monday coming (3 days later) and paid to have them fix the alignment. I also noticed that the visors on the front windows of the truck were broken off one completely and the other a third of the way broken off but in the pictures online and sent to me by Abe through text when I had asked to see the vehicle a little more thoroughly they were not broken or missing. When the vehicle was leaving Abe sent a video in the video you can see the front driverside visor on the window was missing before even leaving the dealership. Which I did not notice until I saw once it arrived and looked closer at the video. The morning I went to the mechanic I went to start the truck up and the key wouldn't turn in the ignition and the plastic around the steering wheel was also broken then I finally got it to start. Once I arrived at the mechanics they showed me the that the ignition was worn out they had to shake the steering wheel and key uncontrollably to get it to start. It's been 2 days having the truck and I am now noticing an oil leak. I also took it through the car wash and was soaked due to the gasket in the driver door being bad. The high and low beam headlights were out on the driver's side which I also had to replace. The heat does not work in the truck and living in Ohio where there is extremely cold winters and the fact that I have children I desperately need heat I could not even defrost my wind shield to see to drive. I would mail a cashier check over to them to complete payment since I live far from there. Next day I asked Sal if the deal is okay and he informs me that they are raising the price another $500 because they had some additional interest in the car i had left a deposit on. Typically a deposit secures the price and/or first dibs on the car. He then goes on to inform me that they are selling to someone else. Bad business. Stay away!!! read more

I bought a vehicle from Mr.Badruddin via his ad in AutoTrader. I live in the Dallas area, and had the vehicle delivered. When it arrived, the wheels were dented, like someone ran over a curb, the tires were bald (impossible that they legitimately passed the inspection, the front seat was so ripped that you were sitting on metal, and there was a ton of body damage, including rust in the dents. Mr. Badruddin "doctored" the photos he posted on Autotrader, and essentially "photoshopped out" the body damage and the seat upholstery damage. I sent Mr. Badruddin a certified letter, requesting he refund a significant portion of my purchase price, and he failed to respond. This will end up going to court as a Deceptive Trade Practices Act lawsuit, where damages can be tripled. If you're reading this, and have experienced similar, know that you have legal recourse. Undoubtedly, Mr. Badruddin is counting on us being too naive, or unmotivated, to pursue this in court. For every one person that does, 20-40 do not. Thus, the tens of thousands of dollars that he bilks consumers out of, will barely be dented by an unfavorable judgement. Caveat Emptor ...Let the Buyer Beware. read more

March 1 , 2018 purchased 2015 Mercedes Benz C300 from Salim Buddruddin the owner at oasis park and sell after being told on the phone that the car was $5000 DOWN when i got their i filled out the application and gave all the right information nothing fraudulent they came back and said i needed 6000 down so i paid $3500 on my debit card and the rest on cash drove off with the car and everything after 2 months of having the vehicle he repod the car after only 3 days of a late payment refused to allow us to pay the missed payment = repo fee he called the police on us and tried to make it like we were threatening him which we wasn't he refused to give the car back unless i paid the whole 20,000 loan off in full when the police got their he told my father in law that he could give the car back but i would have to put more money down which is fraud so basically he got the down payment plus bi weekly payments now he is going to put the car back for sale and get someone else i have videos and pictures of this incident he claimed he needed 2-3 days to make a decision on what he needed to do. i am in the process of filing a civil law suit against his dealership for auto fraud and deception and for the return of my down payment please stay away from this dealership at all means read more
