Took my 22 challenger in for a problem, then had my car a month and they can't seem to make the same issue , ok so let's move on service adjuster Edgar kept saying he can drive it home and see if it happens and told him no every time he asked , so I go to dealership to get my car they had no idea I was coming and my car was parked up front , any other time I have brought my vehicles to dealership they go it from out back , thought that was little weird, so then I go to use my LoJack and it's not working call LoJack and get someone to come look at it and find it it was UNPLUGGED, call dealership for 3days and try to get ahold of a service manager no phone call back at all so finally some lady calls and does not give a damn about my complaint at all , and only worried if my car still had an issue, but sorry tomball dodge fixed it right away Will never in my life use this dealership ever again read more

If I could rate this dealership at Zero Stars I would. I dropped my vehicle off on January 5th of 2022. I took it in because it kept turning off. My service advisor whose name is Olli told me that it would be 189.99 to diagnose our Dodge truck. After a week I called to see if there were any updates and the advisor just said that they were trying to duplicate the problem and go from there. As each week would pass I would call for updates and I was told the same thing. Finally I spoke to Lauren who told me that the technician had not worked on the vehicle. So the whole time the service advisor was lying to me stating that they were trying to duplicate the problem. Lauren forwarded me to the technician and he stated that he was working on a diesel truck and my truck was next. At this point my truck had been in the shop for 4 weeks untouched. I spoke to Olli that same day and he stated that they couldn't figure out the problem and that I would have to pay $199.00 per hour if they worked on my vehicle. I let him know that is not what he told us when we dropped of the vehicle to get diagnosed. He then started yelling on the phone saying that he did say that and he has been doing this for years. I let him know that he is human and that he never mentioned $199 per hour because we would have never left the truck. I let him know that he only told us about the diagnostic fee to figure out what the problem was and if we decided to fix our vehicle at Dodge that fee would go towards that cost. Today is 2/16/22 it has been 6 weeks and nothing has been done to my truck. Communication has been horrible, I've had to reach out each time to my service advisor who has no updates. I am currently at a loss with no vehicle and no communication with the dealership. I have asked to speak with the service manager but everyone I speak to keeps telling me that she is out sick. Rest asure I will NEVER purchase a car from this dealership. I was give a "credit" for my employment. Never was I asked if I was a "contractor" I was asked where I worked, and I told the truth. I have been with my company for over 9 years. If you would have told me I was receiving a credit for being a "staff employee" BEFORE I left, I would have set the record clear BEFORE i left. But you didn't. So because I confirm later I am a "contractor" I then cannot reiceve the credit, and you throw a fit and deny my stupid mats that I was promised? How childish! Grow up! I took my truck for a recall that I received in the mail and after a week I received a phone call from the service advisor saying that to replace my engine. I told him that I would be picking up and taking it for a second opinion. Come to find out it only needed a egr valve that cost me $400 compered to $12k. The only reason why they get 2 stars is because they have nice cars. I got treated when I walked into the door but I didn't get the help I needed. I was there for 3 hours with out meeting a sales rep. After all that time they told me they couldn't help me and sent me home. I was supposed to speak with a guy name Nate but never even met him. I called 10 times and no one was able to talk not even a manager. Horrible see they need to do better. read more

I've been to this dealership plenty of times to say that it's horrible. The only good thing I can say about to dealership is that the finance manager is great. I will start this off by saying I went in to look at a GMC Sierra it was priced online for $22k perfect for the price range I was looking for when I went to look at the truck everything went okay. I was then told that my credit wasn't high enough to get into the truck and turned towards a 2013 mustang. The car was shown to me before it had been cleaned and detailed it was horrible. Once they fixed the problem it stunk so bad in the car. I was told to take it home and drive it for a couple of days. During these couple of days I received many phone calls about signing for the car. After noticing quite a bit of problems with the car (transmission was slipping and back right hand panel was making a lot of noise. So I decided to take the car back. Once I took the car back to the dealership I was still being hassled to sign for the car. My mother and I were sat down and told we would be helped shortly. Around two hours later still waiting to speak with someone about the problems we decided to leave. The customer service at Northwest dodge is super crappy to say the least. Please anyone trying to go to this dealership read this and rethink the location. read more

they told me to leave the yellow plastic protectors on the front for a little until I got use to the cars height even though I wanted them off... When i got them off they had damaged the front splitter and left lines... one of the managers, I believe Emilio, the same guy that told me to leave them on for awhile blamed me for the damage! Their response now is come back next Wednesday and they will see if they can do anything?? Seriously? I shouldn't be having to drive back and forth to the dealership to get an answer on this. This was their fault and they don't want to seem to own up to it. I'll update this if they do anything. read more

I hate that I bought my car from this dealership! I bought this jeep 6 months ago, I went into this place to get my oil change and get my tires rotated. I left with my Jeep having and uncontrollable wobble. I came back to get it fixed and they charged me to unroate my tires. That's all they recommmned to fix the wobble! However it was worse than before. Never did anyone suggest to test drive it to see what the issue was, the service lady said it was normal. I went to Econo cars to get it checked and they figured out that I had loose parts which was causing the wobble! Mind you the only people that touched my tires before were the mechanics from northwest dodge! Econo cars test drove my car to understand what the issue was and fixed it within an hour and charged me a reasonable price! Never did Northwest dodge employees help me with this issue or suggested anything to fix the issue, they only guessed what would fix it. I had to drive with this wobble for a week! Very unhappy! I took my Dodge Challenger to get an oil change and after taking it home and then driving it to work the car started to make noises and lights flashing. Well then I went home and had my husband take a look at it. There was no oil! I called asap and informed them and told them I WANTED to speak to the Responsible manager in the service department or atleast who did my oil change. Well no one ever spoke to me. Nor the manager nor the service department I had to look for the sales person that sold me the car. He tried to help me but they wouldn't help him either. All they said was oh your gasket came undone and leaked the oil. Well there was no oil in my driveway nor my parking at work. Then they came up with another lie saying something broke and leaked. But they never admitted their mistake. I did a review on the BBC and as well they sent them my responses and they deny everything and just said sorry that your had a bad experience. Don't Go there till now they contact me to take my cars in and trade them. Which never again will I Go there. read more

Terrible experience, I was sold a car that was supposed to go to auction, on my way home my check engine light came on so I brought it back, they originally REFUSED to fix my car and told me to get something else. After calling the corporate office, they finally tried to fix it. Now after OVER A MONTH of being in a loaner, because it took THEM so long I'm having to refinance. Now I'm being told that I can't get my car unless I put an additional 3k down on top of the 2.5k I already put down a month ago. Do not buy from these people, you will ge USED. Trying to get my hands on an additional 3k now because now I'm in a loaner car with no time to go find something else. Now I may have to get a cosigner. I wish I had never came here.
