I have used Iyad - Houston Auto Land twice now for vehicle detail work…read more I can't say enough of his crews work; the level of detail they have is amazing. I would easily pay twice the requested rate. If you're looking for your car to be detailed inside and out reach out to him.

I HIGHLY recommend going to the people at H.A.L.! I searched all kinds of places looking for a…read moreused vehicle that was in good condition, had low mileage, & fair pricing. I chose to do business with them because this place had something that every big name dealership within a 100 mile radius lacked- INTEGRITY! I went to a lot of dealerships & called even more places before I found this gem. Tony made the process so easy & straightforward from the beginning. He is a good & honest man. He was transparent & fair with pricing. He gave me time & space to check out the vehicles I was interested in. He answered all of my questions & didn't try to upsell me. He could have taken advantage of a situation where I had made an error with the payment purchase of the vehicle, but he didn't! I am so thankful Tony!!! I don't believe that any other place would have done this. I also want to add that the upholstery job that was done though him was done amazingly. We still using his services & will be coming here to buy our next vehicle. Side Note: The other places will look at you straight to your face, lie with a smile & pretend to empathize with you. Once they've sat you down & gained enough trust, they slither around like shrewd snakes to extract as much information as they can to seduce you into financing a vehicle at the highest price they can get you to pay ($3,000-$5,000 more than advertised) even when you've previously expressed what you do/don't want!

On the phone we asked specific questions about a certain vehicle, the manager, Ben, told us to go ahead and come with intent to purchase. Upon arrival, a salesman, Reuben, I formed us that we had wasted our time because the car had been unavailable, and he didn't know why Ben had told us to come. Not only was the car unavailable, but the dealership had no similar cars to the one we had inquired about. This level of communication is very unacceptable and is not the way business should be conducted. This trip was an hour away from my residence, wasting time, gas, and really rubbed me the wrong way. If possible, I would have given this place a ZERO star rating.

Ok we're do i begin. I brought a 2003 Ford Expedition cash for $4500 and thought the mileage on…read morevehicle as describe in ad was 135k miles, with no mechanical problems. After looking up carfax, the car was illegally sold with 253k miles on it. After 2 days of owning the vehicle, the check engine light comes on. I called Ralph who sold me the car, and he stated to take the vehicle to his mechanic "Liberty Auto shop on Cook road" . I took the vehicle there, and the owner son Nick stated that I had a air leak somewhere, but they did not have the tools to see were it's coming from. He was able to get the light off, so I immediately took the car to NTB to get it checked out. Their staff stated I had a major oil leak from the front to the back. I went back to their mechanic without notifying Ralph, but he was there when I rolled up getting another one of his vehicles fixed. The owner of shop and Ralph agreed to fix leak and I will go on my way because I still liked the truck, even with the high miles ,and that was the only mechanical issue with it. I left my vehicle over night, and magically it was fixed early that morning. When i picked the truck up after work, the owner stated they changed the oil pan, and a hose, but refused to fix the leak in the back. Plus they had dirt, and oil all over the outside and inside of vehicle. I got home, and something told me to look under the truck, and boom, oil leaking in the front were they said they fixed. I kindly called Ralph to bring me my $4500 back, and come pick up this truck. He agreed, and I got my money back, and gave them their truck. Beware of this company. I know better next time!

!!!!! PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING!!!!!…read more We bought a 2017 BMW from here in March, and I wish I would have listened to my gut about this place. The night we were driving the car home (right after purchasing) the drivetrain error came on along with the check engine light. I immediately text Tyler, our salesperson. It was a Thursday and he told us to bring it on the following Monday. Of course once you drive off of the lot they treat you like they could care less. They had the car the whole day and when we called before closing to see what the deal was, they just said the light wasn't on. Driving home, the light and error came back on. We've spent thousands of dollars just trying to get estimates and attempts to at least get it drivable. My son is heartbroken as we all are. He can't even take the college courses he needs to because his new car isn't safe. The consensus is that the BMW needs a full engine replacement which is way more than what we owe on it. It has been driven less than 2000 miles over six months....mostly from taking it to repair shops. The car has been sitting in the front of our house collecting dust for months while we still owe 12k plus insurance. In the grand scheme of things, this is minor, but we were also promised a replacement interior door panel which never arrived. It's a shame that a business like this is able to continue taking advantage of people. We were told by Tyler that the car was in great condition. I do believe they violated the DTPA. They either knew the issues or just bought it straight from eBay or somewhere and never inspected the vehicle. I have text messages with proof the lights were on on the date of purchase. We are in the process of seeking legal action so please feel free to reach out if you have a similar experience with Crown Auto. Slevasseurart@gmail.com
