The majority of the staff seemed friendly and helpful enough with the exception of a couple of employees. Despite the friendly demeanor of the workers something was quite unsettling. It appeared to me that they had no concern for my best interest, only that of themselves and the company. I drive my newly purchase Nissan off the lot and truly believed I had made a gear decision. Later I was proven to be wrong. Not even 36 hours after buying my new car, it died on me in the middle of the road. After towing it to a mechanic the verdict was that my alternator had gone out. I calmly called the main office to see what could be done. No one was apologetic nor did they offer any solution. It was made clear that I had bought the car "as is" without any warranty. I understand they had no legal obligation to rectify the situation but possibly an ethical obligation was in order. The only hint of help they offered me was a referral to a mechanic. Now I'm out 4 grand and I'm without a car. I've said all of this to warn others to throughly research the car being bought and don't expect USA Auto brokers to respond quickly to a problem that may arise. Update- after talking with the managers they agreed to cover almost half of the repairs necessary to get my car fixed. They were friendly and apologetic. I am moderately satisfied with the resolution provided.

No other requirements and he specifically stated "the only way you walk off the lot without a car, is because you decided not to" basically guaranteeing I would leave with a car. When I arrive the cuban worker, extremely rude and short. Tells me there's almost nothing available for $1000 down. Just a corolla and a jeep patriot. So they take a copy of my passport and I test drive the Corolla(300k miles on it and they want $9k for total price) when we return he tells my husband they don't accept me because my passport says I'm born in California. And the worker takes off for the night doesn't even speak to me or explain anything. I go inside requesting a manager, she asks for my application, which I was never given one. So I fill out the application and she tells me no because Ive only been in Houston for 2 months. Their promotor texts me saying hes sorry and recommends we use my husband's foreign passport... That shouldn't make a difference hes been in Houston the same amount of time that I have.

They estimate. 30-40 processing period. I gave up my keys at 2:10p, my car was moved at 2:17, returned at 2:32 and I received my appraisal at 2:43. A very well timed process. Fast forward a month, I ordered a car to be delivered from Louisiana location for a test a drive. $200 non-refundable. It took two weeks and the tracker sucked, rarely updated. But it eventually came in. And the test drive process was a breeze, again in and out in less than 20. The gal hated the car (Genesis gv70 Electrified). Too cramped, but very pretty. So we passed, but the staff and service was easy and non-invasive Definitely recommend if you're looking. No negotiation, but no hassle either.

Then they wanted a hell of a lot more money down than our first salesman. We acted in good faith and spent $300 based on the explicit terms provided by their employee, and now we feel that we are victims of the classic "bait-and-switch" or "spot delivery" tactics because of the internal employee turnover, which was not our fault! We got our $300, back, but we feel annoyed, disappointed, and embarrassed because of their failure. Not cool CARMAX!

Well on Christmas eve 2023 the car literally blew up I mean literally blew up on me and my son. I'm literally just now trying to heal from the emotional toll that put on us. My son is traumatized. I spoke with the crook and told him I was going to take legal action (which I'm currently doing) and he basically told me to do it that he had nothing to do with that. I never got any inspection paperwork saying the car passed inspection before he sold it, nor did I get the TTL. Before it blew up on me, I took it to the Nissan dealership the guys there told me that do due to really bad oil leak and the car was in such bad shape under the hood it shouldn't have even been sold. Again, I reached out to the "wife" for my money back and (this was all within 30 days of the purchase), and they offered me not even a fraction of what I paid for it, so I had to pay out of pocket again to get the car fixed which in the end was still not enough because it was a trash car from the beginning. They took advantage of a single mother in desperate search of a vehicle. They lied and took my money. I pray you read this review ALL the way to the end because I would not want this to happen to anyone else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR ENERGY with these people they are the devil!
