The bad: Not really customer service oriented. They didn't acknowledge any customer that walked in with a greeting of any sort. You have to go up and asked to be serviced essentially. The ugly: These folks are dreadfully slow! I showed up with a check in hand around 11am. I left, with the vehicle at 4:30pm. Keep in mind that 2 days prior, I went online and selected the vehicle. I had a quote emailed to me. I called the next day to ensure that vehicle was physically at that specific location. I showed up with a check in hand. It took them hours to process me. They had maybe 2 other customers every hour. These people are nice but slow. They are well meaning people but slow. Check your carfax because they are providing you with as is type vehicles. All in all, I would probably use them again. I just would start the paperwork before I physically show up.

I offered to buy a 15yr old car that's been on their lot for 2 years. The list price was $10,999.00 I offered a $6,000 cash down payment. They came back with $5,000 cash down then $396/mo for 54 months (24% APR due to rebuilding credit). Final financed price after payoff would be $31,500.00 They in essence adjusted the price of the car up $16,000 as the financed loan amount. Wanted $5,000 cash down and in the end and additional $10,000 interest! Disgusting shady criminals! I been trying to work this deal for several weeks and they would text me with bizarre messages anytime I asked for some numbers. There is no management evidently otherwise this place would be shut down already. Also be ready for some personal insults unless you have perfect credit. These people are everyday street crumbs on their hustle to rip you off. You're better off looking anywhere else to than here! You will regret ever waisting your time and ignoring all the red flags!

I have never written a review on any place of business before in my life. Two days ago (6/18/16) I…read morehad purchased a 2005 Nissan Altima with 190,000 miles on it from USA Auto brokers. The majority of the staff seemed friendly and helpful enough with the exception of a couple of employees. Despite the friendly demeanor of the workers something was quite unsettling. It appeared to me that they had no concern for my best interest, only that of themselves and the company. I drive my newly purchase Nissan off the lot and truly believed I had made a gear decision. Later I was proven to be wrong. Not even 36 hours after buying my new car, it died on me in the middle of the road. After towing it to a mechanic the verdict was that my alternator had gone out. I calmly called the main office to see what could be done. No one was apologetic nor did they offer any solution. It was made clear that I had bought the car "as is" without any warranty. I understand they had no legal obligation to rectify the situation but possibly an ethical obligation was in order. The only hint of help they offered me was a referral to a mechanic. Now I'm out 4 grand and I'm without a car. I've said all of this to warn others to throughly research the car being bought and don't expect USA Auto brokers to respond quickly to a problem that may arise. Update- after talking with the managers they agreed to cover almost half of the repairs necessary to get my car fixed. They were friendly and apologetic. I am moderately satisfied with the resolution provided.

If you ask a question and don't end up buying, they'll leave you a bad review just for that. I even drove an hour to their location, only to be told I wasn't approved--even though I had more than the required down payment. Very unprofessional. Most of the vehicles they have there look like garbage anyway. Total waste of time.

Since I've moved back to the Heights downtown area, I decided to give them another shot. So close to five stars! I utilized the valet service where they pick up my vehicle, do the oil change, they did a great job as well change the air filter, wipers, etc. that was a 5 star experience! That was an easy five star review for that service. It did an amazing job. I was out of town for three days so they picked up my vehicle. Did all the test and maintenance and everything like that and I come back on my vehicles at my valet. That was super convenient and very nice. I will always utilize that service. However, there was a bit of a scheduling issue. They forgot to pick it up Monday so I had to give him a call, but they got it taken care of that wasn't a big deal. I just kind of falls back to fundamentals if you have an appointment scheduled and sit pick the car up that way there's no confusion and I would have to call to make it happen. They brought the vehicle back and there was like oil stains on the front fender area. Typically most oil change companies cover that that way when you get the car back, it's not dirty. The problem is I just gotta wash at Mister car wash so I had to go take a bath and get it washed again. This is why I give them four stars instead of five. Other than that, it was a great experience. Customer service is great. The convenience of the valet service to pick up and drop off back at my valet. I can't tell you that right there is top-notch service. I'll give them a try again and probably change this to a five star because overall the experience was great.

The vehicle was…read moreadvertised online as "Ford Blue Certified," which includes inspection and warranty coverage. After the purchase, I was not provided any certification paperwork or warranty details. Shortly after, I was informed the truck had a coolant issue that could require a full engine replacement. When I returned to the dealership, I had to push multiple times and show proof of the listing before they acknowledged the certification. Even then, there was a delay in providing proper documentation, which raised concerns about whether the certification had actually been completed correctly. During the financing process, I was presented with paperwork reflecting a much higher total amount than expected (around $50k vs. approximately $39k discussed), which I had to question before proceeding. I was also presented with additional add-ons that I had to decline and have removed. In addition, the truck was not provided with a full tank of gas at delivery, and despite the situation, I was not offered any form of compensation for the inconvenience. Due to the condition of the vehicle, the lack of transparency, and the overall experience, I chose to return the truck. I recommend that anyone shopping here verify certification directly with Ford, carefully review all paperwork before signing, and request all documentation upfront. Do not rely solely on how the vehicle is advertised online.
