Brought my Toyota Tundra truck into this shop and they told me all I needed done was a valve body…read morereplacement. I told the shop the truck is older and if it needed both a valve body and transmission I wouldn't want to do the repairs I'd just get rid of it because of the cost for both being as much as the truck was worth. He said the transmission was fine because there was no metal in the pan so I just had them repair the valve body. A month later my truck wouldn't go in reverse or would but slowly and would barely move. I brought it back up there and now they tell me I now need a whole new transmission. I then call the owner Mike after speaking to Brandon about all that was said prior. He tells me he's going to figure it out and call me back. I never get a call back. I just get a text stating my truck is ready to be picked up and no charge. I am now thankful for his service thinking it's repaired and ready to go. Fast forward to my wife picking it up and now the trucks clutch is getting stuck when it tries to shift. My wife asks them if we should get rid of the truck and they say yes. After hearing this from my wife I tried calling Mike to get some clarification on what was meant when he told my wife to get rid of it. At this point he wouldn't answer my phone calls or return my calls. I can't tell if this guy isn't honest or if they just don't have any clue what they are doing. Either way not returning phone calls is unprofessional and shady so that tells me something was definitely up. After speaking to another transmission shop I find out on Toyota trucks having not metal in the pan isn't indicative of not needing a new transmission. So the truck probably needed both from the start. I now have oil leaking from the truck after the so called repair they made and the clutch is sticking with what seems like even more issues. Conclusion, I wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle to this shop. They are either dishonest or have no clue what they are doing.

Emilio the sales person was great communicating. We agree to a number I would be comfortable agreeing to before driving 3 1/2 hrs to their dealer. I get to the dealer and the car is not even there. I get to sit around for 15-20 min because the car is still getting an oil change when I get there. After them knowing I was on my way and knowing around what time I was gonna get there. They finally pull the car around. The car has a hit that was not shown in pictures. The windshield has 2 very sizable chips and the tires are dated to 2023 but they feel like hockey pucks due to how dry rotted and cracked they are. Obviously no one in their right mind is gonna agree to pay 30k for a car that needs at the most minimum a new windshield and tires. Robert, the terrible manager there or whatever position he holds. Explains to me that even though those things were not disclosed and are not able to be noticed in a picture. He will absolutely not help me at all in price because he had already brought it down before I agreed to drive out. So obviously im getting pissed. Smart person Robert offers to zip tie or tape up the bumper so it doesn't look like its loose. THEY 3M TAPED IT!! 30k car again. I took my car to T&S around noon, talked to Marci, and she told me they would take a look and call me back. Around 2:30ish I received a call and my car was ready to go. Marci showed me photos of what the underside looked like and what they did to repair the damage. I consider myself very lucky to have T&S take care of the damage in the manner and timeframe they did and also for the price I had to pay. Amazing. And the concern shown towards me, the customer, is just not prevalent in most businesses today!! Thank you.
