O STARS!! I repeat ZERO stars!! Do no trust this company at all. These people are liars and scammers. The owner (Faisal Salman) AKA Jacob should be investigated for fraud. Don't waste your time, energy, or efforts. Stay far away if you can...otherwise I suggest a good consumer protection attorney because they will find a reason, ask for supplements to claim for new found damages weekly. On a vehicle with minor front end damage. My vehicle has been with for 4 months and counting. Horrible quality of business. Horrible business tactics. read more

Everything went well. The staff was very helpful and the quality of work was great. Looks like my car never was in a wreck

Horrible experience . They are a bunch of liars and scammers . They will try their best to keep your car longer than it supposed to be in the shop. My car has been in the shop for 3 months and it wasn't even a major crash . Everytime you would call for an update , all they will tell you is false information. They told my car would be done before the end of the month and there isn't much to do left however my car is still in the shop . They will keep requesting for money from the insurance , saying this and that . Who knows what they really do behind close doors to your car. I am sure they don't even use brand new parts to fix your car but will get the cheap options to keep more money . They act like they care about your car but all they care about is money , lies, and scamming you .This was a mistake on trusting them with my car repairs, i should have saw that this isn't something new for their business especially because they have other bad reviews with the same issue . Whether it's keeping your car as long as they could , making more damages in your car to get more money , and giving false information. If i was to take my car to a professional repair shop, it wouldn't even take this long to fix the damages . Nothing but scammers and liars in this company. Don't trust them with anything they say or do ! read more

Through a truly difficult time and process after getting in my accident, Jacob and Carzone Collision were my saving grace. If you've ever been in an accident you know all the logistics and "politics" of dealing with an accident. Jacob and the team at Carzone collision were simple. They were honest, and completely transparent. Something that means EVERYTHING when you're being pushed and pulled in a thousand directions by insurance agencies, rental agencies, etc etc. I was referred to Carzone Collision by a friend and that's what I'd say my experience was like. Like a friend was looking out for me. Jacob, the business owner would send me pictures of my car, give me advice and guidance about the process, and follow up on things I probably should've been following up on. The accident was a mess. I was a mess, but Carzone Collision was the only thing that went right. My car literally looks brand new, and I have them to thank for the impeccable work and service. To anyone considering where to go: if you want simple, honest, good results--to be back on the road & back to normal life--go here. You'll be amongst honest, hardworking people who actually give a damn. read more

***DO NOT GET TOWED AFTER AND ACCIDENT*** These guys towed my car after an accident treated me really nice, my vehicle had very little body damage and I felt like they were in good hands. They used a hammer and added exterior damage to an entire side of my car. My Insuranxe Had to get Fraud Agents involved and they found the tools logo branded in the new dents and damage. They kept my vehicle for 2 months repairing body damage that they caused, and each week was "one more week" read more

My truck got stolen and wound up being towed to their lot. I decided to let them make the repairs since my truck was already there. Dina, the shop manager, really knew what she was doing and took the time to explain what she found. Jacob, the owner, helped me out with the insurance aspect. This shop helped me make the best of what was a bad situation. Definitely my new regular mechanics. read more

I got into a bad accident and my car was towed to Car Zone. I met Jacob when I went to check out the car and he was super nice and talked me through their services and the process of repairing the car. He kept me updated with the insurance adjuster process and when my parts were being repaired. He sent pictures and very detailed messages about what was taking place. I never felt out of the loop or confused at any point and my car came out lookin better than before! Would recommend Car Zone and Jacob to anyone that has auto repair needs! read more

Absolutely do not bring your car here. The owner is incredibly rude and will scam to keep your car longer. My girlfriend had her car towed here after she was in an accident. The owner refused to send paperwork to have the car released even though she had a fever from COVID. Not only that but when I called to ask to have the paperwork needed to be sent electronically he told me since my name was not on the car it was " none of my business" and proceeded to tell me to "quit giving him a headache" before he abruptly hung up. If you want to be treated like garbage then this is a good place for you. I wish I could give a 0 star because the way this man treats his customers. I honestly hope no one has to go through what we did just to get our car back. Terrible business ethics and this man truly deserves 1 star. read more

My husband wrecked his car pretty badly a while back and his car was towed here. They talked to him about keeping his car here to get fixed instead of having them tow it elsewhere. We checked reviews to make sure they weren't trying scam us and agreed. From the beginning I knew his car was in good hands, Jason and Jacob did great at communicating progress and staying in touch. Since he's received his car a few things have come back up and they've always welcomed him back free of charge to take care of it. We really can't say enough good things about this place. I would highly recommend this place over many many others in the area. Thank you guys! read more

Car Zone did an amazing job with my vehicle. I thought my car was totaled and when I got it back it looked brand new. Jacob went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of and that I would not have any issues. I highly recommend Car Zone for all of your automotive repair needs. I'm definitely doing business when them from now on. read more

Can't say anything bad about this place!! They take care of you and every question you have along with updates the entire time. Jacob and the guys work really hard to ensure your vehicle is perfect before you receive it. Great customer service, amazing work on the vehicles! Highly recommend. read more

Jacob and the staff at car zone are sleazy and should not be allowed to tow for the city. My car was picked up by them after it flooded. They use extremely high pressure to force me to use their services. When I chose not to use the shop services they became very angry. They released my car only after I videotaped my lobby experience. They finally gave me a bill and released the car after the most intense resistance I ever encountered. read more

The company does not pay their vendors. I did a job on a machine for them. I did some troubleshooting, using my extensive research to assess the problem and when I came back for the check the next day they told me no. They denied me a check and didn't give any explanation only that they would not pay me and I needed to leave! Now imagine how they treat your car. If they aren't willing to pay a vendor for their services, will they really be giving you great service. These people are trash. I would not recommend them or ever bring my vehicle. They are shady people. read more

Do not waste your time going here for an oil change. This is the second time I've come to ask for an oil change and they blew me off. The first time they told me they didn't have time for an oil change. The second time coming to ask for an oil change they didn't even welcome me and he asked what car I drove and told me it would be 2 hours until I could get an oil change. The people who work in the front office are a joke. Why not just tell me the wait is 2 hours for an oil change instead of wasting my time asking what car I drove first. I will never step my foot back into this shop. read more

Jacob and his employees are top notch. They make sure everything is completed to your satisfaction and then some. If you have small or big repairs I would definitely recommend going to Car zone and ask for Jacob. They will go above and beyond to help you get your car back on the road. read more

I was trapped into using Car Zone's body shop after their towing service towed my car to their body shop after an accident. One of their selling points was that they use manufacturer parts (which was untrue) and they had a few other selling points that were rather questionable/lacking integrity. Because of these factors and not being familiar with the place and the amount of pressure they used to keep my car, my instinct told me to go with my dealership's body shop which I've used before and it's close to my home. When the request was made to release my vehicle, Car Zone wanted to charge my insurance company $2000 to release it which no insurance company would cover. Therefore, I was forced/trapped into using their body shop. They made an initial estimate of $2500 for my front bumper and hood to be replaced. Somehow they managed to charge my insurance company almost 10K in work on my 11 year old car that could've/should've been totaled at $6K. I'm not sure where all that money went but I know it wasn't for OEM parts. After waiting a month for my front bumper and hood to be replaced I was told by Car Zone that insurance only covers OEM parts if the car is less than 12K miles, however, they were all fully aware my car was almost 160K miles when they towed it to their body shop so why was that used as a sales pitch to me? At minimum, a phone call to inform me that they wouldn't be using OEM parts "because my insurance wouldn't cover it" would've been acceptable rather than not being honest. Jacob, who was initially my contact, was always clueless about the status of my car or when it'd be ready for pick up but he sure seemed confident when he stated my insurance company (Allstate) never sent them any payments even though there were numerous virtual assists that took place within that month as well as Allstate's payments. Not to mention they wouldn't accept a personal check from me for my deposit although their website clearly states they accept checks. After picking up my car from Car Zone the "CHECK AFS System" appeared which is related to the work Car Zone performed on my headlights. Although my lights seemed to be working after picking it up in daylight, at night I couldn't see anything more than 10 feet in front of me and there are distracting lines/glares/rainbows coming from the aftermarket headlights and/or lack of quality of work. I had to take my car back multiple times for headlight adjustments. This is exactly why I prefer OEM parts (even if used) and wanted the work to be done at an established, reputable, honest, and knowledgeable place near my home; a place where quality work is done right the first time and without force/entrapment read more

Wonderful Service by Jacob. I arrived at Carzone by recommendation from the tow truck driver after a nasty accident and I couldn't be happier. I was received by Jacob who took the time to give me a tour of the entire shop, give detailed answers to ALL of my questions about the process (including dealing with my insurance), how long it would take to fix my car, and help me manage the status of the repairs. The work is flawless. I sincerely recommend CarZone for any kind of repair your car may need, whether it's totaled or just needs a facelift. read more

Being in an accident is inconvenient. I was involved in a wreck on the toll way one evening and was towed to a gas station where I was met by a young man with a tower. After some persuasive conversation he towed me to his shop. Car zone auto shop. It was a matter of minutes when the manager (Jacob) himself, came to open up and meet me after regular business hours and get my information. Having your vehicle out of commission puts you out of sorts. You're anxious, stressed and just want it all to be over. But ask yourself this... You want it done right? Or right now? After all was said and done. Car Zone made sure my vehicle was better than it was before the accident. Kudos to the entire team from the receptionist and the mechanics all the way to the management CUSTOMER SERVICE 100% I will definitely give them return business if needed and will recommend them to anyone read more

Picked up my car today. I'm thoroughly pleased with the repairs they did to my car. They were professional, ensured my car was given manufactured parts instead of aftermarket, they saw some minor damage to my hood which they covered at no expense to me, so overall, they did a damn good job. Many thanks to Jacob, John, and Kathy for helping me out. read more

Being new to the area after moving from the Northeast and getting into an accident, coming across Car Zone and doing business with them was one of the most pleasant experiences despite the unpleasant circumstances that brought us together. Having an accident on the weekend when no auto rental is open, without hesitation, I was given a loaner. The staff made arrangements for me to picked up that Monday by Enterprise to get my rental through my insurance company and the same when I had to return it. When the repairs took longer than expected and my rental ran out, they did not hesitate to arrange one of their loaners for me. Car Zone made everything easy and were professional throughout the entire process. They did a great job on repairs! My vehicle looks and runs like nothing ever happened!!! I would recommend Car Zone to anyone that has an accident or needs general repairs on their vehicle. Jacob and Deena, I thank you guys for helping me navigate this entire process. read more

On April 8th approx 10:43pm one of their wreckers entered Hwy 290 traveling west at a high rate of speed. Cut an 18 wheeler off and almost side swiped a motorcycle. I had my Nissan Altima in an accident. The tow truck took the car here for repairs and I am happy they did. The whole experience dealing with David and other members of the shop crew was from the beginning to the end above my expectation. I don't know if your company provides good towing service or not, however, I was at Hempstead Highway and Hollister Sat night, 1-9-16 close to 8PM and 3 wreckers came flying by me passing me in a fast and very unsafe manner. 1 of them was your wrecker, 1 was Hy-Tech Towing, and 1 was SBK towing. I only could get over to the right about 2-3 feet as there was no shoulder. All 3 passed me and one swerved into the oncoming traffic lane. I followed them to their scene to find out if they were trying to assist in an serious extrication or something but when we arrived, it was a minor traffic accident. I am a Paramedic in the Fire Department and was off duty. I wanted to get out and complain to the HPD officer on scene (Blalock and Clay Rd) but I refrained. It really made me mad the way they made me swerve to the right to get out of their way. They are going to cause a wreck someday if that is how they respond to all of their calls and you are going to have a big liability. I have a dash cam and my video caught the incident. I just thought you should know so you can tell them that they do not have the right to drive that way. Regards, Gordon B. read more

I was in a minor accident on July 17th, and after deliberating where to take my car, NW Car Zone had my car in the shop by the 19th or 20th. I just received the car today (August 20th). The initial estimate was that my car would be returned to me about two weeks after the accident, around August 1st. There were multiple delays, and I only knew about these delays because my mom, the owner of the car and the insurance, called to ask if it was ready. They did not reach out to us to inform us of setbacks, which is a bit bothersome, but it was a different encounter that merits the one-star review. I grew tired of contacting them through my mother, so I called them myself, and I was stunned speechless at the unprofessional, rude, disrespectful customer service I received from John. He told me that my mother's multiple calls were bothering him, and he "shouldn't have to take this abuse." It was a disgusting and inaccurate accusation and unfortunately, it didn't end there. He also said if she was worried about me (a 4'11", 100 pound single female) walking/biking around downtown, she should have gotten better insurance. He had absolutely no sympathy for my situation, and has no business dictating which insurance is best for our family. Finally, when confronted with a perfectly reasonable request to be refunded for the Lyft fairs I'd been charged with since the delays, he refused to listen and called it ridiculous. I could hardly get a word in the entire phone call. He was extremely polite to her, because, I'm sure, he thought she was paying the bills, but was very disrespectful to her behind her back. I, nor anybody who has associated with me during this five-week-long experience, will never be using this service again, and I would strongly discourage others from doing the same, especially those who are younger or don't have full-coverage insurance. read more

I am VERY pleased with the first-class work done on my car at Car Zone. I have an older "collector's" Toyota that had side and front-end damage because of an accident and I am so glad I decided on this shop for the repairs. I dealt directly with Danny who was extremely approachable, professional, and honest. Kassy in the office was very kind and helpful. I received an estimate with a list of repairs needed (with estimated costs). The final work done and final bill followed that estimate exactly! I got a fair and honest deal and the car, which was in mint condition before the accident, has been fully restored. It looks beautiful, runs very well and I could not be happier. Should I ever need this kind of work done in the future, I would not hesitate to come to Car Zone again. read more
