The good: They have a huge inventory online. They have no haggle pricing available for you to see what you'll pay minus tax, title, and license. They do speak Spanish. The bad: Not really customer service oriented. They didn't acknowledge any customer that walked in with a greeting of any sort. You have to go up and asked to be serviced essentially. The ugly: These folks are dreadfully slow! I showed up with a check in hand around 11am. I left, with the vehicle at 4:30pm. Keep in mind that 2 days prior, I went online and selected the vehicle. I had a quote emailed to me. I called the next day to ensure that vehicle was physically at that specific location. I showed up with a check in hand. It took them hours to process me. They had maybe 2 other customers every hour. These people are nice but slow. They are well meaning people but slow. Check your carfax because they are providing you with as is type vehicles. BEWARE! Omar, Jorge, Mary the whole gang is there to take full advantage of innocent buyers. They have various angles and will work any bit of leverage they can from tryna sell you a car you don't want-to delay tactics. I offered to buy a 15yr old car that's been on their lot for 2 years. The list price was $10,999.00 I offered a $6,000 cash down payment. They came back with $5,000 cash down then $396/mo for 54 months (24% APR due to rebuilding credit). Final financed price after payoff would be $31,500.00 They in essence adjusted the price of the car up $16,000 as the financed loan amount. Wanted $5,000 cash down and in the end and additional $10,000 interest! Disgusting shady criminals! I been trying to work this deal for several weeks and they would text me with bizarre messages anytime I asked for some numbers. There is no management evidently otherwise this place would be shut down already. Also be ready for some personal insults unless you have perfect credit. This Dealership Should Be Ashamed - Sloppiest, Most Dishonest Work I've Ever Seen If I could give zero stars, I would. USA Direct Auto sold me a 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 with a seized brake caliper -- a serious safety hazard that caused the truck to pull dangerously left and shred my tires. I had to spend $1,000 immediately after purchase just to make it safe to drive. Then they claimed to have "fixed" the AC system. What they really did was rig it with JB Weld, install the WRONG fuse (burning out others), leave parts unbolted, and even screw a piece of CARDBOARD into a vent. They also destroyed my $2,000 professionally installed security system, broke my dashboard, and moved my dash camera to hide what they were doing. The truck came back to me in WORSE condition than when I dropped it off. This is beyond sloppy -- it's dangerous, dishonest, and outright disgusting. I've filed a BBB complaint, sent a legal demand, and I'm prepared to take this to court. The only decent person there is Jorge, the salesman, who was honest and helpful. If he ran the place, maybe they'd have some integrity. Until then, stay far away from USA Direct Auto. The truck I got is great for now. I am worried since any attempt to call the service department to report a flaw results in an unanswer voicemail. A call to sales results in no answer, someone hanging up on you, or an off the hook phone playing cartoons and a little girl's voice (creepy for a business). When I went in and said I had several thousand to put down and a trade in... I seemed like a huge bother to everyone. Everyone was annoyed I was there. They are using google voice to hide there true number. I tell them I want to come buy the car. They gave me the same price advertised. Once i told them sounds good Ill have your money tomorow. NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! Save yourself the trouble!!! My fiancé had put $6000 down on a truck. When we test drove the truck, the steering wheel was off to the right. The sales person had told us that we can leave it there and get them to fix the alignment and the brake issues cause the brakes were spongy. Then they had told us that when capital one had called to confirm that it was us going through the contract and the details to lie to them and tell them that we have the truck in our possession and that there was nothing majorly wrong with the truck. After we had gotten the truck truck shipped to our house as a "courtesy from the dealership". They then had told my fiancé that the popping noise whenever you turned to the left was just the parts breaking in. We had called the dealership to let them know of the issues that were still going on with the truck. They had told us that we need to finish our contract transfer with capital one before they could fix anything. Then my fiancé had laid underneath the truck and noticed that there was a bent frame, and the sway bar had been booger welded together and one bolt holding the sway bar on there. The Carfax history had said that it was in a "minor collision", but they did not give the full extent of the accident. we then called capital one to end the transfer of the vehicle into his name and the dealership had not given the money down to the bank. Then whenever we drove back to Houston to return the vehicle, Luis the finance manager did not want to give us a check. He said it would be in the mail in 5 to 10 business days. My fiance called the dealership EVERYDAY after the 5-10 days it was supposed to arrive AND THEY BLOCKED HIS NUMBER. He had me call and ask to talk to the finance manager and they blocked my number. We waited THREE WEEKS of trying call and get them to answer about the check then we drove 3.5 hours back to the dealership and finally got a PORTION of our refund back. read more

Dont buy from these people. I bought a 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe on October 2022 with in house financing. A year later this dealer decided not to keep their word and started asking for full payment of vehicle. I tried refinancing somewhere else with another bank but since the dealer wasnt reporting the payments I was making no bank was willing to lend me the money. This dealer finally picked up the Tahoe but I lost my down payment and payments I had made. Bottom line please take your business somewhere else. I found a car on edmonds.com at this dealer that seemed to have everything I wanted at fair price I asked the salesman many questions over text and it seemed to be in good condition so I decided to make the three hour drive expecting to buy it. The car was parked up front when I arrived and although clean inside, it was filthy outside. I took it for a 20 min test drive and noticed it needed new struts and also a wheel alignment. Further inspection including underneath the car revealed the brake pads were near the wear limit and every wheel had a different tire, which most likely caused or at least contributed to the highway tracking issue. The estimated the cost to address all of this deferred maintenance at $3.5-4k. I asked the salesman if we could discuss the price in light of all the work it needed and he immediately printed out a sales order. I was shocked when I saw a $1,500 charge for dealer reconditioning had been added. I told him I had never seen a reconditioning fee on a used car and he could not explain what was done to the car to "recondition" it. I asked for a discount on the price and removal of the reconditioning fee in light of all the maintenance it needed, but he refused to consider either. Unlike a new car, the price of a used car must take into account it present condition in determining it's market value. I expect any used car that is not certified by the dealer and includes a warranty to have some deferred maintenance, but with this much plus the fee added on, the car's price came out far above market value. I pointed out that this business practice is highly deceptive and his only response is that this is the way they operate and that I was welcome to leave. I have purchased many used cars from all kinds of dealers from huge to very small and this dealer is by far the most deceptive and unprofessional I had ever experienced. Guess what? Right no info to Carfax. When the police arrived, they claimed it was a mechanic's lien on the car however that would be impossible seeing as though they made NO repairs as of that day. They demanded I pay an additional $5,000 for repairs and labor, even after just giving them a $4,000 down payment two weeks before. I was then escorted off the property and told that if I returned, I would be arrested for trespassing for a car that was IN MY NAME. All in all, I had to file a civil lawsuit for fraud for them to return my down payment after their lender pulled out of their business. Again, THEIR LENDER PULLED OUT OF THEIR BUSINESS. So, since I no longer have a contract, they are required to return my money, however we know that goes. WE cannot even serve anyone because they are claiming they don't speak English, or they are out of the country, or they are no longer alive. That just goes to show the type of people you will be working with if you buy a car here. As of today, it has been 8 months since I have not had a car due to this establishment. Even after all of that I found out just yesterday that my car (that is still in my name), was sold to someone else last month.
