I had a terrible experience at desert european motors at rancho mirage. They dont return your calls. They have no customer skills. I had to make many many phone calls to get an asnwer, DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, There are many other dealerships that can treat you nicely and make you feel like better about the investment that you are doing.I spend a lot of money on the car and feel that there is no one to turn back to if there is a problem. PLEASE STAY AWAY I constantly felt like I was chasing them to get all my answers. read more

I have been buying and leasing luxury cars since I was 20 and am now 72. I have never been to a dealership that must have meetings on how to ignore a customer. I leased my Jaguar in Riverside but brought it for it's first service to this sorry excuse for a dealership. After making an appointment and standing around looking for someone in service. I was told I was early and have a seat. later that day I receive a call that the car would not be ready until the next day. Now this was only for the first service and nothing more. Next day I stand around again but this time someone drives my car up with the driver door left open. This person walks inside and asks if that's my car. I said yes as he hands me the keys and walks away. I did manage to hunt someone down so I could have a receipt. The car was never washed and the mats had sand on the pedals and mat. Now I am near the end of the lease and will be getting the next Jaguar from Riverside or Mission Viejo. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Rolls Royce and its dealerships offer the worst customer service on the planet. I have purchased two Rolls Royce cars in the last 3 years from another dealership worth over $700,000. Let me tell you about the complete arrogance and lack of appreciation that you can expect if you choose to buy a Rolls Royce or deal with any of its dealerships. The last Rolls Royce I acquired was a lease through Rolls Royce Financial. Rolls Royce Financial refused to honor my purchase option in violation of California law and refused to sell me the car at the end of the lease. The car has equity at the end of my lease and Rolls Royce wanted to cheat me out of that equity at all cost. Rolls Royce Financial then told another dealership that I was attempting to sell the car so that they would "sabatoge" my title by refusing to give me the title even if I tendered the payoff in order to cause me to pay an unnecessary sales tax. California tax law exempts my transaction from sales tax if I transfer the car within 10 days. Rolls Royce promised to delay giving me my title to cause the sales tax to be due. Isnt that a nice way to treat a customer who has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to drive a Rolls Royce? Desert European is equally to blame as Rolls Royce Financial. After taking over $700,000 from me over the last three years, they refuse to return any of my calls, answer any of my letters, or take any action to help me resolve matters with Rolls Royce Financial. In fact, they took $1,000 from me to prepare teh car for sale and handle paperwork to a private buyer 3 months earlier. Rolls Royce apparently cooperated with this earlier deal because there wasnt equity in the vehicle at that time. Once there is money on the table, Rolls Royce will take all action necessary to cheat you out of it. Caveat Emptor when dealing with Desert European.!! read more

I drove 2hrs after confirmed with the sales guy Michael Jackson that they hv a 718. However, when I got there by 2hrs driving, he told me they just sold the car. Why u dont info me within those 2hrs. He knows I was coming. Then I wish to order one from manufacture. I guess they may don't hv anymore allocations of the 718 for this year, so the quotation was crazy high. About 1.5 times more than my final one from Pasadena. I currently driving the boxster 2015，so I knew the reasonable price should be. A $60K car lease for 5000mi/yr only, 3-6k down and $1000+/mo with 700+ credit score, 3yrs leasing...U can lease by urself. Even by finance, the monthly rate was high enough to buy a big Range Rover. By purchase, I told him that I didn't need Navi, but he still put it on my build list and no any discount. I think they just can't order more cars from Porsche this year so they don't want my biz. But I was happy that I finally ordered my customized 718 boxster from Rusnak Pasadena with $3500 off discount. There hv a lot of dealers in LA area with more inventory avail Because they hv more customers. So they can do a much better deal than a desert only for rich local 35yrs old+ people dealer. read more

I bought an "Porsche approved" 2013 Porsche cabriolet from Chris Guidry a few months. first of all, it felt like he was doing me a favor of selling me this car. I should have walked then but the car was priced fairly so I didn't even negotiate. next, I figured since the car was "Porsche approved" it would be in almost perfect condition....wrong!!! after waiting for nearly 4 hours, I finally got called in to finance (Elena Ramirez), she was very professional and fast. I drove the car to San Diego that evening. I heard a few rattles and normal car noise. the next week I took it to San Diego Porsche for an inspection of rattle noise. turns out, the bumper had been painted, the roof had a tear on it, the tires were dry / cracking and the previous owner had spilled coffee on AC buttons and were getting stuck and never repaired... last thing.. San Diego Porsche found a cut or ripped brake cable that should have been detected during certification!! A BRAKE CABLE!!!! long story short, San Diego Porsche fixed the issues and even loaned me a new Panamera for a few days. after all this, I did not even receive a courtesy call to see how my transaction went.. com'on, this is Porsche. I get calls from Toyota to make sure I'm still happy with a Tacoma I bought 3 years ago! read more

Long time customer and first time dealing with the Porsche GM Shad. He was a great guy and went out of his way to be helpful.

I had an almost perfect experience at the Porsche dealership in Palm Springs. My salesman, Polo, was attentive and knowledgeable and he made my experience a pleasure. His follow up has been terrific as well. The only downfall was the long wait to close the deal. However, once it began, the closing went very smoothly. I have now had two good experiences with this dealership. read more

The Audi service department is A+! Stan Sterling, the Audi service consultant, and Dennis Butero, the service manager, are simply the best. I've had the pleasure of owning 5 Rolls-Royce vehicles in my life time. About a year ago, I went into Indigo Rolls-Royce to purchase/lease my next vehicle. I heard good things about them and after having a negative experience at a local dealer, I decided to give them a try. I started working with Jason and Kyle. In the beginning, things were great. I communicated my need to replace a wrecked Bentayga and was up in the air about deciding on a Wraith or Ghost. I'm assuming I took too long as the communication with them stopped. My emails went unanswered and my calls weren't returned. Due to unforeseen events, I decided to put the car search on hold. I popped in today after seeing a car in their inventory that I had searched for over the past couple of months. I was greeted my Jaime, who i'd met before. Instantly I could feel I was wasting her time. Another couple popped in at the same time and the greeting was much more welcoming and warm. They chatted it up for about 20 minutes. I casually left. I encountered Kyle and Jason outside who put the cherry on top in making me feel unwanted. No eye contact, One word responses. You could tell they were forcing themselves to interact with me. No problem however, I'll take my business elsewhere. It's a shame that a car so beautiful and a company who prides themselves on the customer experience is so dismissive. read more

Top Notch! First, great service department! Chad and his team are professional and honest! Very respectable. Sales department - Nice, honest people. So honest that if they can't match a deal from elsewhere they will let you know! Jerry, Taj and the Sales Manager Kimo were fantastic. I highly recommend this dealership! read more

I purchased a 2015 Audi R8. It had 400+ miles on it (so it was AS NEW AS YOU COULD GET for not being new). The sales process was amazing. I flew down to Palm Springs to pick it up and drove it back to San Francisco. It was a great drive. The next morning I hand washed it since their were so many bugs on it from my drive home. As I was washing it, the bottom front bumper "plastic air vent" was loose and popped out. I sent an email with pictures to Jeremiah Valantine | Audi Brand Specialist. His response was "I am sorry to hear about what happened to the bumper. I emailed my parts department this morning regarding a replacement. According to their system they would have to order the whole bumper to replace it which would be about $1,200 after taxes." I responded back with "YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING, I just spent $129,000 + purchased the 8 year extended warranty on a car that has 400 miles on it and you expect me to pay for this?". Of course no one responded until I sent 3 emails and cc'd the General Manager (Mike) and the Owner (Todd). THEN they got back to me and said that they did a MAJOR INSPECTION on the car when the previous owner brought it in and they found no issues (as if I was lying). IN THE END, I brought it to my local Audi dealer (Audi Livermore - we also own a Q7) and OF COURSE they had to order a replacement part and fixed it at NO CHARGE. IT'S UNFORTUNATE THAT IT APPEARS TO ME THAT AT INDIGO, there motto is "SELL 'EM AND FORGET 'EM"! read more

I recently purchased a Porsche Macan GTS from Scott Py at indiGO Auto Group. Wow. All I can say. I had visited other dealers and each salesperson promised to find the car I wanted. I waited. I called back and was again assured they were looking. I waited. I shared my story with a friend who had just purchased his 4th Porsche through Scott. I know why. I called Scott. Shared what I had to have in the car and want I absolutely did not want. Scott found exactly the car I wanted. He answered all my questions and actually came to my office in Seal Beach to show off the features of the car. I bought my dream car and Scott Py made this my dream transaction. And, in case you are wondering, the car gets better every day. I love it! I will never own anything other than a Porsche and I will purchase them from Scott! read more

I leased my gorgeous Jaguar XF last January. My Sales agent was Terri Trout. Terri was amazing. She was so helpful when it came to choosing the right model car, and then she was able to answer every question I had about the car I choose. Terri took me on the most amazing "test drive" that I have ever taken, which really put the car through its paces. Terri Trout is outstanding and I recommend her to anyone wanting to lease or buy from Desert European. Recently, I went for my first service experience, and was greeted by David Barron Service Consultant. He was prompt, efficient and very pleasant. Rather than having to wait at the dealership while the service was being completed, I was provided a shuttle ride to and from my office, which was very convenient. Overseeing everything is Michael Weibel, General Manager, the ultimate professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and approachable. He sets the standard for how a luxury car dealership should relate to its customers. I am a Real Estate Broker with Bennion Deville Homes in Rancho Mirage. I have encouraged my colleagues and my clients to buy or lease from Desert European, knowing that they will have the same great experience that I have had. For years I drove BMW, but not anymore! I am loving my Jaguar, but if I decide to make a change in the future, I will definitely select a model offered by Desert European. They have won my loyalty as a repeat customer. read more

Got a 2011 porsche turbo s from them. My 4th porsche. Sales guy Christian nice guy and good lease process.

It seems amazing that so many different experiences can happen at one dealership. I have an Aston Martin and transport it to the desert each November. I noticed that the surround for the navigation screen was cracked. I took the car to DE and they said it was not covered by the warranty. But they said they would do what they could and talk to AM. In the end, AM and DE absorbed 75% of the cost. I was very pleased with their effort and the resolution. They have done the service work quickly and efficiently on my car and on my wife's Bentley. I think their service is excellent. read more

Just had to add to our prior review of their sales department, which treated us extremely well long after we purchased our beautiful XJL ("Ella"). Really, really happy with these people--and no, we don't have family or other connections there; and don't own the place. Just very, very satisfied customers. read more

Audi in Rancho Mirage has an amazing team. I visited the Audi dealership 7 to 10 time before finally getting my Q5. Each time I was there Steve Clark. Great dealership and great staff. For anyone contemplating an out-of-state purchase of a high-performance luxury car this is the place. They really know how to handle all the details for an out-of-state purchase including taxes, licensing, and even taking a trade! If it is a Porsche you are after - Scott Py is an extremely professional CA with a great sense of humor and good follow through. We live in Seattle and had no intention of purchasing a car when we stopped in just look at a 911; we left three days later with a wonderful 2013 Boxster S CPO that we drove home to Seattle (what a ride!). Follow up since then on a few outstanding details has been very good by both Scott and the dealership's finance folks. We were treated fairly, with respect, and enjoyed the process. If/when the next car buying opportunity arises we'll find an excuse to visit our kids in PS and then swing by DE and visit Scott. Highly recommended! Run for your life! they are thieves and criminals! Bait and switch is the game here... they sold me a Maserati brand new and found i out it was a used LEMON! The sales staff is arrogant and once you buy your car.... they never answer the phone ever again:-( Also, they asked me to come back in and sign a new contract the day after my purchase of a lease with 12k miles a year... I just turned in the car and they are trying to charge me $12k in over milage with the claim that i got a low mile lease... when reviewing the new contract, We Realized they switched the contract on me:-( Shame on me for not re-reading it! the second time but who would have thought they would have done such a thing! But they did and ER (Finance Director) will not come to a phone for 5 years now after numerous attempts to reach her... I have bought many cars in my life but have NEVER dealt with a dealership orchestrating such a bogus deals and blatantly horrific customer service! Got my Aston Martin service last 16 Mar 2017at 9am. Service was really excellent. Updated and kept me posted when they were servicing my car. Again Lilly, Paul were really very professional. Joseph( the person working on my car) made a remark that i needed to change the hood shocks because it was weak. I also notice that because everytime i look under the hood, this hood will fall on my head but i totally forgot to mention it to Lilly when i made an appt for service. Lilly ordered my parts( hood shocks) and i came in today to have them replace it. My appt was 9am and By 9 : 30 am Joseph drove the car out and it was ready. "Service at its best." I will recommend this place to anyone who really care about their car's maintenance service orfor any issue you got on your very expensive car. Thanks again Lilly, Paul and Joseph. Not happy with the Porsche service department. They broke something in my porsche and wouldn't take responsibility to fix or replace. Indigo Auto Group's Land Rover and Jaguar service department in Rancho Mirage is the worst service department I have ever had to deal with... I leased my second Jaguar there, and had so many problems with their service department, I leased my third Jaguar in Riverside. Unfortunately 3 months in, my diesel engine light came on. I live in Palm Springs, CA so the Riverside dealer is over an hour drive, so I thought I had better take it in to the Rancho Mirage dealer. They found the additive was low, and although my 2017 Jaguar is "supposedly" maintenance free, they charged me $60.00 claiming it was between services. I have had such a bad history with them, I just paid it. My next service I took my car to Riverside and the service was great. My car, once again had an engine light on, so I took it to Rancho Mirage. It was an easy fix, but they convince me to have my 10,000 mile check (even though I had less than 10k on my car). After I picked up my car they told me I would need to bring it in at 20,000 miles. At 20,000 miles I called the service department in Riverside to find that had been bought out by Indigo Auto Group. There was non longer any advantage to trekking all the way out to Riverside so I called the dealer in Rancho Mirage and explained what the service writer told me. The women I spoke with told me that yes she found the note in my records and made an appointment. When I arrived I was told it was too early for my service (interesting it was never too early for my previous jag that did not have free maintenance). I explained the situation and was told she made a mistake. I told him I also had a rattle in the front dash, and he told me that it would be $200 to diagnose the problem. That was it. Unfortunately Riverside and Palm Springs are the only two Jaguar dealers less that 2 hours away, so I will be forced to service my leased Jaguar with them, but I assure you when my lease is up, I will never buy or lease another Jaguar. read more

I have always taken my Audi to Desert European Motorcars since moving out to the desert. I was actually excited that Audi was building a dealership out here. The bad news is that this is most poorly run dealership and service center I have ever been to. So bad in fact , that I ended up calling Audi corporate to let them know. I am an longtime Audi owner and love the brand but will NEVER go to this dealership again for service. The delays, the runaround and what I ultimately feel is dishonesty at this service establishment is shocking. I really hope Audi corporate gets involved to turn this dealership around. read more
