I had the worst experience here. I brought my Tahoe in for a simple wheel balance and left with my truck pulling to the right. After speaking with the manager, he informed me that my tires couldn't be balanced, but they only rotated them. If you have time to waste, come here! Ended up having to wait over an hour and a half with my car not even moving to be told that there was a long wait, which I was not told when I was told there was availability. DO NOT GO HERE. Samuel sat and flirted with every customer in front of me! Tried to charge me $800 plus fora tire because I drive a Benz. NO CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF! No matter what they drive! SAMUEL Said they had the tire SATURDAY. I get a call Saturday close to closing time saying they actually don't have the tire, leaving me without my vehicle until Monday. Monday comes I decide due to the lack of professional I'm going to just take my car to Mercedes. Town truck people arrive they refuse to let my car go saying I owe them. How? I call they say it's a mistake! I had to call another tow truck driver to come get my car again due to the LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM! This is nothing less than discrimination. Went here for a new set of tires and an alignment. Previously used discount but their lack of alignment options asks some cool financing options for me over to Firestone. The service was fast and friendly didn't have to be stuck all day waiting for my car. Their online appointment setting option probably got me out the door quicker as well. I had an appointment and showed up for the check in. I stood there for ten minutes and all the employees were in the shop and just totally ignored me. The service advisor finally came out and informed me that he would not be able to fix my car the same day and to leave it there overnight. I scheduled the appointment yesterday so why didn't they call me this morning to inform me and save me a trip? Very poor customer service and the staff is totally incompetent. Great place, guys where honest and helped me get in and out in 40 mins for my routine maintenance

Came here to get an alignment done and afterwards car had a crooked steering wheel and was pulling. Told them about it and was told they couldn't do it again because they where almost closing and there guy had just left. Took it the next week to my prefer location to get another alignment done since car was now squeaking like crazy and was told suspension needed to be replaced and was quoted over 3k to fix it. I told them that was impossible since suspension was new and had just been installed 2 months ago. But they assured me it was bad and they couldn't align my vehicle. Called customer service to informed them I wanted my vehicle fixed since they had messed it up at this location and was told someone would call me. JOSE called me from this location where I took my vehicle and was told someone would get back to me in 48 hours and it's been over 3 weeks and I keep calling and they say someone will get back at me in 48 hours. Don't bring your car here they don't know how to work on a vehicle can't even perform an alignment right. If there not qualified to work on a vehicle then they shouldn't be saying they can. This place does not honor appointments I came across town to get here from work and the Spanish male who answered the phones this day on 10/25/19 lied to me and said he could get me in he even scheduled me an apt! Next thing I know the wait went from 20 mins to 1 hour and 30 mins Not only did I try to understand why he would lie but he didn't give a damn I'm tired I been at work all day on my feet the last thing I want to do is ride around sleepy looking for an oil change I only came to this certain location because I use to deal with this place before I located out of the state my first oil change back into Texas and I came here I won't be returning and the ppl I use to see aren't here so maybe it's new management but the customer service sucks and the guy is lucky I don't feel like telling him off.... damn shame ppl lie like that he could have kept it real and said no we don't want to set the appointment for another day .... rude 0 stars read more

I received service from this location before. On Saturday 6/27/2020 my car started experiencing tire vibrations. I made an appt online, I called this morning Monday 6/29/2020 to verify my appt. and to inquire about the lifetime alignment I previously purchase. I spoke with the mgr about it, and his customer service sucked!!! I decided I would purchase new tires away. I asked the mgr his name and he told me his first name and I asked his last name, he informed me "you have my first name and that's all your getting"..... well I told him I would be purchasing tires during my appt time, but at that moment I thought why should I pay $1200 bucks at an establishment with a rude mgr. I canceled my appt and I'm currently at Discount Tires getting a new set of tires with excellent customer service. I will never return. read more

My cousin recommended this place and after a few minutes, I realized that the front counter customer service is better at the Honda place. The counter guys seemed to be non-chalant about helping me. I ended up getting the "special" - synthetic oil (6000 miles), tire rotation and check, battery check, and a hodge podge of other checks costing me about $62 which was pretty reasonable. The guy (Asian) that was working on my car was very polite and nice. As I watched him periodically, I noticed that he really took his time and wasn't trying to rush through it. I appreciated that.... This place sucks. I had an appointment when they opened at 9am. Well the car just got done. How does an oil change take 2 hours? Then they tell me they don't have a part for my car so My boyfriend waited about an additional 30 minutes for it to arrive. The purpose of an appointment is to get in and out. It's not my fault you guys don't prepare the day before like others do for appointments. read more

Update: I went to Firestone in spring off cypresswood and they aligned my truck perfectly! So this Hispanic male at the front desk blatantly lied to my face quoting me $1,000 for new front end suspension parts when he didn't even throw my truck on the machine. Never go here this integrity is disgustingly poor. Karma is real and messing with people like that will never bring back good business. set an appointment for an alignment at 4pm. I showed up at 3:30. He looked at me as if he didn't remember who I was even though I just came in the day before. After waiting around my truck for 4 hours I decided to ask them if they were gonna get around to it because it was closing time. He proceeds to lie to my face and say they put it on the machine but couldn't get it aligned because it needs new parts. I have a 2018 f150 with 30k miles on it. the suspension is brand new and I just had it aligned at another Firestone in spring three months ago. He continue to list out $1000 worth of parts that I needed it including tie rods and a whole bunch of other stuff. My truck never moved from the spot I parked it in. I was sleeping in my truck for atleast two hours. Nobody moved my truck. Worst experience Of my life so far. read more

Blew a tire on I-45 and was lucky to find the Firestone right at the exit. The guy was very helpful and got to my car pretty fast. Only ding was the repair guy forgot to put my original tire caps (the branded ones) and I had to remind him. read more

I was stranded on the side of the freeway pulled in to get a tire and i was told that the cheapest tire they had was a Chinese tire for 205 dollars. Looked up on the website and saw name brand American tires for more than half the price. This is disappointing due to the fact that they wanted to rip me off with some cheap Chinese tires that won't last long. I will not be shopping from these people and i recommend that you don't either. read more

I am a regular at this Firestone and everytime I come in to get my oil change they never have my oil filter in stock. Today, I said I need to be out by 10:45 - MY APPT. time is 9. Somehow they don't think they can make that happen. I would appreciate my filter being here when I come in. It's ridiculous that I have to spend 2 hours here when I made an appointment. I made an appointment the day before online for a alignment, when i get there i let the employee know. They start working on my car within 15 minutes. While i waited to got some coffee, i was going to use the restroom until i saw how disgusting the toilet was. The waiting area is a decent size but the restroom was just horrible. My car was done in about 45 min which was fine by me. When my car was ready i asked the lady what the alignment papers was, and she explained something that made no sense to me. She told me my total was about $200, i asked her why when the alignment said $85 online. Her response was " oh you don't want lifetime" I said no. My total came out to $91. Overall I was okay with everything for my first time as a firestone customer. read more
