I saw their reviews on Google and wanted to call them because I had a flat tire. I was advised that I can still use my tire I would have to seal up the hole. So I tried calling to inquire the price of that. I called once. Someone answered without saying hello, then they hung up. So I called back immediately. He answered sounded rush. I was trying to ask him how much it would be to seal the flat tire, and he kept saying do I want to dispose it. Then he said it's $3 to dispose it and hung up. I can already tell there's some incompetence going on and their rudeness alone was enough to deter me from taking my car there. Customer service is terrible. I think I'll go to a more reputable shop. read more

I have been taking my cars and family's cars here for years and recommending them BUT lately I noticed 2 new people: the mechanic and a chubby salt & pepper-haired guy who speaks some English. My son took his car to this shop for a simple wheel alignment ($55) and $400+ later here we are dealing with them getting nasty with us. It was one repair after another after another for a car that rarely gets on the highway, and my son drives his car to work and back (less than 5 miles a day each way). The endless repairs stopped when I brought my wife who speaks Spanish. Suddenly, the trumped up repairs stopped. Then, when we went to pay for the repairs, they wanted us to sign for the repairs without listing all the repairs and without any total on the receipt. They already charged my son's card at this point. Now they wanted us to sign a blank repair bill with no dollar amounts or total. When I told them we will sign when they fill that in, they got really nasty with us. Also, when I said my son cannot pay the charges all at once now and if he could pay some now and the rest soon, they said they'd charge $10/day for the car being there. Mind you it was them that kept moving forward with repairs. They even purchased the drive belt for the car without our authorization, and the drive belt broke under their care, and they claimed the belt was bad. Then, suddenly the alternator wheel was squeaking under their car. That didn't happen before. The car was not making any squeaking noises whatsoever. My son drives the car very gently. Everyone who knows him knows this. Then, the belt tensioner was suddenly broken. According to them, that's how it already was. How on earth was it already like this and running fine? I grew up working on cars with my dad. I was just under my son's hood not long ago. There was no squeaking, and the belt and none of the pulleys were shaking at all. I'm not sure if the repairs will sustain or if the car will have issues since they were already upset because I don't understand them speaking Spanish, but if something else shady happens, I'll come back and update this review. By the way, I drive a 2011 328i BMW, but everyone assumes that if you drive such a car, you must have a lot of money. Clearly, that's what these guys saw and took advantage of this. Be careful. If you look like you have money, be prepared to be taken for a ride. In the meantime, be careful. You think you're going there for a simple fix, and your car might suddenly catch the everything-is-wrong-with-it sickness. read more

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Absolute garbage. A job that was suppose to be $275 ended up costing me close to $800 and the problem was still not fixed. The mechanic and other employer still had the audacity to have an attitude over me being upset of the situation. Trash establishment. read more

I've noticed this tire shop recently, but never stopped in until recently. I first had new tires placed on our 2010 Nissan Sentra, and he give us an affordable price to mount, balance, and dispose of the old tires, and it was a much better deal than Discount Tire off of 59N. This was at the beginning of last year, and yes I know, I'm a bit late in making a review but wanted too, to highlight the awesome and affordable service we received. I recently return this month to upgrade my wheels on my 2013 Scion TC, and he was able to give me a good price as a returning customer, which I had appreciated. I had to return two time because of a TPMS issue, and they were able to take care of it quickly, since it was on my route home. They are a small mom and pop shop, and I will continue to rely on their service. I was dropping a friend off nearby when I had a tire emergency around 6:45pm on a Saturday. I called them beforehand and they were kind enough to stay open until I arrived. Once I got there I purchased 2 used tires (which were practically brand new Goodyear's) for my Chevy Silverado for a total of 90 bucks! I left them an extra 10 as a thank you. An honest family business. I plan on coming in next week for my other 2 tires. read more

I stopped at this shop to see if they offered oil changes which they replied yes. Once my car was propped up and the old oil was drained the mechanic then asks me "Where is your oil?" I've NEVER been somewhere to get an oil change and had to provide my OWN oil! This is the most ridiculous thing I've been through. Once I told him I did not have my own oil he spoke with someone in their office who then yelled "C'MON" from across the parking lot to take me to the local autozone to purchase a 5 quart container of oil and filter. After this process I was pretty heated. If the business did not have the oil prepared for a change then I felt I should have been informed beforehand instead of forcing me to go through this over-the-top process. In the end, I spent about 1.5-2 hours there and spent $40+ it's safe to say I will never visit this place again. read more
