An off the wall, not-so-fancy establishment but at this point I just wanted my tire to be fixed or replaced ASAP. Without someone having to convince me that they feel "I am not safe in my vehicles and should consider purchasing larger tires" on my SUV to have them ALL replaced. No Gracias! As I arrived to Mateo's I shared how I know I need to replace one for sure and if he thinks I need more I was willing to have them replaced (Which I just bought 2 a couple months ago). Mateo said I only needed that one and he had it in stock! (YAY!) I gave him my key lock and he immediately started working on my tire since it indeed needed to be changed. The work was done in about 10 minutes WOW! I was impressed! He was nice, courteous and professional. I appreciate a straight-forward business that respects a woman despite my lack on tire knowledge. Thanks to Mateo, I was very pleased with his service and speedy work. I definitely recommend giving him a chance, very affordable too. He accepts cash and card.

Going on a hunch (I passed on a shop closer bc the vibe wasn't right), it paid off. They've done thousand$ in various suspension work over the past few years and I'm only here bc I asked how I could put in a good review for them as a thanks. They seem pretty female-friendly too from what I've seen in the waiting room. Just be as specific as possible with your issue. They don't seem to advertise much (the pics are mad old) since they've got a whole building/shop next to the tire place now. A good "sleeper" shop as I don't care for the chain (get 'em in, get 'em out) type. Busier in the past few years, so be a little patient and you should (hopefully) be satisfied. If I remember, I'll post a recent pic the next time I'm over that way. Good luck!

We were a bit confused as to who we needed to see to get the tire repaired. The guys outside were busy and the lady inside told us to go outside. So we found a gentleman who was absolutely wonderful. We showed him where the leak was and he went to working. He ended up patching the tire bc there were 2 holes close together. We went inside the office to sit and wait. Other customers were pleasant in the waiting area which is a good sign. The family bathroom has a urinal, toilet and bidet which was neat but weird at the same time. Anywho, it took about 15 minutes and we were back on the road. He made sure all lugs were secured and pressure was right on the other tires as well. I'll hold onto the…read morewings of the eagles, and watch as we all fly away" Thank you Nickleback for introducing us to the true meaning of Ripley's. One upon a time, out of a place deep deep in the gates of hell and sewers, one of the worst types of human cruelty decided to target my truck and steel my catalytic converter. Leaving me with a truck so loud that when driving home, every other truck was trying to get me to race it. So I ended up at the Toyota dealer who told me that I'm number 127 in line to get it replaced and the wait would only be 1 month. What da!? So I left it there to wait, wanting original parts. I can do this right. Then on a follow up call 2 weeks into the wait they confirmed that the wait will be more like 3 month. Three months?! As in 1,2,3? Also known as one, two, three? Just no. There has got to be a better way. So I call my usual mechanic who referred me to another mechanic who does custom work and they go by the name of Ripley's. I call and I said, "how long?" They said "5 hours". I said "what!" They said "um hmm" I said "go pick it up at Toyota". 1 hour later my truck is at Ripley's. 5 hours after that I get a text saying, "blah, blah, blah, Done! I'm like, " what? " They like "yeah". So in pure disbelief I zoom on over there. And there she is... glistening in the sun, with even a new anti-theft converter cover. My lovely vehicle that identifies as a Truck; was there waiting for me. And Tommy, the owner of Ripley's, was standing there with a red cape with a big "R" on his chest and my set of keys. He saved the day from a horrible 3 months of doom. From 3 months to 5 stars! THE END... And Prosper.

I can hereby say that on this third visit with yet another vehicle I will only come to this spot for all my tire needs. The service here is top notch and the waiting room isn't crowded and junky like most other tire places. I don't like that they require you to show your driver's license when using a card. Almost makes you feel criminal. I'm sure they have their reasons but... I don't like that. Nevertheless, I like this place 10 times more than any other I've ever visited. I asked him to break the price down. He said the tune up is $275 and the engine mounds is what made up the rest of the price. I told him that's crazy expensive bc a tune up is around $160. He then said oh yeah you're right I was gonna give you a deluxe tune up. WTF?? Why not ask me what I want instead of trying to blindly upsell me like I don't know anything. We've spent so much money here, it made me think the guy felt as if he could just throw out prices bc we've always paid whatever in the past. Super annoyed with this location & I will never return here. Do your own price comparisons first is my advice!

Took my daughter's car to Quality for engine light a couple of weeks ago. Previously, another auto…read moreshop had replaced the gas cap in hopes that that was the issue for the evap system engine code from the diagnostics. That shop said that most of the time, a poor sealing gas cap is the problem for that system code, but to find out for sure a smoke test of the evap system would be required. Well, we hoped that the problem was solved so we passed on the additional cost for the smoke test with that shop. Soon after, the engine light came on again. So that's how I ended up taking the car Quality for the engine light a couple of weeks ago, so they could run the smoke test. Daniel ran the test (the same diagnostic code for evap system) and to my surprise, they called me in the shop area and showed me the smoke spilling out of the gas cap connection, which obviously was not fixed by the previous shop the first time. So we're happy with a new gas cap, but then a short time later the engine light comes on again - how aggravating! So, I took it back to Quality this morning and Joe remembered the car and me from the recent, last visit. Diagnostics showed an issue with the evap system again, but this time using a higher pressure system test on the evap system, they isolated the additional problem canister and completed the repair. Thinking this through, once they found the poor gas cap seal previously with the smoke test, (which I came in asking for at the suggestion of the other auto shop) replaced the gas cap and the engine light went off after test drive, it would not have been prudent at that time to try a different costly diagnostic (in this case, the higher pressure test.) I learned that the smoke test is a low pressure test, which perhaps would not reveal the problem with the evap system canister issue - at least that's how understand it (might be wrong.) Fair pricing for part and labor. Excellent service and personal attention to me - kept me in the loop on the issues regarding ordering the part (GMC problem with part number, not Quality's.) Miguel test drove the vehicle to ensure that the engine light was now no longer activated and I was good to go! I've used Quality for years for all of my vehicles and after using many automotive shops in the Spring area since 1990, Quality is the one I trust most.
