This place is definitely a throwback! Excellent customer…read moreservice (a rarity these days), attentive employees, and an awesome collection of yesteryear's technology. I prefer a small, local business with friendly, honest people. Trout Tire is that place. I had a double blowout and was stranded in New Caney. GOOGLE showed NTB and WalMart and Trout Tire within 1-2 miles. NTB was closing and declined to service my needs with no concern for my being stranded 2 hours from home. Walmart did not have the sizes I needed in stock nor was the auto department open. My sister and I got a hotel room and ordered tires online that night and had them delivered to Trout Tire to have them installed. They did a great job, very quickly, I might add, called when said they would, and did not create any additional damage like some other places. As I waited for my tires/car I watched customers come in, get serviced, and leave with no hassle. No shucking, no jiving, no hemming and hawing. This cozy, friendly shop out performed NTB AND WalMart, both national chains. It's like witnessing David defeat Goliath! They turned my unfortunate mishap into a manageable, affordable, and tolerable experience. I thank you, Trout Tire Family, and may God continue to bless you all. Finding your shop was a needed blessing. Don't stop doing what you do!
