I cannot believe the appalling treatment I received from Lamborghini Houston. After giving a deposit of $10,000 and being promised a specific delivery date for my vehicle, I was put back on a waitlist yet again. This is simply unacceptable, especially since I have already been waiting since late 2021. To receive such news today has left me absolutely furious. To make matters worse, the dealership had the audacity to inform me that the car manufacturer no longer produces the product I had ordered, without any prior notification. This level of incompetence and lack of communication is not only unacceptable but downright insulting. I find the behavior of Lamborghini Houston to be beyond unprofessional and unethical. As a fellow business owner, I expect all businesses to uphold basic standards of transparency and customer service. Unfortunately, Lamborghini Houston has failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I am extremely upset and disappointed by the way Lamborghini Houston treated me. Pablo Delgado promised my car would be ready February or March of this year and I feel as if I was lied to. They are not just undeserving of my business, but I will be making sure that everyone I know hears about my terrible experience. I'm happy to report that Lamborghini Houston still exceeds any expectations of exemplary customer service! Mario makes getting our cars serviced extremely easy with just one text to him. How cool is that? Mario goes above and beyond for his customers by not only asking for specific details of what's needed for our cars, but arranged pickup and delivery for us and ending the transactions as smooth as possible with a texted quote and a texted link for executing payment. Everyone's time is valuable and for me and my husband, this is a convenience that we definitely appreciate. Honestly, I was a little concerned that the quality of my past customer service might slip after a big group took over, but happily, that hadn't been the case. Our personal inventory consists of four exotics, so ensuring proper maintenance on them is crucial to their continued performance and handling. Mario and the crew at Lamborghini Houston are hands down the best in the car business. Raj, my salesman, is still always on the ready if I text him any question at all. THIS is what Customer Service is and what every big exotic car dealer should aspire to achieve. Making customers happy so they want to be a Repeat Customer! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from afar (I live in Oregon)- and they had the car with everything I was looking for. Originally, we were reaching out just to see how everything would break down, but Phillipe knew how to take care of us and finalize the deal! I wasn't just purchasing from a distance, but also had a trade in as well. Everything was super smooth. After working out the financials, the auto transport was ready to pick up my car two days later and had the car delivered the following week, and the new car was on it's way to me as soon as my trade in was dropped off! It all happened at lightning speed. When it came to breaking down the financials, Leesa was very easy to work with (especially remotely!). Bad experience - would not recommend!!! When you buy an expensive exotic car you want and expect to have the best trusted service you can get. In August 2016 I traded my Mercedes with an Audi R8 at Lamborghini Houston dealership. The dealership and their employees provided the worst service I ever got! It started with the salesman (Philipe) never calling me back or responding to my texts. This has happened after I shipped my Mercedes to them for a trade-in. It seems like once they know it's a done deal they don't care about the customer anymore and completely ignore you. It took me a week to get hold of the manager. Multiple phone calls yet they never call back. Even after I spoke with the manager they delayed my car's delivery for two weeks so I had to rent a car since they already had mine. Worse, after 2 months I found out that they never sent my registration documents for my R8 to the DMV. I bought the car in August, got the plates only in November, and all the salesman had to say was "I'm not accounting". They never followed up with me after they received the payment, it seems like they don't care about the customer. I needed to remind them every week for a whole month to send the paperwork to the DMV before it happened. This is not a good company. They don't monitor their employees and follow their promises. I will never buy anything from them again and I do not recommended this dealership, take your business somewhere else. read more

I am on my 6th Lamborghini, 3 of which have been new Aventadors. I just had LH call and advise me that it is "normal" for a $500,000 AC system to blow hot (100 degree) air for 6-10 minutes after the car has been started and stopped multiple times. Really? And this supposedly from the factory. I have multiple high end cars, never had ANYONE suggest anything as silly as this. This is a new 2019 Aventador direct from the factory. If this is normal, you might want to limit your purchases to any other brand, unless you don't mind riding in the heat. read more

I have been in the market lately for a new vehicle to trade my car in on. I am cross shopping multiple brands and Lamborghini happens to be one. I went today without an appointment and Aaron Ogden took really good care of me. I am 22, so a lot of dealerships are somewhat iffy allowing someone my age to sit in and drive the vehicles in the price range these cars are in. Aaron was very informative, and allowed me to drive 2 cars, both of which sticker well over 250 thousand dollars. He wasn't pushy, or rude in his approach.
