I am giving this place five stars due to Cody and his great customer service…read more This place is about two hours away from me so I wanted as much information as possible before making the trip - I needed to make sure the car was good and I can lock the price I wanted. The timeline for the review is as follows and keep in mind that I had work on Friday and work until 12 pm on Saturday: 1) Thursday night/Friday morning - I messaged indiGO through its website 2) Friday morning - I received a call/text/email from Cody 3) Friday 2 pm - I got the price I wanted around 2 pm but I don't get off work until 6 pm (bummer because I wanted to go see the car ASAP) 4) Saturday - plan was to finish work, run some quick errands and be at indiGO between 3 pm and 5 pm ----- NOTE: I ended up not going because I got a deal closer to home. After I messaged indiGO regarding a vehicle I was interested in, I received a call, a text message, and an email from Cody. I responded to him via text; I asked for the OTD price and I told him I wanted to pay off the car in a one-time payment. He was very helpful with the breakdown of the cost and we negotiated the price through text. Once I mentioned my final OTD price, he asked me to call him and we ended up agreeing on what I wanted. What I liked was that there was NO pressure to finance. During the phone call, Cody had his manager (I believe his name was Jeff) on the line and they guaranteed the OTD. They also said they would put the car on hold since I was not able to go see the car until the following day; Cody asked me to call him when I'm on my way to see the car. On Saturday morning, I did some more research into the vehicle since its CarFax was missing some information, and after the research, I was still prepared to head out to indiGO after work. When I was almost done with work, I saw an email from a dealership closer to home that agreed to the price I wanted for a similar car with lower mileage. Around noon, Cody texted me to ask if I was still heading out and I replied no. Honestly, I felt super bad to say no because Cody was so nice and helpful during the whole process. If I did not end up with the deal closer to home, I would have definitely made the two hour trip to test drive/buy the car through Cody. Ask for Cody if you are looking to buy a car through the indiGO Auto Group.

This makes my second review of Lamborghini Houston and first since Indigo Group has acquired it…read more I'm happy to report that Lamborghini Houston still exceeds any expectations of exemplary customer service! Mario makes getting our cars serviced extremely easy with just one text to him. How cool is that? Mario goes above and beyond for his customers by not only asking for specific details of what's needed for our cars, but arranged pickup and delivery for us and ending the transactions as smooth as possible with a texted quote and a texted link for executing payment. Everyone's time is valuable and for me and my husband, this is a convenience that we definitely appreciate. Honestly, I was a little concerned that the quality of my past customer service might slip after a big group took over, but happily, that hadn't been the case. Our personal inventory consists of four exotics, so ensuring proper maintenance on them is crucial to their continued performance and handling. Mario and the crew at Lamborghini Houston are hands down the best in the car business. Raj, my salesman, is still always on the ready if I text him any question at all. THIS is what Customer Service is and what every big exotic car dealer should aspire to achieve. Making customers happy so they want to be a Repeat Customer! On a side note; Ferrari of Houston could seriously use Lamborghini Houston's expertise when it comes to providing exceptional customer service AFTER the sale. Maybe Indigo could buy them? ;-)

I looked up oil change on yelp and so many places came up on here I was overwhelmed. Friday is a crap day to get an oil change because people are getting paid and off early and that's when all of us girls try to go do these jobs we would prefer our guys do for us. (No offense to ladies who like to change oil- I'm a self proclaimed whimp) I read reviews and got bummed the more I read and then I found this amazing place and decided to drive over here despite it being a good 15-20 min away and my kids being out of school in two hours. They got my in immediately ! On top of that, they were totally prepared to take care of me, checking my tires, fluids, filters, wipers, everything AND unlike most places that upsell without showing you the problem first hand, they bring you the filter or wiper and show you if there is a problem so you know you aren't being advised to buy something you really do not need. They also don't push you if you aren't prepared to buy it or if you want to do it elsewhere. There prices are great though so I did my services all at their facility! One stop shop! Check them out. I was out in 45min!!

Service was completed in about 5 hours, they even cleaned up my car for me(car wash, wiped down/vacuumed interior). Totally unexpected but greatly appreciated.
