YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!…read more Hate to leave this review because I honestly liked the guy and I respected his hustle being a one man team but I regret coming to him..... not only did he chip all of my chrome rims but he didn't put any of my pressure caps back on and he never gave me my lug nut key back after driving my truck non of my tire pressures matched some of them were 34 psi and other 45psi which caused my truck to shake while driving. I gave him a call at 4:20 since his shop closes at 5pm and it went straight to voicemail or would ring a couple times and not answer drove to his shop just to see he closed early. Now I'm having to pay discount tire $200 to get my lug nuts off since I couldn't get my key lock back and also having to pay to get my tires balanced which he should've done to begin with and this dosent include the lost on my chipped rims! Great price but bad quality you get what you paid for.

So next day, I was calling multiple places to see whether they have my tire size (175/70R13). It's an old one but some still do drive with that size! Anyways, majority of auto places didn't have but they can make it happen next day but costing a lot for one tire. But fortunately, I found this tire shop near my working location. I called them up and the kind staff, Mar. Pablo gave me all answers to my questions. They have one tire luckily available so I went and got my tire changed! The price was good and work was done quickly! I love it and I'll be back once I have an issue with my tire! Very disappointed with my experience at Discount Tire. I was specifically told that they operate on…read morea first-come, first-served basis. The manager even told me, "We can see who gets here first." I was also told that around 7:30 AM, employees would come outside and ask the customers who arrived first so they could be helped in the correct order. That did not happen. I arrived at 6:40 AM and waited because I was told that if I was the first customer there, I would be the first one helped. No one came outside at 7:30 like I was told. They finally came out around 8:00 AM, and by that point several other customers had arrived. Instead of honoring the first-come, first-served system they explained to me, they took multiple people who arrived after me before they took me. What makes this even more frustrating is that I arrived that early specifically because of what their employees told me. I held up my end by getting there early and waiting, but they did not honor what they told me. I also was told that my car would be done by a specific time and again they lied about that as well. Lies all around this Discount Tire. I also was not given a receipt. I would not recommend coming to this location unless you're prepared to be told one thing and have them do something completely different. If you tell customers it is first come, first served, then you need to actually honor that. Go across the street to Firestone.

At one point I walked out of waiting room and there was a lady there and she asked if I needed any help and had been waited on. I paid and while at the register, I asked if my locks had been put back in glove compartment. They said they would check and before they could a young man came from back and said I forgot these and handed to me. I noticed a wet spot under my truck and mentioned it to the young man checking me out and he came outside and crawled under my truck looked and confirmed it was water and not from my truck. While there I asked how the balance on the tires went he went and check with the crew and said it went well. He was such a big help and friendly from the moment I walked into the business. But, it took the both of us, like forever to take the battery out! That battery was locked up like Fort Knox! I tested them out with something small but I couldn't do it myself. They not just tell fix the problem but they told me a cheaper solution (who does that?) After a few more time of fix my car. My family only goes to them now. They never try to up sell and do what is necessary. They stand behind their work with 30day warranty.

Tanner especially was super accommodating even offering to leave the shop and come to my car's location to help although I declined. Tanner also helped me get a 2 new tires at an extremely affordable price so "I could be back on the road safe". just outstanding customer service. highly recommended. Unbelievable, I previously left a negative review about "wait time" being excessive with a "booked…read moretime" on two separate occasions. I decided to give them one more chance. Today (Saturday) I bought 4 tires for my daughter's car. I called the customer service number and was given great service, they helped me select the tires I needed. They verified through their system that the tires were available. I paid for the tires, booked a time, dropped my vehicle off so waiting would t be an issue and truly expected no problems. Wrong!!!! The only update I got after dropping it off was a text that my vehicle was ready. I went to pick it up and was informed that their inventory was off and they only had three tires, so "I will have to come back Monday and they'll take care of the fourth one" then. Now I have to call the alignment place and reschedule the appointment I had set up with them for tomorrow (Sunday), I have to take time off from work to get the 4th tire put on and then try to get the alignment done during the week as well. I get that inventory can be off, but communication and customer care continue to be an issue here. I've really tried to be fair, and looked past previous issues....but come on Discount, I thought you could do better.
