They didn't take any tires off but charged 10 dollars just for loosening the others and tightening them back up. I go home and later discover all of my headlights were out because these mechanics disconnected the wiring of both headlights. Geo Diaz could never give me a straight answer or explanation either. I walked a few doors down to a taqueria and had tacos and coffee while I waited (and played Scrabble on the phone to kill time). I called about an hour and a half later to check in. My car was ready! The gunk clogged our valve on top of the leak. I called a not-to-be-named mainstream auto shop, and without missing a beat, they said they'd only replace a tire in our situation. JT's was the exact opposite, in all the best ways. They answer the phone almost immediately every time and with so much energy that you feel comforted - like your problem is fixable. Then you get there, and the team is helpful and efficient. They get right to business and clearly know their tires. On top of it all, I literally watched our service member make sure every new step he added was necessary. Instead of upselling immediately to a full valve replacement, he tested both parts to make sure it was necessary. That was the moment they won our loyalty, honestly. Fifteen to twenty minutes later, our valve is replaced, the nail found and removed, and the tire patched. They charged a very reasonable price. 10/10 recommend.
