Offered me to wait in the lobby to avoid the garage heat/humidity or remain in my car while my oil was being changed. I've been coming to this location for oil/filter changes and annual state inspections for well over 12 years, everyone is friendly. 9/10 times they get me in & out within 10-15 min for oil change so I opt to remain in my car for convenience and just drive out when they're done. For state inspection service, you will need to wait in the lobby for safety reasons and that usually takes a few min longer. I appreciate their complimentary services to check fluid levels, lights/signals and making recommendations or just giving me a heads up for replacement of normal wear & tear tires/windshield wipers. Things some people would overlook when they're too busy balancing home/work life. They don't push sales, which could be a deal breaker for customers to return. That's what I like about this place! Tyler was friendly and professional. He waved at me as I was about to drive out to inform me that he noticed my windshield wipers were torn on the side and suggested I replace them soon. Tyler strikes me as a genuinely kind person that takes pride in his work. Excellent customer service skills, positive attitude and a great smile. Thanks for making my day! GO TYLER!!!

They were very easy to talk to the point to where I consider them practically like family because they were not trying to sell me, but rather really had the best interest on maximizing the lifespan of my vehicle. It was $12.99 per quart and nothing else was done to my car. This should've been about $60 and I know that there's tax but there was nothing else done. Sothere was a $35 increase added to my bill which I don't know for what or why. This is the highest amount I've ever been charged for an oil change. The window cleaner fluid wasn't even filled to the top and was gone less than two weeks later. I would not recommend this business unless you want to spend a lot of unnecessary dollars for nothing.

I came yesterday and I was trying to ask the gentleman if I can get the nicest car wash and what he recommends, but he was too busy flirting completely unprofessional! So I sit down for 15 to 25 minutes with My Son and they tell me that they are finished with my car and I thought to myself that that was really fast! When I walk up to my car, they did the worst job I have ever seen on the vacuum so I told them that this is terrible!! I was very polite one one the workers not knowing I understand Spanish was laughing at me and saying very rude things in Spanish not knowing I could understand her and then she held both of my BMW mats up and told me to go clean my mats myself! I then grab a Manager and she takes my car and the two ladies working on my car to the side and let them know that's not how you treat customers so then they detail cleaned my car when I got home I noticed I was missing a BMW mat! So I'm not sure if she threw my mat away, but they did not find my mat not only is their unprofessional people working for this car wash, they should not try flirting with the customers and I believe she threw my mat in the trash, she was extremely rude. I've never experienced someone so rude working for any establishment: I lost my mat forever unfortunately .I did not want a free car wash I highly do not recommend this unprofessional terrible place! What really makes me upset is I am a BMW owner and a very smart and responsible woman so to try and convince me that I didn't come with all 4 mats in my car really upsets me now I have to find another BMW Matt that they did not offer to reimburse me for anything they did not offer a refund on my car wash. I don't want a $30 refund. I need my $200 mat replaced! You can't accuse some of someone of coming to a car wash without all four mats!
