I had my oil changed at the Jiffy Lube on Mason Road and provincial. My bill was $99. At the time I thought it was high. But I did use synthetic oil and I was given 4.6 quarts. It was $12.99 per quart and nothing else was done to my car. This should've been about $60 and I know that there's tax but there was nothing else done. Sothere was a $35 increase added to my bill which I don't know for what or why. This is the highest amount I've ever been charged for an oil change. The window cleaner fluid wasn't even filled to the top and was gone less than two weeks later. I would not recommend this business unless you want to spend a lot of unnecessary dollars for nothing. read more

I'm very upset about how the girl who was there treated me. She practically kicked me out of the place. I even think it might have been discrimination. I've been going to Jiffy Lube for years, and this is the first time this has happened to me, but it was so annoying that I won't be going back. They've lost a loyal customer. The employees there, besides being lazy, are driving people away from Jiffy Lube. Now I understand why Take 5 in the same area is always so busy. read more

all of the employees were super sweet and super nice. They took really good care of my car and did terrific service.

pulled up and waited my turn in my car, and seemed like they got upset because they wanted me to get out and wait inside when they offer the wait in your car service. they started pulling in another car that came 10 minutes after me while they also started working on a different car outside the shop that also came after me. I had been waiting over 30 mins at this point. and they would just keep looking over at me and chatting each other as if I wasn't there when I was told to wait and I'd be next. read more

I'll be finished with this review in a jiffy. This service is okay, a little bit weird, and the location is not bad but not my favourite. Standard price for an oil change. Some of the other reviews are pretty scary and I honestly wish I had read them before going here. But still, it was okay for me. read more

Jiffy Lube - I'll be there in a jiffy - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Katy, Texas

5-STAR EXCELLENT SERVICE! Kayle, the Assistant General Manager and my technician, Jaylen, are TRUE ASSETS to Jiffy Lube because they both were attentive, compassionate to my needs, patient, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was top-notch. They both brought to my attention what areas of my vehicle needed attention and offered solutions and options. They were very easy to talk to the point to where I consider them practically like family because they were not trying to sell me, but rather really had the best interest on maximizing the lifespan of my vehicle. I come from a background in Sales for over 11 years and I must say that Kayle and Jaylen are EXCELLENT PROFESSIONALS! I will come back and tell all my friends and family to come to this particular Jiffy Lube and ask for both Kayle and Jaylen. God Bless You Both! I strongly believe God has AMAZING OPPORTUNITIES for your both! The Future Looks Bright For You Both & Your Family, Joel Araujo read more

Eddy and his team were absolutely great on Thursday the 15th of May 2025. These guys got my car in and out in 7 minutes!!!

Fleet car oil change. They also charged for a new air filter and cabin filter, the car is 4 months old. If that's not bad enough, they didn't actually change them. I checked both, pictures below. read more

This location has excellent customer service and super fast service! Thanks Jeremy Epps!

10/10 recommend this Jiffy Lube because of of Jeremy Epps! This place is a hidden gem, very small and hidden, you can pass it up if you're not paying attention. May be small but the customer service is mighty! Jermey is top notch. Excellent customer service, very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Came in for a state inspection-he walked me through things that needed attention with my car and listed them in order of priority. I did not feel pressured to get anything done and he answered questions in depth so I could understand (I'm not too knowledgeable when it comes to cars)-I'll be back because of him. read more

I took my truck there for a lube job and state inspection. first off they are a lube shop the does NOT do lube jobs (go figure, it's literally in the name). then to top it off they fail my inspection, because their faulty machine that reads tint levels said my tint was at 23% and the state allows 25% and higher to pass. I took it to another shop and guess what? it passed. No need to say I will never go there again, nor will I recommend anyone else go there. read more

Kayle was awesome , actually the whole staff was friendly and welcoming to the place. Kaylee was the one that attended our vehicle and did our inspection. She was very thorough and especially her personality was just outstanding. It was a pleasure to go to a place that was very attentive. We will definitely be coming back for our oil changes and further inspections . read more

Noah Gregory was very hospitable and pleasant when i came in a few days ago for an oil change. He helped each of my needs and was very open to any questions i had. Thank you read more

I came into this location for the first time back in January. I had just gotten an oil change elsewhere & my oil light came on. The guys were so nice, they explained that maybe the other place for got to re-set the sensor (or whatever it's called). No charge & just honestly nice guys. My second trip was in June when I got an oil change. They took their time & went over everything my car needed. They didn't push to up sale. Heck they found me a coupon for that days service. The third time was this past Thursday. I had to do my state inspection. Again the crew so nice & accommodating. Now keep in mind when I got there that wasn't anyone ahead of me. They had my car done in about 30 or so mins. So if you want good, honest service stop on in! read more

I've had nothing but great experiences at this jiffy lube. I drive past others just to come to this one. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. read more

I'm so upset. I went to this jiffy lube to get my oil changed on 12/7/22. Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice to me - and today 12/8/22, I realized they stole from me. I'm missing a dongle converter that I had attached to my aux cord. I noticed my aux cord was thrown on the ground on the passenger side towards the door so that I wouldn't notice it was missing (and of course I didn't notice it). They took a longer time than usual to figure out how to reset my oil maintenance alert, so I'm wondering if they stole from me during that time. I also noticed that my car charger was pulled out of the cigarette lighter and I'm sure whichever employee stole my dongle thought that I would notice the car charger more than the dongle, so they left it there. PLEASE make sure to double check everything in your car before you leave this place!! I know it's just a dongle that was stolen from me, but it could've been so much more. I paid money to this company and trusted them to take care of my car. I doubt anyone from jiffy lube will reach out to me about this matter, but I wish they would. I will never ever come here again. Shame on y'all for doing this right before the holidays. read more

I Rush through traffic just to visit Jiffy Lube to take advantage of a discount for state inspection. Sale Rep forgot to apply the discount at checkout. When I noticed the error, it was too late. The Rep said it will take a lot of transaction to get it fixed. He offer a discount on my next oil change but that doesn't solve the issue. I didn't want to argue and was exhausted from work. I just let it go. He doesn't know I only like Mobil 1 full synthetic 15k miles motor oil and K&G oil filter in my car. They probably don't carry those items. Changing my review from 2 stars to 4 stars because they are caring. read more

Noah was extremely helpful with my oil change on my 2004 Mach 1, all the guys are cool and I would definitely come back again!

Do not use this location! There were new wipers on our vehicle and they forced us to replace them during an inspection at a cost of nearly $60.00. read more

I've always received exceptional service at this location. This time I met Cody and his team that went above and beyond. They helped more than the folks at Honda and Brakes Plus put together. I will now be taking my car for repair at their other location that does extensive work on vehicles instead of overpriced, unknowledgeable shops. These guys are the best! read more

I had a 5 min wait, was guided in and Cameron and Josh went to work. They were both very professional with me and each other. I really appreciate Josh for the way he spoke to Cameron. Clearly Josh was in charge and he engaged with Cameron in a positive encouraging manner. I absolutely recommend this Jiffy Lube read more

I brought my car in for the state inspection. Within minutes the man helping me stated I needed new windshield wipers or I wouldn't pass the inspection. I informed him they were practically like new and that I would like my keys back and would take my business elsewhere. He insisted on showing me what was wrong and I told him no thank you I would take care of it on my own. Brought it to my local car shop and not a problem passed and I was out of there quickly. They are trying to sell things you don't need here. Would not recommend this location. read more

I love this location! I don't take my car anywhere else!! It doesn't matter what time or what day I'm here, whomever is servicing my vehicle is knowledgeable, quick and has great customer service skills! That lets you know the manager is awesome! read more

I have been going to jiffy lube in Katy off provincial for the past two years for my annual car inspection. Well.. this year 2022 I have visited this location 3 times and they have failed me each time. First time they said I needed new windshield wipers ( replaced them) second time they said I needed a new windshield because of a crack ( windshield replaced) third time they said my front tint was to dark, which is the same tint that has been on the car since I bought it. Can someone tell why they would keep failing my car if not for racism or just just being a hater and unprofessional? Oh and I'm not done I will report this to all necessary parties so that this location can be investigated. The new set of workers at this location are horrible. Hope this helps the next person. read more

A regular oil change should cost about 20-30 bucks. So that means they doubled the price to windex my windows and run a vacuum over the car floor real quick. Apparently there was no option to opt out of the car cleaning service that I didn't want. By the time anyone told me this, there was no option to go somewhere else. Awesome. They then pulled the usual stunt of trying to get me to buy a super expensive oil package "because that's what the car manufacturer recommends". I said no thank you, I'll take the exact same oil that I've been using for the past several years without any issues. I was then told I NEEDED new filters.. for 70 more bucks. They wanted me to pay 50 bucks for an engine air filter that I could get right down the road for 13 bucks. I understand an increased cost for labor, but the kicker was that they already took the filter out. That's all of the labor right there, so clearly it's not such a difficult task that the labor on it needs to be 4 times greater than the cost of the part. I have done it myself in 3 minutes or less, and I'm no mechanic. When I wasn't buying into any of it, I was then belittled as he described what an air filter does... it filters air. The one positive thing I could say was that they were indeed quick. As a young female, I know that I look like an easy target for a mechanic. I look like I've never read the vehicle manual or have even the slightest clue how my vehicle works. I look like I can be scared into maintenance that I don't need. Which is why I learned. I recommend everyone learn the basics about their vehicle, because this isn't the only place that does this. They make their money by getting you to buy extra things. It's why they "check" your car without being asked. And the things they check may not even need to be replaced, but they'll bet on you not knowing that. read more

This place is a joke! I took my car there for an oil change and the didn't screw in shroud which is the part under the car you unscrew to get the engine and as I drove home I heard a scrap and go back to show them and they acted like it was not there problem. I have to say this is the laziest group of employees ever and they are BEYOND disrespectful, DO NOT take your car there unless you want them to screw your car up!!!! read more

The mechanics and techs who work here are GREAT!! I had a "Low Tire Pressure" sensor for all four of my tires on my BMW 328i last weekend. The incompetent morons at my local BMW dealership had no idea how to fix it. So, I brought my car to this Jiffy Lube instead and the mechanic measured all four tires' pressures with a tire gauge, told me the pressures were indeed low on all four tires, and filled them up to the acceptable levels. Lo and behold, the low tire pressure sensors disappeared!! All done in less than five minutes and at no charge! These guys are real professionals, I highly recommend coming here for your auto care needs. read more

I won't be back even though it's right down the street from me. They are crazy slow and they didn't top off my coolant even though I paid $4.99 and the check list says coolant was added. It's still at the minimum line so now I gotta go to the auto store and pick up some coolant and do it myself. Makes me wonder what else they screwed me on.... slackers. read more

Do not go here! I came one time before and I didn't have an issue. They were quick decided to go get an oil change and inspection. They were quick but I was highly upset. The guy was asking what oil I want and I told him basic. He kept explaining the oils and trying to confuse me. I told him I am not going to pay $80 for an oil change. He was telling me this bs about how they ran out of some oil. When I go to check out the amount is steep and I had used a $14 off coupon and 10% off. He ended up charging me $80 for an oil change. I told him are you crazy. I can go to the dealership and get an oil change for like $35. I will never go there again. I complained to manager. Don't waste your time with these people, who try to nickel and dime you to get more money out of you! read more

Quick and courteous service! I got an oil change and an inspection done within 40 minutes. The guys call me sir and hold the door for me. Offered coffee and tv while I wait. They didn't high pressure sales me when they found out my cabin filter needed replaced either. read more

Beware! And stay far away! These "folks" stole from my car as well as went through my personal belongings. They did burn outs in the parking lot in MY car. I don't trust them and I will never go back..ever! read more

I'm so disappointed by my last visit here. I had previously been there a couple of times for an oil change and thought I'd check it out since I found them on Groupon. $25 for a signature conventional oil change. I expected to pay an additional $30 for an upgrade to synthetic as I have paid that before. They were very nice, I will say.. saw like 4 people working on my car and I thought I'd be well taken care off. I was told my coolant was drained. I gave the ok to fill... guy said "It's gonna be an additional 4.99" alright. He did not tell me they would use two of 4.99 and also fill a windshield reservoir for an additional amount.. I'd like to know this before I'm surprised! I used my Groupon which was a $42 value.. then please explain to me why they only deducted $20.99 as a Coupon? I'd expect the whole $42 to be deducted and I'd pay the difference to upgrade to synthetic? NO. Man went over services done.. "we filled your pressure on tires to 32, cleaned interiors.." none of that. My interior floors were just as dusty and hairy as I had initially brought my car, my tire air pressure was not filled (I had to check later that day and they were 29 in all.. I had to do it myself), and the oil life was not reset either. Wow! I'm not only upset about the fact I felt cheated on the coupon part, but also that they did not even perform some things that they marked as "done" on their sheet... For all I know they actually used conventional oil and still charged me for synthetic. Never going back because of all these issues. read more

I think $43 for a basic oil change is a little steep. Further, Jiffy Lube is not real "jiffy." I have visited similar store concepts where you drive the car into the garage, remain seated in the car, and they do the oil change. Then, you drive out. At Jiffy Lube, they had me exit my car and sit inside for 30 minutes. I see no benefit. read more

I don't think it's a coincidence that my tablet went missing from my car after an oil change a few months back here. Also after my oil change last week my Audi emblem went missing. Yea Jiffy Lube is convenient, but don't expect to leave anything of value in your car and trust it to be there later. Shame on me for trusting some honesty in this world anymore, shame on them for thinking it's ok to steal. I won't be supporting Jiffy Lube anymore. read more

I went here to get my car inspected. The young man, Alex, informed me that my third back light was out and that I needed new wipers before he did the inspection. This enabled me to go to the auto place and get those fixed. I returned today, and they inspected my car and it passed! I received very good service and would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube. read more

Twice after taking my wife's vehicle to this Jiffy Lube, we ended up with oil puddling in our garage. Not just a little, but A LOT. The first time, the oil filter was hand-tight at best. The second time, the filter gasket was torn. Each time, I lost about a quart of oil. What a mess! I won't be using this Jiffy Lube again. read more

I went to this place for a quick State Inspection and the tech. ask me for my keys but He took my set of Keys and gave them to another customers the other customer left with my keys and I have not seem my keys and no response from management. I brought my car in for an oil change and inspection around 6pm. I'd never been to this location, but since they were the only ones around that were still open after 6, I figured I'd give it a shot. Very impressed with the service. Very nice and professional team. I will be coming back! read more

There is a lot of standing around and talking and not a lot of working at this Jiffy Lube. Took five minutes for one of four employees who was standing around, not working, to acknowledge me and ask what I needed. Took them forever to start my oil change after the last car left the bay. Two of the four employees were texting during my entire service. read more
