May be small but the customer service is mighty! Jermey is top notch. Excellent customer service, very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Came in for a state inspection-he walked me through things that needed attention with my car and listed them in order of priority. I took my truck there for a lube job and state inspection. first off they are a lube shop the does NOT do lube jobs (go figure, it's literally in the name). then to top it off they fail my inspection, because their faulty machine that reads tint levels said my tint was at 23% and the state allows 25% and higher to pass. I took it to another shop and guess what? it passed. No need to say I will never go there again, nor will I recommend anyone else go there. read more

I came into this location for the first time back in January. I had just gotten an oil change elsewhere & my oil light came on. The guys were so nice, they explained that maybe the other place for got to re-set the sensor (or whatever it's called). No charge & just honestly nice guys. My second trip was in June when I got an oil change. They took their time & went over everything my car needed. They didn't push to up sale. Heck they found me a coupon for that days service. The third time was this past Thursday. I had to do my state inspection. Again the crew so nice & accommodating. Now keep in mind when I got there that wasn't anyone ahead of me. They had my car done in about 30 or so mins. So if you want good, honest service stop on in! read more

I'm so upset. I went to this jiffy lube to get my oil changed on 12/7/22. Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice to me - and today 12/8/22, I realized they stole from me. I'm missing a dongle converter that I had attached to my aux cord. I noticed my aux cord was thrown on the ground on the passenger side towards the door so that I wouldn't notice it was missing (and of course I didn't notice it). They took a longer time than usual to figure out how to reset my oil maintenance alert, so I'm wondering if they stole from me during that time. I also noticed that my car charger was pulled out of the cigarette lighter and I'm sure whichever employee stole my dongle thought that I would notice the car charger more than the dongle, so they left it there. PLEASE make sure to double check everything in your car before you leave this place!! I know it's just a dongle that was stolen from me, but it could've been so much more. I paid money to this company and trusted them to take care of my car. I doubt anyone from jiffy lube will reach out to me about this matter, but I wish they would. I will never ever come here again. Shame on y'all for doing this right before the holidays. read more

I Rush through traffic just to visit Jiffy Lube to take advantage of a discount for state inspection. Sale Rep forgot to apply the discount at checkout. When I noticed the error, it was too late. The Rep said it will take a lot of transaction to get it fixed. He offer a discount on my next oil change but that doesn't solve the issue. I didn't want to argue and was exhausted from work. I just let it go. He doesn't know I only like Mobil 1 full synthetic 15k miles motor oil and K&G oil filter in my car. They probably don't carry those items. Changing my review from 2 stars to 4 stars because they are caring. read more

I brought my car in for the state inspection. Within minutes the man helping me stated I needed new windshield wipers or I wouldn't pass the inspection. I informed him they were practically like new and that I would like my keys back and would take my business elsewhere. He insisted on showing me what was wrong and I told him no thank you I would take care of it on my own. Brought it to my local car shop and not a problem passed and I was out of there quickly. I have been going to jiffy lube in Katy off provincial for the past two years for my annual car inspection. Well.. this year 2022 I have visited this location 3 times and they have failed me each time. First time they said I needed new windshield wipers ( replaced them) second time they said I needed a new windshield because of a crack ( windshield replaced) third time they said my front tint was to dark, which is the same tint that has been on the car since I bought it. Can someone tell why they would keep failing my car if not for racism or just just being a hater and unprofessional? Oh and I'm not done I will report this to all necessary parties so that this location can be investigated. The new set of workers at this location are horrible. A regular oil change should cost about 20-30 bucks. So that means they doubled the price to windex my windows and run a vacuum over the car floor real quick. Apparently there was no option to opt out of the car cleaning service that I didn't want. By the time anyone told me this, there was no option to go somewhere else. Awesome. They then pulled the usual stunt of trying to get me to buy a super expensive oil package "because that's what the car manufacturer recommends". I said no thank you, I'll take the exact same oil that I've been using for the past several years without any issues. I was then told I NEEDED new filters.. for 70 more bucks. They wanted me to pay 50 bucks for an engine air filter that I could get right down the road for 13 bucks. I understand an increased cost for labor, but the kicker was that they already took the filter out. That's all of the labor right there, so clearly it's not such a difficult task that the labor on it needs to be 4 times greater than the cost of the part. I have done it myself in 3 minutes or less, and I'm no mechanic. When I wasn't buying into any of it, I was then belittled as he described what an air filter does... it filters air. The one positive thing I could say was that they were indeed quick. As a young female, I know that I look like an easy target for a mechanic. I look like I've never read the vehicle manual or have even the slightest clue how my vehicle works. I look like I can be scared into maintenance that I don't need. Which is why I learned. I recommend everyone learn the basics about their vehicle, because this isn't the only place that does this. They make their money by getting you to buy extra things. It's why they "check" your car without being asked. And the things they check may not even need to be replaced, but they'll bet on you not knowing that. read more

I took my car there for an oil change and the didn't screw in shroud which is the part under the car you unscrew to get the engine and as I drove home I heard a scrap and go back to show them and they acted like it was not there problem. I won't be back even though it's right down the street from me. They are crazy slow and they didn't top off my coolant even though I paid $4.99 and the check list says coolant was added. The mechanics and techs who work here are GREAT!! I had a "Low Tire Pressure" sensor for all four of my tires on my BMW 328i last weekend. The incompetent morons at my local BMW dealership had no idea how to fix it. So, I brought my car to this Jiffy Lube instead and the mechanic measured all four tires' pressures with a tire gauge, told me the pressures were indeed low on all four tires, and filled them up to the acceptable levels. Lo and behold, the low tire pressure sensors disappeared!! All done in less than five minutes and at no charge! These guys are real professionals, I highly recommend coming here for your auto care needs. read more

Do not go here! I came one time before and I didn't have an issue. They were quick decided to go get an oil change and inspection. They were quick but I was highly upset. The guy was asking what oil I want and I told him basic. He kept explaining the oils and trying to confuse me. I told him I am not going to pay $80 for an oil change. He was telling me this bs about how they ran out of some oil. When I go to check out the amount is steep and I had used a $14 off coupon and 10% off. He ended up charging me $80 for an oil change. I told him are you crazy. I can go to the dealership and get an oil change for like $35. I will never go there again. I complained to manager. I'm so disappointed by my last visit here. I had previously been there a couple of times for an oil change and thought I'd check it out since I found them on Groupon. $25 for a signature conventional oil change. I expected to pay an additional $30 for an upgrade to synthetic as I have paid that before. They were very nice, I will say.. saw like 4 people working on my car and I thought I'd be well taken care off. I was told my coolant was drained. I gave the ok to fill... guy said "It's gonna be an additional 4.99" alright. He did not tell me they would use two of 4.99 and also fill a windshield reservoir for an additional amount.. I'd like to know this before I'm surprised! I used my Groupon which was a $42 value.. then please explain to me why they only deducted $20.99 as a Coupon? I'd expect the whole $42 to be deducted and I'd pay the difference to upgrade to synthetic? NO. Man went over services done.. "we filled your pressure on tires to 32, cleaned interiors.." none of that. My interior floors were just as dusty and hairy as I had initially brought my car, my tire air pressure was not filled (I had to check later that day and they were 29 in all.. I had to do it myself), and the oil life was not reset either. Wow! I'm not only upset about the fact I felt cheated on the coupon part, but also that they did not even perform some things that they marked as "done" on their sheet... For all I know they actually used conventional oil and still charged me for synthetic. Never going back because of all these issues. read more

I went here to get my car inspected. The young man, Alex, informed me that my third back light was out and that I needed new wipers before he did the inspection. This enabled me to go to the auto place and get those fixed. I returned today, and they inspected my car and it passed! I went to this place for a quick State Inspection and the tech. ask me for my keys but He took my set of Keys and gave them to another customers the other customer left with my keys and I have not seem my keys and no response from management. I have visited similar store concepts where you drive the car into the garage, remain seated in the car, and they do the oil change. Then, you drive out. Twice after taking my wife's vehicle to this Jiffy Lube, we ended up with oil puddling in our garage. Not just a little, but A LOT. The first time, the oil filter was hand-tight at best. The second time, the filter gasket was torn. Each time, I lost about a quart of oil. What a mess! I won't be using this Jiffy Lube again. read more
