I've been coming to this location for oil/filter changes and annual state inspections for well over 12 years, everyone is friendly. 9/10 times they get me in & out within 10-15 min for oil change so I opt to remain in my car for convenience and just drive out when they're done. For state inspection service, you will need to wait in the lobby for safety reasons and that usually takes a few min longer. I appreciate their complimentary services to check fluid levels, lights/signals and making recommendations or just giving me a heads up for replacement of normal wear & tear tires/windshield wipers. Things some people would overlook when they're too busy balancing home/work life. They don't push sales, which could be a deal breaker for customers to return. That's what I like about this place! Tyler was friendly and professional. He waved at me as I was about to drive out to inform me that he noticed my windshield wipers were torn on the side and suggested I replace them soon. It was $12.99 per quart and nothing else was done to my car. This should've been about $60 and I know that there's tax but there was nothing else done. Sothere was a $35 increase added to my bill which I don't know for what or why. This is the highest amount I've ever been charged for an oil change. The window cleaner fluid wasn't even filled to the top and was gone less than two weeks later. I would not recommend this business unless you want to spend a lot of unnecessary dollars for nothing.
