A minute later, wow IMAX level loud music that was incredibly overwhelming for a couple minutes. He asked questions regarding contact details, budget, finance/cash and filled out a paper intake form. Then he took my driver's license and then went to get the keys. We waited a while (maybe 5-10 minutes, which is fine) and then he led us to the car he pulled up with all the doors and trunk open. He gave us a quick overview before being pulled away to another customer...for about 10-15 minutes. He came by to show us more features for a minute and disappeared again for another 10-15 minutes, and I just decided to leave at that point as I had a flight to catch. I didn't even get to test drive it. I mentioned my parent's priority during the consult was the 360 cameras and the car he pulled up was a lower tier without that feature. TLDR cons: - dealer shouldn't blast music at that headache-triggering level - salesperson shouldn't be so eager to rush out to usher in a new customer if he is in the middle of handling another customer - salesperson should have passed us onto another salesperson if he was going to be gone for longer 15 minutes, or had another salesperson handle his other customer. I would have been fine if he just let us test drive it independently, but perhaps that is against this dealer's policy.

I was not aware, due to the coloring of the lights, that this business cracked my lights. Fast forward a year, and the lights have had time to allow for those cracks to expand. That expansion allowed water to deep into the light, shorting out my light. They are LED lights, so a simple changing of a bulb will not suffice. I had contacted the business to try and remedy this, and of course, they say that someone else must be responsible. The "owners" have no interest in helping or even making themselves available to talk. How professional is that? Pay attention to the bad reviews - they hold merit.
