My front tire was slowly leaking air, I walked in to Integrity Tire and Auto with no appointment. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite, I told him about my tire and he had another very nice man go look at my tire right away. The whole process took about 8 minutes and the fix was complimentary. If they could not have fixed it, he told me he would help me with finding a new one. I have bought tire from here before they are reasonably priced and the staff did not try to upsell me. They told me my options and let me decide. I recently went to Integrity Tire and Auto and often people read previous reviews when deciding to go to a business and that's exactly what I did. I'm shocked that this location has a high rating based on what happened to me during my visit. I took both my 2014 and 2019 toyota camry to this location to do a simple oil change and on the 2019 toyota camry the oil change went fine however they forgot to check the filters and the AC filter was completely dirty and needed to be changed but was not checked. On the 2014 camry they changed the oil and apparently dented the oil filter which caused the oil to leak from the bottom but I was not aware of it until I received a phone call from them when I got home. They also broke the door handle in the process and claimed that it was not there fault since this often happens to toyota camrys as a justification that they were not responsible and were not going to fix it unless I paid for the part and labor. I returned that same day to repair the oil filter that was dented and had to return another day to bring in the part that I ordered and they charged me for the labor to fix it the door handle that they broke in the first place. All of this for a simple oil change and the guy at the counter acts like its my fault which is a complete joke. I will not be returning to this shop in the future and I urge all future customers to really do your own research before coming to this location as well. read more

They took two days to even look at it - large volume of cars in their lot - but when they got to it on the third day they fixed it that day at 1/3 of the expected cost. Thought I was having problems with my transmission. They said it had to be rebuilt. Charged me over 3 grand. Was still having problems after taking back multiple times they said they had to pull transmission out again. Well the second time I got my car back it was in worse condition cooling fan would shut off 13-15 minutes after turning car off. Took it back multiple times same thing oh it's fixed but my car was never the same again. Long story short get a second opinion before spending all that money. Oh yeah I got my car fixed by another mechanic said nothing was ever wrong with my transmission or ECM like they wanted to replace and charge me another Grand at integrity tires that's when I said enough turns out it was an electrical issue. DO NOT USE. Incompetent and unprofessional. I have a 2017 Silver Ford Escape and was having trouble with the hatchback/trunk. At times, it would not close and at other times, it would not open. For example, it flew open as I was driving on the highway, with concrete pavers in the trunk. I brought the vehicle in for them to take a look and despite what I told them was happening, they tapped the trunk a few times and told me there was nothing wrong with it. They indicated it might be the motor but it seemed fine, and I'd have to bring it back in for them check. At that point, I should have gone elsewhere but my mother has been using Integrity for years so I stuck with them. I brought the vehicle back in to reassess on 6/9/23. The left lift support was damaged but they told me that both of the lift supports had to be replaced. I should have insisted on seeing them, my mistake. When I asked why the right also needed replacement, the service rep on the phone simply told me he didn't know. I needed the trunk repaired, trusted them to do so and approved the estimate. They charged me $518.64, which really would not have been a problem except they did not fix the problem. When I picked the car up, I asked why the trunk was opening and closing so slowly - again, "I don't know." No talk of the motor. The trunk now is worse than it was before I brought it in. I takes 10 minutes the get the trunk open if I'm lucky, and it closes only every 6 times or so. I called Integrity to bring the car back in and asked for a loaner for two reasons: 1) They do not fix the trunk as promised, and which I paid for; and 2) I need a trunk that opens/closes for my mom's wheelchair. I can't travel without a functioning trunk. The first time they had the car, I rented a car which cost me $300. I couldn't afford to rent a car again. The service rep told me on the phone that he would let me know when they have a loaner available, and it has now been THREE WEEKS+ and not one word from them. I find this absolutely appalling and unacceptable. I do not write reviews but honestly, this one must be communicated because I would tell everyone I know not to use Integrity ever, for anything. The most unprofessional and incapable auto repair company I have ever dealt with. Rude customer service on top of all of the above, which I ignored until the subsequent events above took place. Integrity supposedly stands by its work (warranty 12 months or 24,000 miles), but apparently this is false advertising. I'm sure there is an agency I can file a report with to resolve this issue. read more

This is NOT the same ownership as before, and my recent experience was terrible. My car engine was making strange noises, and I suspected the belt tensioner. I brought the car in early in the morning and waited for a diagnosis. After a while, they confirmed that it was the belt tensioner, said that the car should be repaired mid-afternoon and gave me a ride home. All seemed well until around 3:30pm. I hadn't heard back, so I called to follow up. They informed me that the technician assigned to my car was on a test drive and said he'd call back. About an hour later, I still hadn't heard, so I called again. The person who answered didn't know anything and said they'd call me. I had to call again, but still nobody could give me an answer. I finally received a call just after 5:30pm, shortly before they close. The guy that called me told me that they looked at my car again and discovered that the problem was actually the "alternator clutch" and that it would double the price and not include the belt tensioner. I told them that I would bring the car elsewhere, which I did. The other place confirmed that it was a belt tensioner, and they fixed it quickly. read more

I brought my Jeep in to have the clutch fixed. Prior to the clutch going out all gears worked perfectly fine, they claimed that the clutch was not maintaining pressure so added clutch assembly kit to the work. Bill went from $860 to $2760. And when I went to pick up they asked if 3rd gear worked prior to bringing it to them and it doesn't work now referring me to a transmission expert. Ok if you broke it then just say that. I will be pursuing legal action bc they didn't claim responsibility for not fixing the problem but were quick to add an additional $867 worth of labor fees. read more

I'm sitting here on the side of US59 because a second set of lugs sheared on another wheel. Guys, stop over tightening lug nuts on customer cars. It's rush hour and I'm on the left shoulder waiting for a tow truck. Last time this happened it was in the street in front of my house. I got stood up by their tow driver and ended up replacing the rear lugs myself. I should have replaced them all. Update: i'm changing this review from one star to five. While I was still riding in the wrecker Dan called me from Integrity to see if I was OK. Wow. We diverted the wrecker to Integrity and I'm giving them another shot. Customer service like this is hard to find. He also told me over the phone that two years ago they switched to 100% hand tightening on the wheels, so this is not a problem if you had your car serviced there more recently than I did. To top it all off, this happened because the lug nuts came loose. This was not Integrity's fault, but likely mine. Dan STILL won't take my money and keeps telling me he's just glad I'm safe. LACK of Integrity!!! Took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and a plug in a tire with a screw in it. Waited an hour and 15 minutes (only 3 people in the waiting area). A week later I noticed the tire with the screw was low, 14 psi. I have one tire with a different cap. Looked and noticed the tire was in the same position. Called management. Had a blow out on my way to a family gathering. A quick Google search showed a tire shop about three miles away so I turned on my hazards and followed directions to the shop. From the moment I walked through the door, Matt Ros was helpful. They didn't have my tire in stock but were able to order one and the price was almost $100 cheaper than what I was quoted when I called the dealership. Since the tire wouldn't arrive until Monday, Matt gave me a loaner to drive for the weekend. All this in about an hour which means I was still able to get to my family gathering. My father has been coming to this location for years. I am one of those ppl who just goes to whatever place is convenient. Last week I was hit in a parking lot and took my car in to Integrity to have them check it out. Lee was my service guy and he checked out the things that I had mentioned might be an issue. He found one problem that needed attention and when I told him I would bring it back a few days later for repair, he said that would be fine. I left the location and received a phone call a few minutes later from Lee letting me know that he called the local dealership and discovered that the repair I needed was still under warranty. I work in retail (aka: i have no money) and I am a part time student. The fact that Lee went out of his way to find out this information for me says a lot about the type of ppl they have working for them Thank you Lee and your team of guys who searched for days to make sure my car was in working order!!! I agree with others that this business is well-named. We have used them for at least 4 years and have been impressed with their honesty. They even pointed out to us that a major repair was still covered by our warranty and called the dealership to explain to them what the computer had shown and what needed to be done. An added bonus is that waiting is pleasant since there is a TV, current magazines, a selection of soft drinks, juice, coffee, and snacks, and clean restrooms. The folks there will also give you a ride back home and pick you up later if necessary. I highly recommend this business. read more

On March 4th, our Toyota Camry started making strange noises and by the last appointment of the day in Richmond, it just died.  We called Integrity Tire and Auto, and they advised us to have it towed to their shop.  By the time it was towed to their location, it was late and they were closed for the night.  I can't say enough good things about Omar and Mat over at Integrity.  By 8:32 a.m. the next morning, they had already texted me a full professional estimate with the problem (alternator) and the replacement cost was very reasonable.  Once I approved the estimate, they advised the car would be ready within a few hours.  I even called back and asked them to look at a potential muffler issue that I was concerned about, and it turns out it was absolutely fine.  As as added bonus, the shop itself is very clean and in pristine shape. I will be taking all of my auto repairs to Integrity Tire and Auto from now on! read more

Ok, I previously thought "honest mechanic" was an oxymoron. Every time I had to take my car into the shop for something even as simple as an oil change, I'd cringe with the thought that I'd either get ripped off or they'd do a shoddy job. I trusted no one. (If you'd read my review of NTB, you'd know why I was right in my wariness). HOWEVER, after my nightmare at NTB, I was going to suck it up and take it to the dealership for repairs when a friend of mine suggested this place. She said they were honest and up front and stood by exactly what they're name suggests: Integrity. I figured it couldn't hurt to go here instead of the dealership and I trusted her opinion. Still... I was hesitant and after looking up their website I wondered if they really did more than tires well. I was in a very skeptical mood. I decided I'd feel them out a bit and sent off an email describing my problems in minor detail, that the other mechanics thought it might be the transmission (which for the record... I didn't agree with the other mechanics' assessment, but this was part of the test because my cynical opinion is any mechanic will try to sell you a new transmission if they know you think you already need one) and asked them if they dealt with that sort of thing. They told me to bring it in and they'd look at it and quoted the price for a diagnostic. I gathered my game face and took it into the shop. IMMEDIATELY, I was drawn to the playful, friendly atmosphere of the place. These guys seemed to really enjoy working on vehicles and it's nice being around people who love their work. My icy heart toward mechanics began the thawing process. Briefly, I explained (again) why I was there and handed over the key to my car. TANGENT: I want to note that I walked into the shop about 15 minutes before they closed for the day. And they were STILL nice to me. I cannot tell you how many times I've gotten that look or even flat out been told it's the end of the day and I shouldn't be there. One of the other mechanics... I think he was one of the owners, actually, but I'm a newbie so I wasn't sure... anyway, he overheard me talking about the transmission and he asked me more about what the car was doing. Smart, right? You'd think everyone would ask about the symptoms, right? Wrong! Other places did not. Other places just tried to treat me like a sweet little girl who didn't need to worry her pretty little head about cars. (Again... part of the test) I explained in more detail the symptoms my car was displaying, etc. And, again, I dangled the bait about possibly needing a new transmission. THEN, he tells me it really didn't sound like my transmission at all. Even a little bit. But, that it sounded like my catalytic converter was clogged. DING DING DING!!! We have a winner. I was 95% positive it had been my catalytic converter all along. But, the other place wouldn't even look at it. Made some excuse about my car not being old enough. Fail. This guy had made a more educated guess as to the problem AND HE LET ME KNOW about it. While a catalytic converter is still expensive... it's not a transmission. Still... I was going to give them one more chance to sell me on that transmission. I couldn't help it. I was sure an honest mechanic was too good to be true. What can I say? I'm a product of my environment. So, I tell him that I was thinking the catalytic converter as well, but I was worried that I may still have some transmission issues since I'd never changed the fluid on it and hadn't taken care of it as well as I should have. He promised they'd take a look at it and let me know. The next day, I get the call. Catalytic converter was completely clogged and needed to be replaced. Transmission is fine. No need to worry about that. These mechanics = MY heroes. I cannot recommend them enough. It's nice to know there is someone I can trust with my car. SICK CARS, GO THERE!!! read more
