there's a reason this place is closing. TRASH COMPANY!!!! lets start with Sarah, she is beyond rude and she is in the customer service department, she waste your time and lie just to get your money. then there's Claudia, she's the manager of the service department beyond rude, she literally left me standing in parking lot with a broke car, told me she was ordering a battery and left work, without telling me. I had to uber home which cost me 85.00 dollars, after I had paid them my money to get my car. thank God for the new company, who took over they actually care. go get your next car from Percussion AUTO SOLUTIONS ask for JEREMIAH OR JAMES they will help you. read more

Make an appointment to wait in line, thought it was super cool that someone called the name of a client and got him out of line. I thought it was because that person has an appointment and thought to myself that is great customer service. Well I asked and found out that guy 'called' so because he called did use the app didn't set appointment but called he gets to cut. Let's use the process use the appointment service and call clients as they check in on the app that is great service and sadly that IS NOT what is happening here. read more

I got my tires replaced at this location. the service was over the moon phenomena! I wish I had the name of my tech that helped me because he was a literal saint. they said it would take about an hour and I was out of there in 27 mins flat. The tires were such a good price too! read more

Made an appointment to get all 4 of my tires replaced, showed up early, & got out earlier than estimated. Kris was efficient & very professional at the front desk, and helped me get certificates for the tires since I forgot to do so online. I also forgot to ask him if I could keep a specific tire, and when I did, he was happy to refund me the disposal fee & let the garage team know. Everything went better than expected, and I didn't spend nearly as much as I assumed I would. Great value, great staff. Will be back. read more

Pulled up before they opened I was the 2nd car. 5 minutes before they opened the door 6 more cars pulled up and people began lining up to get in. The employees came out walked passed the line and right to the cars that had been waiting the longest. Very good work fellas. Such good awareness and customer experience focused. Above and beyond. This is why I keep coming back to this store. read more

I had an excellent experience at this location. I was driving my daughter's car when the low tire pressure came on. I pulled into this location having never been there before. A young man immediately came out, checked all four tires and discovered a huge nail in the tire along with a bubble in another tire which he showed me. I was then assisted in the office promptly with an assurance that they would be done in 1.5 hrs after putting on 4 new tires. In less than 1.5 hrs on a busy Saturday, I was told that the car was done and I was on my way. Very pleased with the service, price & overall experience. read more

So helpful and quick to address my concerns I think the drive up / drive through tire pressure check is great read more

Why make an appointment if all your people are going to ignore line and be on phone? 5 people behind counter yet only 1 helping a guest. Perception is important if you need a backroom computer to work then get one cause 5 people up front ignoring guest is not okay! read more

We were visiting my son from out of state and we had a tire pressure light in the rental car. My son recommended you all. We were taken care of in 20 min! We had a huge bolt in the tire and they fixed it for free! Amazing service and highly recommend read more

Discount Tires isn't just a store; it's a sanctuary for the stranded, a haven for the harried. In my moment of desperation, they emerged as a shining beacon of hope, offering not just assistance but genuine care. Thank you so much Kenneth. From the moment I stepped through their doors, I was enveloped in a comforting embrace of professionalism and sincerity. They didn't just fix my tires; they restored my faith in humanity. Trustworthy, reliable, and with a commitment to excellence that is second to none, Discount Tires isn't just where you go for tires - it's where you go for peace of mind. read more

I've been here for years (approx 10+ years) and shamefully have never left a review. Im sure if everyone submitted a review their rating would be higher. They all have superb manners, I felt like I was safe and around family. The wait time was roughly 30 minutes which I found reasonable. read more

The gentleman who helped me was extremely polite and helpful. I believe his name was Robert. Even though they were technically closed he graciously filled my tires for me. Thank you !! read more

Terrible service, I left my car just to come back to them not even changing the right tire then I had to pay 117 after them realizing the tire they were supposed to change was bald... which should of been easily to pick out since this is a tire shop. Never again! read more

The problem with this particular store is that they have outgrown this facility and there is no clear person in charge and people running the front end. I have bought multiple sets of expensive tires here and appointments are useless even when paid for in advance. Last set prepaid and booked for 4pm and I was there early, truck not on the rack until 5:15. This is unacceptable. They need more front end waiting chairs and maybe a coffee and coke machine. Staff is pleasant and knows their job, however you must always check your vehicle and all components when leaving. Missing trim rings & center caps do happen. Solution: Permanent counter man Wipe the place down in lobby with 409 Get more chairs Arrange your help to take a bay and stay there Quit wasting so much time on free air fills And walk ins and take care of your paid reservations first. They can wait read more

Went there to just get a new tire changed under warranty and they stripped my lug nut saying it "just fell out" and tried to blame it on another discount tire (which was over 6,000 miles ago). Told me to go to a dealership to buy another one and bring it back for them to change. Disappointing they can't take responsibility for something so small. The assistant manager that I spoke to said "it's only a few dollars" as if that's the reason I was upset. Will not ever go back to this location. Never had this experience with Discount Tire before. read more

Low tire pressure alerted. We pulled in, waited about 3 hrs to only get on the road and tire remained unfixed. Apparently they just put air in the tire and sent my kids down the highwa. Now we have to use the spare donut to slowly drive back to San Antonio from Houston. Thank for being careless and lazy, to a faithful patron who just spent hard earned money on two sets of tires and couldn't get one flat fix. Wait until social media gets a hold of you guys. Been in line for a while with another car waiting for the free air check. Seeing 4 employees that do see all of us waiting and none of them looking to come out to help. They are partially working just talking to one another and laughing. No sense of urgency. read more

I've been here several times, and no complaints very good place to bring your vehicle to get serviced or to get new tires

Do not recommend this Discount Tire I just wanted to express my frustrations with this team. I've been a customer for over 20 years with different vehicles. I bought 2 of the same tires a less than a year ago and you all charged me $524 for the same 2 tires. Their team also broke one of my wheel lugs when you all installed them last year. Today I am charged $734 for the same 2 tires and your team breaks another wheel lock. I am about to have a baby in less than 4 days and I am inconvenienced with having to go to Garage Guys repair to fix my car again. No other discount tire breaks my wheel lug nor does any other place that rotates out my tires (Nissan, NTB, Auto Care, Discount Tire, etc) only this store. Their employees do not care and blame other reasons for why this happened. If you don't want to be inconvenienced or overcharged go else where. Very disappointed and dissatisfied customer! read more

I went in because my car was reading one of my tires with a low psi. Rather than help me fix the problem (or acknowledge why I came in in the first place), the man at the front desk was adamant on selling me four new tires. Considering my tires are only a couple months old and I live in a new neighborhood full of construction, I can only assume he was trying to sell me tires because he thought I wouldn't know better. Anyways, moral of the story, go to your local tire shop rather than a chain. read more

Let me start off by saying your employee Lilly was a BIG HELP!!! I came to you alls end of the work day around 5pm while yall had easily over 15 people in line waiting for service. She showed a lot of patience with not only me but everyone. She took her time and was very thorough with charges and coverages for my tire and situation. She also gave me a courtesy call to update me on the status of my vehicle and when i could pick it up. Thank you Lilly!!! Good employee you all have. read more

Stay away from these guys, they'll strip the studs on your tires and not tightened the lugs before you drive home. It's a dangerous situation to find out the lugs weren't tightened on the tires after you drove home. Also good luck getting the lugs from them that they stripped off. They seem to always be on order. Corporate headquarters needs to look into this location as they are giving Discount a bad name. Update: After sending an email to corporate they got in touch with the management and I received the lug nuts. Issue was resolved. read more

I understand that replacing tires takes time. But If I CAN'T drop off my car, is it POSSIBLE to have something MORE comfortable to sit on besides an airport couch? I mean if I'm paying 3-$400 for tires and service is it possible to treat me as a customer with a little more consideration? I like what you do and how you do it. I definitely DON'T look forward to having to wait in your store. We pay for service. What say YOU pay for customer consideration and accommodation. Thank you read more

Came here to obviously .... buy tires lol. There's always a line when I come, but they try to go as fast as they can. Last time I went I had a huge nail in my tire that was causing the air pressure light to come on. Since I had insurance I thought they would just change the tire and replace it ( reason why I buy my tires at discount tire). They were able to patch the tire, and the guy who worked on it said he didn't think they could be it's done. The tire is still going no issues , but it would have been nice if they would have just replaced it. I was scared of a blow out for like a month. But it does let me know their patch work is a1. read more

Both gentleman that I spoke with were not professional at all . I went there to put in 3 new tires . It seems both of them didn't want to be there . 2 cars went in-front of me even though I was there first . Will not recommend or do Busnise with anymore . Small tire shop around the corner much better and Courteous. read more

After discovering my Hankook tires did not have a warranty. Bought a 2021 Honda CRV, discovered the depth depth with 16,300 needed replacing. Austin and Greg came to my assistance and called the manufacturer to enquirer what might be done if anything. The call resulted in no relief. It is good to know there are still pockets of business offering good service and employees with good people skills. Discount Tire has been efficient and professional for the 15 years I have done business with them in Rosenberg. read more

I've been a customer at DT for 24 years. Went to the Rosenberg, Tx store recently for rotation and to replace two TPS. Lady told me I had one tire that was slightly below minimum tread depth. She REFUSED to rotate my tires unless I bought a new tire. I mentioned my history with DT. She said, "SIR!...I cannot service your car.". I found a new tire store near my home in Needville...HOMETOWN TIRE. They were happy to service my car and explained they will beat DT prices all day long. Same tires, better service, better prices!... HOMETOWN TIRE ! read more

We used to live love this place but ever since Grady left it has going downhill in service. We had an appointment for 10, arrived at 9:15, waited in line for 35 minutes and got to the counter with Gregg. Gregg was very unfriendly and rude. He had no customer service skills and should probably work behind a desk where you do not interact with people. Very disappointed in Discount and will not return after over 15 years of loyal patronage. read more

Will never go back to discount tires due to this location. I ONLY get my tires at discount tire. This is the second time they have tried to scape a warranty claim. Their justification is that the manufacturing date on the tire was older than the other two and they "would never" put on a tire that's a few years old. How is the year of the tire they put on in my control? Due to their own negligence they are avoiding responsibility for my claim. Be careful when you purchase KEEP ALL RECEIPTS to prove your claim. Will be taking my business to Firestone going forward, they are open longer, beat prices elsewhere, and provide much better customer service. The reps here (Lillian) are not only unhelpful but just looking to avoid work in general. Hope you all have a better experience than I did read more

Waited for 3 hours to get tires changed that had already been paid for 4 days prior. Had I not been watching they would have installed new tire on spare rim. Ran over the wheel cap and said they would buy me a new one and call when they get it. Still waiting on a call and the ford dealership is just across the street. Worst experience ever!!! read more
