From the moment I arrived, Will immediately stepped up and began assisting me. He quickly assessed what I was there for, got me started right away, and made sure my visit was efficient from beginning to end. What stood out most was that while others seemed more focused on standing around and talking, Will took the initiative to help me so I could get in and out without wasting time. During my visit, I overheard a conversation about coolant flushes, which I already knew I needed. When I asked Will about it, he took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, answer every question I had, and make sure I understood exactly what was being done to my vehicle. He never pressured me into purchasing anything. Instead, he provided honest information and let me make an informed decision. Throughout the entire experience, Will remained professional, patient, and positive. Even when there were issues with the system during checkout, he never got frustrated. He kept a smile on his face, maintained a great attitude, and handled everything calmly and professionally. He never interrupted me, talked over me, or made me feel rushed. He listened, communicated clearly, and treated me with respect. I went here to service my wife's vehicle, which was quick, fast, and easy. The staff was very…read morefriendly, and I liked how they were attentive to my questions, as it was my first time coming to something like this since I usually service her vehicles at the dealership. The only downside of this experience was that they charged close to what a dealership would charge; even with the coupon I used, it was pretty close in price. If that's the case, there wasn't a reason to come here. Other than that, I'll only return when I get another somewhat deal in the mail.
