I went here to service my wife's vehicle, which was quick, fast, and easy. The staff was very friendly, and I liked how they were attentive to my questions, as it was my first time coming to something like this since I usually service her vehicles at the dealership. The only downside of this experience was that they charged close to what a dealership would charge; even with the coupon I used, it was pretty close in price. If that's the case, there wasn't a reason to come here. Other than that, I'll only return when I get another somewhat deal in the mail. read more

This location damaged my vehicle by not fully reattaching my skid plate. They then lied to me and told me there was no damage. I took my car to the dealer to confirm there was "no damage" and surprise - there was! After countless calls, texts and emails - almost a month later, they still have not agreed to pay the $79 to fix my vehicle. I have also reached out multiple times to Darius the shop manager regarding a refund for my oil change and he has not given me a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION!! read more

Daniel is a lazy ass worker. took forever. his co worker went to autozone to get a filter for our car while it was draining, Daniel watched the oil drainer fill up and shut it off but didn't empty it ( it was full) Ali had to empty it and hook it back up to finish emptying our cars oil before being able to fill it back up, cost us a lot of time all while knowing we have a baby in the back seat. if I could give moe stars I would. My family have been coming to this location before it became Take 5. We always received excellent customer service but today's service went above and beyond. At the beginning of Christmas week, I took the vehicle in for an oil change and inspection. We didn't drive the vehicle for a couple/few days. I had an appointment and left the house before daylight. On my way back the oil light came on and went off. By the time I made it back to the neighborhood, the oil light stayed on and by the time I made it my street the vehicle started to make a noise. As I was pulling into the driveway I noticed oil on my driveway. This morning I called this spoke with The manager, Joe. For reference, I am a senior and do not work on vehicles. I would not know where to put oil in For this vehicle I asked Joe if I should return to the store and his reply was "no, we don't want anything happening to the engine, I will come to you." Joe came to our house and fixed the problem. The new oil filter that was put in with the oil change was defective. After replacing the oil filter and adding more oil. Joe followed me back to the shop where Jojo went over everything to ensure there was a "second look" for quality inspection. Fantastic customer service, reasonable prices and very quick and convenient. Chris, the manager on duty, and his whole crew were very kind and helpful with any questions I had for them. I went in for an oilchange. One car ahead of me in bay #3. It took longer than usual for the car in front of me to be finished. The technician came out to me and appologized and explained why it took longer. I said no worries and soon i was in the bay getting the change. Mine was quickly completed - i saw them check tire pressure and top off windshield wiper fluid as well. They remembered to talk me through zeroing out my oil filter life - setting it back to 100%. They gave me my reciept and began to send me on my way. I held up my credit card - saying they forgot to charge me. He said - It's on the house and again apologized for the delay saying, 'that's not how we roll'.... Customer for life!! read more

Joe and the staff at take five on Avenue H are number one in my book, I will not be taking my vehicles anywhere else for oil changes except for take five on Avenue H.
