I've never had any issues so I'm not sure how they are about resolving any issues. However, they are always kind, courteous, and professional. They have a bathroom, a sink at the counter, usually fresh coffee (in the mornings that I've been) and the waiting room is always clean.

He quickly assessed what I was there for, got me started right away, and made sure my visit was efficient from beginning to end. During my visit, I overheard a conversation about coolant flushes, which I already knew I needed. When I asked Will about it, he took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, answer every question I had, and make sure I understood exactly what was being done to my vehicle. Throughout the entire experience, Will remained professional, patient, and positive. Even when there were issues with the system during checkout, he never got frustrated. The promise of a cheap price next to that disclaimer kept me out of a Just Brakes for years because I wasn't sure if I'd be fleeced or not. But I needed a brake job and I didn't have a lot of money. I decided to give them a shot. So what's the verdict? 1. I don't think anybody walks out of here paying $99.88. $99.88 covers the pads & turning the rotors. To do that plus change some of the other hardware that wears out plus change the fluid came to $250 + tax on my car. That's about in line with the last time I had my brakes worked on and comes with a written warranty, so I can't complain. 2. The manager was able to explain what needed to be done in a way that I could understand. 3. The job was done competently within a reasonable amount of time.
