The busiest they've been while I've been there, I've still not waited more than 20 minutes. The usual is about 10 minutes. I've never had any issues so I'm not sure how they are about resolving any issues. However, they are always kind, courteous, and professional. They have a bathroom, a sink at the counter, usually fresh coffee (in the mornings that I've been) and the waiting room is always clean.

Three cars in each of the three bays, and I was in and out in probably 25 minutes? Less time than was predicted when I pulled up.
