Mind you I was there 30 minutes before his shift is over but was turned away. Today I was turned away again at 4:45pm because they're closing early. What kind of business is this? This is pathetic. This FireStone is hands down the shadiest FireStone I've been to. Twice now they have attempted to sell my wife services she doesn't need. If you purchased a lifetime alignment they attempt to deter you from getting your alignment done by claiming they are extremely busy and that it will take the entire day to get it done in hopes you aren't willing to drop your vehicle off and or wait for it to get done. I believe they do this to limit the load of free work they have. I've left my vehicles there several times and each time it's the same story. Still, after entertaining their claim I drop it off and get a phone call 90 mins later by the technician stating my vehicle is ready. This place is trash and the service manger is too busy scrolling TikTok to do his job. Take my advice, take your vehicle to a different Location and they'll happily take you in that same day. read more

There are few options for auto inspections if you live in this area, so we decided to go to this firestone branch despite the terrible (and old) reviews on Yelp. There were 4 other people getting their cars serviced. The staff were very friendly and did not try to upsell anything. The location was clean and in a complex with a bank and a couple restaurants. We went to the bank while waiting and then ate lunch at The Lost Cajun, and then our car was ready! Off we went. No complaints, painless experience. read more

I recently took my son's 1994 Honda Passport here. It died just outside Victoria. It was towed there and I let them know what needed to be replaced: the fuel pump and fuel filter. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly. I was originally charged a diagnostic fee but since I had let them know what the issue was, they removed it. The vehicle is running well. I was hesitant at first but felt peace of mind having it serviced there in the end. I think one of the gentleman's name was Freddy. They made me feel very comfortable about having my son's vehicle there. read more

Warning watch out for this place! Took my Hyundai Elantra Limited there yesterday because I needed 4 new tires on my car. Dropped it off around 2 and they said they could have it done by 5. 5 comes around and no call from them. Called them and they told my boyfriend and I that the tires that they put on the car didn't work out and they made a lot of rubbing because my suspension on my car is low.. They said that they didn't have the tires for my car and would have to order them. I needed my car back because I had to work today. Went to pick up my car at 7pm when they had it finally ready! 5 hours later! and they charged a $40 remounting fee. Then as we were leaving the guy who was working in the front room said oh yeah there is a piece on your tire that is missing. I'm like what? It was the little cap that goes over the bolts on my car to take the tire off. He was like yeah they noticed it when they took it in that it was missing and it must of just have fallen off when you were driving. Bull shit. I told him I knew the part was on my wheel before I brought it here and he just insisted that it wasn't. My boyfriend and him went into the store to see if they could find it but it was gone. You literally have to pry that piece off. I know it was there and that one of his workers lost it when my car was there or they wanted to pull a scam on me and stole the piece. The guy told my boyfriend they would get me a new one and call me tomorrow. It's now 6pm the next day. No call. I don't even care because I don't want to deal with this places ignorance. If you're gonna make up some story about a piece missing on my car what else are you gonna try and tell me and make me pay for. I have a car (2016 Mustang GT) that is used for track (road course) events and autocross. After installing some suspension pieces, I needed an alignment. When I called this shop, I found out they have an alignment rack that is an in-ground unit. This is important to me because my car is lower than the average sedan. I took the car in for the alignment and gave the manager and tech the specific settings I wanted. The tech (Johnny Holley) knew exactly how to handle the sometimes finicky rear adjustments and was able to dial-in my desired settings in very little time. He was also sure to cover my seat with a plastic bag to ensure my interior had no blemishes. I will be taking my car back to this location for my routine alignment checks and refreshes. This was the worst experience I've had with an automotive mechanic. I gave them several tries, people have bad or off days you know? The final straw came when after getting my oil changed the next day my car overheats on the freeway. My husband checks and there's no coolant (which they were supposed to check and fill). I take it back and they tell me there must be a crack because they checked it. I left, put coolant in it myself and it never leaked. I never went back. Rude, uncaring, and put me in a dangerous but preventable situation. read more

I went to this place to get my tires filled with air temporarily and to ask about replacing my tires here since they were worn and needed replacement soon. This place has the absolute worst customer service on planet earth! I was ignored the whole time and when someone finally decided to acknowledge me, I was told to wait outside in my car to get air pumped into my current tires. I waited for 30 minutes and no one attended to me. I was even looked at and the workers all kept going. I was extremely frustrated and left! I will never be returning here again and suggest you go across the street to NTB instead. I don't think this place values anyone's time or business. read more

Tried this location once again. After being told 2-3 hours a wait for a patch. I was called 3 hours later saying road hazard was used to repair my tire. I showed up and was told my left rear had a nail in it....that's wasn't even the tire that was leaking! After another 30 they found the nail in my right rear. Turns out they couldn't patch it and wanted to sell me 2 tires that didn't even match. read more

Although one employee told us to back up so he could service the tires, a second employee comes out and tells us that airing up the tires is a lot of work so he'd have to charge. Went down the street to Discount Tires & guy did the extra hard work of airing up the tires. Take your business elsewhere. read more

We purchased a set of tires for my wifes car online and this was the closest place they would send them to with free shipping. I read the bad reviews and took a chance. I scheduled an appointment and the whole process was trouble free. I was in and out in a little over half an hour. When my truck needed new tires, I ordered online and had them sent here again. Appointment was at 11. Dropped the truck off and was told it would take an hour and fifteen minutes. Came back in 2 hours and truck wasn't ready. They said it was almost done. Waited another hour for them to finish. Then they presented me with a bill that was higher than it was supposed to be. An alignment check had been added for 22 dollars. They apologized and removed it. How many people wouldn't have noticed. Got in the truck to leave and there was a black handprint on the seat. We went to a restaurant across the parking lot and noticed they scratched the black rims when I was walking away from the truck. This will be the last time I do any business here. read more

I brought my car here for a couple of times already. One for the state inspection. They said that the car could not pass the state inspection because of an unknown problem. So I let them trouble shoot my car and let them do run the test again. You know what? it took them almost a week (and almost $1000 in charges) just to pinpoint that the problem is the thermostat... so I let it pass giving them the benefit of the doubt that probably my case was an isolated one. After 6 months, I brought again my car because of the squeaking sound when I start the engine and a lot more when I start the A/C. So I dropped my car there and make some arrangement to pick it up the next day. Later in the afternoon, the called me and said that the problem was the belt tensioner, so I gave them a go signal to replace the belt tensioner me hoping that the sqeaking will go away. The next day comes and I drop to their shop 2 pm and ask if my car is ready, the guy in the reception that day told me that it will take another hour to install the parts that just arrived. I said I will just wait for it. An hour and half pass by and they installed the parts and test it - guess what... I can still the squeaking sound. So they called me and show me the belt tensioner that they replaced. Told me that it solve the problem slightly and now the guy in the reception area (Norman) told me that the problem now is the A/C compressor (he quoted me for that for another $1800... that's right!). Are you f..kng kidding me? Why in the first place you would say that the problem is the belt tensioner? Are they deaf or something? They should have heard where the noise comes from when they trouble shoot that one? A good mechanic can do that! I paid for the "Spring Car CareCheck ups" that they advertised - and now they are telling me that it was a process of elimination? - Aren't they supposed to eliminate first the part that make the squeaking sound the most?. After the Belt replacement and belt tensioner replacement with the oil change (and $400.. yup $400 for the problem that wasn't solved. My car still makes squeaking sound same as before the the belt replacement..I paid for the a $400 dollars for nothing! DON'T GO TO THIS SHOP! There are other shops out there that has better mechanics! This shop employs young mechanics that has no vast experience on what is really going on with your car. update. They called me back and refunded me the cost of belt which is at around $60. (probably in the hopes that I will remove this review?) This place normally has great service, mainly because of the manager. However, last weekend I took my truck there to get an oil change and tire rotation, which is pretty routine for the mechanics. I dropped my truck off around 3pm and went to run errands with my buddy. The manager told me up front that it would be a while but will get taken care of today in which I stated that I was ok with that. I told the manager that I knew it would take a while which is why I chose to drop it off instead of wait. No problem, right???!! Well, right at 7pm (which is when the shop closes), I received a call from a female tech who stated that they were not able to get to my truck. The female asked if I could leave my truck there overnight which made my blood boil. I hastily got back to the shop and noticed that there were customers still inside of the shop. I also noticed that two customers who came in after me and also got an oil change were already gone and taken care of which made me even more angry. It seems as if you drop your vehicle off for services that it gets put on the back burner and will get taken care of after all of the customers inside are taken care of, no matter if you were there first or not! ! That is bull crap. I finally found a good shop that I like a whole lot and this happens. I'm not looking for any free services, I'm just looking to have good customer service. The only reason why I will still go there is because of the manager, that guy is awesome. I believe that he is Phillipino. This has to get better. I was sooo angry and hot afterwards that I wanted to call their corporate office in rage! I was also mad at the female tech who was there because I felt as if she did not care. you'll figure a place sells tire will do a good job on alignment right? read on... so i dropped off my car on sunday afternoon for them to do alignment on my car. i know it's late when i dropped it so pick it up on monday is reasonable since i dont want to rush them and have poor quality of performance. i have been waiting for a phone call on monday thru out the day telling me the car is ready but until 5pm, i still dont receive any calls from these guys. so ok, i'll call them and was told the car is ready to go. after i arrived at the shop, they told me toe on one of the tire is off, and they did all they could to best possible result. but it is still way off from factory spec... so i drive my car to an auto shop i trust and have them raise the car up see what's going on...guess wut they found.... i'm in the garage and looking at it in person when the mechanic point out wut ppl from firestone did on my car. when u want to adjust toe for the rear tire, u adjust radius arm (also call rod). for my car, there is a bolt on both end of the rod, proper way to adjust the toe will be losen both bolt then it will be easy to adjust. but what happen here is...on both of my rod, the end with "U" link, where attach to the car body, are twisted all the way. which makes no sense if they did it correctly. the U link should be parallel to the car body at all time, so it looks like ppl at fire stone losen only one end of the bolt and force the arm to turn to adjust my toe....another prove is, on one of the arm, protection coated skin is completly removed, so the silver metal inside can be see directly. not only they don't know how to get the job done...when the mechanic check for me in the auto shop. 1 bolt on each arm is losen...it's sooooo lose that u can even turn it use finger... i mean...are u serious? not 1 but 2 bolt are losen after the job is done? that leaves the arm losen to the car body...if it breaks, falls, detach while i'm on a freeway, u do the thinking. so in conclusion, dont get those life time alignment thing at any place. why? because they put untrain, lack of knowledge people to work on your car. and in my case, they didn't even wrap up the job. 2 bolt were left losen after i signed the paperwork and left. customer service is bad: i have to call them myself to find out the car is ready lack of knowledge: force turn both readius arm when adjust toe poor quality control: car left with 2 bolt losen from suspension that might cause death. i'll recommend to go to a private own shop, since they care more about reputation. these guys at fire stone just dont know wut they r doing and they dont care. as long as u can leave the shop fine u r on ur own...yea....if i didn't find out those 2 losen bolt and my car crash a week later...none of their business.... read more
