This is actually a cheap cost when he is able to save you a lot of money with different tire recommendations that have just as good of quality as Pirelli and Michelin tires. There is no point in paying more for tires especially when I am unable to rotate them because the tires in the front of my vehicle are a different size from the tires in the back of the vehicle. He came within an hour and half of contacting him. He was not late and also had regular communication with me through text message while driving to my house. We had him come out to replace one single tire in the back of our vehicle that had a large gash in it from a shard of class we ran over the night before in downtown Houston. I drove to Discount Tire, Costco and 2 other locations to see if they could fix the tire prior to contacting Shamrock Tires. None of them had the 22-inch tire size in stock, and they all mentioned they would have to order it. The cost ranged from $450 - $700 for the specific tire I needed before installation cost. Shamrock Tires said they found a brand-new tire locally and could be here within 1.5 hours. I was impressed that they were going to come to my house to do the service and that made me very happy. The large van has all the equipment inside it for replacing the tires professionally just like it was done at the Tire Shop you would drive to. The best part about Shamrock Tires is that there was no waiting, and it feels like you are getting VIP service. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future when I need to replace all four tires.

My coworker used Shamrock Tires and recommended them to me. They were able to fit me in the very next day and came out to my workplace. He was able to find the hole in less than a minute. He patched it up and was done in under half an hour, all while I was at work. I highly recommend him, seems very honest and knows a lot about tires and it's super convenient since it's a mobile service and he comes to your home or work. No more wasting my weekends and waiting all day at tire shops. You can even get a quote through text for tires if you need to replace. We've had tires replaced by them and the price he quoted was less than the dealership's price and other repair shops. We will definitely be using him again.

We were on our way to the airport IAH when the driver in front of us swerved. He did that because he was avoiding a large rock in the road. Unfortunately that left us no time to do the same, and we ran our front left tire over the rock. We knew that it was bad immediately, and within a few seconds the tire pressure gage read 15 pounds and was going down. We quickly got to the exit lane and got off the freeway. We went under the freeway and pulled into a parking lot just as the pressure read 3lbs. We decided to call First Tire and see what they could do. Basically they told us to come in and we'd figure it out. We ubered back to our house, and with the car keys for the stranded car we drove to First Tire. We told Axel what happened and where the car was and he told me that they'd figure it out and call me. By the time we got to the airport, they had driven over to the car, put on the spare and drove it back. They called me to let me know about tire choices and they completed the repair along with a needed alignment that day. We let the car stay with them till we returned. They charged me for the new tire and alignment. This is what customer service is about. Instead of being nervous and focused on our broken car during our vacation, we knew everything was fine. It's always been a pleasure doing business with First Tire, and this just reinforces that opinion.

Talk to a guy named Dale told him I had warped 24in rim, but I couldnt see where it was warped at and that the tire would not balance. He told me we can fix anything. So mind you , I live 3hrs a 45 mins away from Houston. So I loaded up the rim and took it to Houston,I dropped it off on Thursday evening around 7pm. They called me the next Day around 2pm and said the rim was ready and they fixed it. So I went back to Houston got the rim brought it back home put it back on my car and drove it and there was no more vibration. These guys are awesome they really know what they are doing .
