They indicated they had time and off to work they went and I went to their very nice waiting room. The young man that waited on me, was super friendly and very helpful. At one point I walked out of waiting room and there was a lady there and she asked if I needed any help and had been waited on. After I told her my truck was already in the back, she asked if I needed anything or If something was wrong. Very tentative and customer service oriented there. They got done with my truck. I paid and while at the register, I asked if my locks had been put back in glove compartment. They said they would check and before they could a young man came from back and said I forgot these and handed to me. I noticed a wet spot under my truck and mentioned it to the young man checking me out and he came outside and crawled under my truck looked and confirmed it was water and not from my truck. While there I asked how the balance on the tires went he went and check with the crew and said it went well. He was such a big help and friendly from the moment I walked into the business. My first experience here is outstanding, i will be returning for my next oil change. One last item, the waiting room is the best. Comfortable chairs and a coffee bar. Outstanding. All they need is recliner and you could have a nap while you waited. lol

But, it took the both of us, like forever to take the battery out! That battery was locked up like Fort Knox! Anyway, he checked my old battery and it was dead, and it took him about 5 minutes to put it in! AND he saved me about $150 OVER 1-800-Battery! I tested them out with something small but I couldn't do it myself. They not just tell fix the problem but they told me a cheaper solution (who does that?) After a few more time of fix my car. I work in the healthcare field, and I was on my way to help someone who truly needed me. Instead of showing any understanding or willingness to assist, the employee told me he couldn't help and then let the remaining air out of my tire. That was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. The way I was treated has made me not want to return or spend my money there again. Customer service and basic human decency go a long way, and unfortunately, neither was shown today.
