While my accident was very minor, Tesla being a Tesla needed extra work and parts to be replaced, and these parts don't come cheap. CMS is a Tesla certified shop, so I believe they only replace your parts with OEM. Thankfully, the other party's insurance was paying for it, but Angel Robles is the absolute man. He was very accommodating and helpful and got me in and out in very little time. Marisa at the front desk was also a wealth of knowledge and experience dealing with the insurance companies. My repairs were spot on, but on top of that they washed my car and vacuumed the interior back to the condition it was in when I drove it off the lot. It was the most pleasant experience you can have given the unpleasant circumstances which bring us there. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, CMS!

From the very beginning, their tow service arrived promptly on the scene the day of the crash, which was a huge relief. They want to do the job right and not rush it. After the repair was complete, I heard a bit of a knocking sound coming from the front driver's side. It sounded like it was near the front driver's side tire area. I called Mike and he told me to bring it in when I could and he would definitely take care of the issue. He test drove the car with me so he could hear the sound. Then, he explained to me that it could be a number of things. So, I dropped my car off and Adam, the manager, paid for an Uber so I could get back home. The technicians worked on it first thing in the morning and the issue was solved the next day.
