I cannot say enough how great the service at CMS was. While I had heard folks in the Houston Tesla groups mention their great experiences, I did not know it was this good. While my accident was very minor, Tesla being a Tesla needed extra work and parts to be replaced, and these parts don't come cheap. CMS is a Tesla certified shop, so I believe they only replace your parts with OEM. Thankfully, the other party's insurance was paying for it, but Angel Robles is the absolute man. He was very accommodating and helpful and got me in and out in very little time. Marisa at the front desk was also a wealth of knowledge and experience dealing with the insurance companies. My repairs were spot on, but on top of that they washed my car and vacuumed the interior back to the condition it was in when I drove it off the lot. My car had a minor accident and had a dent on rear bumper. Repair was to replace bumper, and replace internal support under the bumper. At first they said it will take 10 days for repair after parts are received, but to be safe it will take 2 weeks. They confirmed that the parts were received and I dropped my car off on 7/5/23. I called them almost every day starting end of 3rd week and their response was always it will be done tomorrow or day after. I received my car back on 8/7/23. There were no apologies from them at all. They have not been transparent about the delay issues for first 2~3 weeks they couldn't work on my car at all. This was only told on the day that I received my car. They only said they are just too busy, and they are the only one of 4 Tesla repair shop in Houston. I took my car to be repaired after my neighbor hit it will parked on the street. I took it in advance with a copy of the repair estimate from the insurance company and the check I received so they could order the parts ahead of time. They made a copy of the estimate, kept the chec, and made an appointment for me to bring it back for the repairs. They didn't pre-order the parts, kept the car longer than expected and then told me I had to pay cash to pick up the car or incur a 3.5% feet to use my debit card to pay. If they had a problem with the check why didn't they tell me when I first brought it in? I would have had time to work with the insurance company to get the check reissued or cashed. I am impressed with Mason Rd Collision. I accidentally hit one of those short, yellow concrete pole things...didn't see it at all. Jacked up my drivers side and couldn't even open driver door! My insurance company opened my claim and I got a rental car to get back & forth to work, thinking with all the damage I might need the rental for a month. After an unfortunate encounter with a fire hydrant, I researched Tesla-certified collision repair shops and brought my car by for an estimate. The quality of customer service that I received from the ladies at the front desk and the estimator (Alex) was outstanding. Alex provided me with a detailed estimate, and I ultimately selected them as my repair shop after having lesser experiences elsewhere. They even noted some additional damage on my car that I had no idea existed and kindly offered to repair that at minimal extra cost. They ordered the necessary parts and were able to get my car into the shop in a week. The repair was estimated to take 2 weeks and they finished early. They coordinated with my insurance company so that process was pretty seamless. My car looked perfect when I picked it up and I have had no issues with it since. My new go-to auto shop! I've always had trouble finding a reliable and trustworthy auto shop, but I think I've finally found it! I needed to get my car repaired after an accident but wanted to make sure it was done correctly. Jimmy, the owner, was extremely helpful and made the whole process a breeze. He walked me step-by-step through the process and handled everything on the insurance side--I pretty much just had to drop my car off and then pick it up. He even has his own (brand new) rental cars that I was able to use while my car was being fixed. I just got my car back, and it looks brand new! Jimmy even showed me that the auto shop who had fixed my old headlights in a prior accident was cutting corners and had just re-glued my old headlights instead of replacing them, which goes to show that he is honest and wanting to make sure your car is fixed properly instead of trying to cheat you for some more money (like most auto shops I've been to). Thank you Yelp for recommending this place! Was able to talk to both Joe and Jimmy; they are both very honest people. I accidentally side swiped my coworker's bumper while trying to park in a tight space. I know, out of all the things how can I mess up parking! I'm a failure, haha. Anyways, her Mitsubishi got some paint off so it needed to be repainted. It sucks that they'd have to repaint the whole bumper for that scratch, but hey, otherwise it wouldn't look as neat and well-blended as the rest of the car. What my coworker's dealership quoted her for $700 and 3 days to fix, they got it done in 2 days and for less than half the price. They also drove us to a car rental place nearby (Enterprise rental). They are on point with their time. They said to bring the car at 8am and it would be done by 6pm tomorrow. They called her when it was ready and when we picked it up, it looked brand new with a car wash! Joe is also a perfectionist. My coworker had another problem of the bumper that he notified her about. The bumper already had that problem when she bought it so she didn't feel much need to fix it. He kept saying, "But it won't be as pretty. :(" LOL.
