I was able to get the tire inflated thanks to the valet crew so I could get home but desperate to get the tire fixed before I had to shuttle my client around all day and evening. I found Montrose Mobile Tire here and was so impressed by the number of 5-star reviews. Made an easy online appointment for early the next morning and Oscar showed up on time and had my tire permanently patched in 15 minutes. He was so professional and helpful and I was on my way on time to pick up my client. There was a second part to the story, however. The tire started going flat within a couple of days. Normally this would lead to a negative review but I reached out to Oscar and explained the situation. I was able to get an immediate appointment and he discovered that he had had 1-2 other incidents where the patch had still resulted in a leak on this particular tire and it also could have been a faulty patch. Either way, he triple checked my tire for any other causes for the leak and installed a new patch and tested it, leveled the air pressure in all my other tires and said to call him if there are any other issues with it. While it took two trips, I appreciated the quick response, the dedication to making things right and his willingness to address any issue if one occurred again with the tire.

He was one out of about 20 various auto salvage yards as well as a local tire shops. Tony gave me a good deal on a used rim and a used tire. The rim is in great shape, the tire helped as a temp. I payed cash and he had his crew load the tire into the car I was in. Tony was very helpful and a nice guy! He was recommended by a guy that I called at an auto salvage yard and said they help him out when he's in a bind.

The owner has been a Godsend for me and my family by fixing my car issues due to some idiot stealing my rims a few months ago. I actually got even nicer rims out of the whole thing and he came to my house to put them on. My car started messing up this past weekend and shaking like crazy and he fixed the issue quickly. It was something to do with the wheel bearing. Had I kept driving my car a bit longer, my wheels would have popped off and my life and my babies' lives would have been in danger.
