A young man who respects his costumers. The other day we took our 2005 Jaguar for the oil change, and we left not noticing my fiancé left his wallet there. Joseph did everything he could to get a hold of us and when he did we went straight to him. As we pulled up into his shop we realized it was already closed and he was waiting for us with the wallet. Well, let me tell you that not anyone will return a wallet full of money! Not a dime was missing b/c Joseph and his staff respect us as their costumers. Thank you for being so near our home and thank you for always taking care of us! By the way he beats or matches prices!

When I realized they double-charged me for standalone labor on overlapping parts that have to be disconnected during a strut job anyway, I questioned the bill. They also refused to perform a mandatory wheel alignment, falsely claiming it wasn't required after a major strut replacement. When I contacted the owner, Joey, to resolve the overlapping labor fee and the skipped alignment, he got defensive, offered conflicting numbers about parts markup vs. his $150/hr labor rate, and directly threatened to have a tow truck pull my car off my private property because I initiated a formal billing dispute with my bank. Extremely predatory billing and highly unprofessional customer retaliation. Local drivers beware

Look No Further, Go to Kenneth's! If you've been going to the dealership, STOP!! Here's why…read more Today I came in stressed. My 2013 VW Beetle Convertible had what looked like a serious window leak during a massive rainstorm and on top of that my brake light was out. The dealership couldn't even see me until Thursday! (Today is Monday). Grayson got me in today. He and his master mechanic Tommy personally took a hose to my car to diagnose the leak with no runaround. As it turns out, it wasn't the catastrophic leak I feared. At the same time, Tommy replaced my brake light quickly and efficiently. And, Grayson took great care of me- without a doubt amazing and straight up outstanding customer service. All my problems are resolved. Whew!!!! These guys are honest, knowledgeable, and they actually care. And to top it off, Grayson even identified the likely cause of my heat issue that the dealership wanted to fix the expensive way. All through a quick conversation and review of my car's issues. I'll be bringing my car back to fix that in a few weeks. Kenneth's Car Care has earned all my future business for brakes, heat, oil changes, and more. Don't waste your time and money at the dealership or another repair shop. Come here first. You will be glad you did.

This is probably the worse shop in Kingwood for body work. Customer beware. If I give them credit…read morefor anything positive, the paint looks pretty good on my car. Other than that they totally failed. The day the car was towed in I met with a service tec who told me they would start tearing down the truck the next day to do an estimate. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing I called. I was told my service tech no longer worked there. I told the lady on the phone, "that's your problem not mine." So then I got a new service tech who repeatedly mislead me, missed deadlines, never retuned calls. What's more, I told him I had an aftermarket grill panel and was told that State Farm would only pay for Ford stock items. So I told him, I had the original chrome Ford grill out in my garage and they could use that one and I dropped it off. He asked if they should compare my old grill to the one they were ordering from a used parts house and I said NO. When I came to finally pick up my truck they had used the new used grill anyway. The cost was only $288, and since I had waited 6 weeks for my truck I just decided to take it anyway. Then a few days later I get a final estimate from State Farm and that $288 grill now cost $950!!!!!! Are you kidding me? It's plastic and I plan to remove it anyway and replace with the aftermarket grill. So State Farm is the one being ripped off. Maybe I should just let it go but it galls me that they would rip everyone off at the last minute. My final bill went up $2000! That is just criminal. I have no idea if a guy named Kenneth still owns the place but if he does, he must own a mansion and have membership at Kingwood Country Club with all the scammed money he has made. 1 star is the lowest and that is what Kenneth's gets. Caveat Emptor, Buyer Beware!

In the meantime I called Quick Slick Mobil Mechanics and spoke with Eric. He was polite and calm and upfront about pricing and responded quickly. He arrived and quickly diagnosed it as a faulty starter - which is what I suspected. We tried a few "tricks" but it definitely needed to be replaced. He called for parts on speaker phone so I was aware of the cost of the part - again upfront and honest. He went to get the part and arrived back in a timely manner. He quickly and efficiently removed the old and installed the new. He even had to move the catalytic converter out of the way a little. My husband had arrived by then and handled the rest of the situation. Eric was wonderful from start to finish. I'd call them ANYTIME if I need them. In a very stressful situation, in the Houston afternoon Summer heat... Eric made the situation as easy as possible. The pricing was very reasonable and upfront. Certainly MUCH less than a tow and a repair shop or the dealer. Thank you SO much!!!
