When I spoke to the manager about the pricing, he told me "that's the price" and refused to work with me or adjust anything. Even one of the employees mentioned that he had previously brought up concerns to management about the prices being too high and suggested lowering them. According to the employee, the manager's response was basically, "Those are the prices, and if customers don't like it, they can go somewhere else. We don't care." I was able to get the tire inflated thanks to the valet crew so I could get home but desperate to get the tire fixed before I had to shuttle my client around all day and evening. I found Montrose Mobile Tire here and was so impressed by the number of 5-star reviews. Made an easy online appointment for early the next morning and Oscar showed up on time and had my tire permanently patched in 15 minutes. He was so professional and helpful and I was on my way on time to pick up my client. There was a second part to the story, however. The tire started going flat within a couple of days. Normally this would lead to a negative review but I reached out to Oscar and explained the situation. I was able to get an immediate appointment and he discovered that he had had 1-2 other incidents where the patch had still resulted in a leak on this particular tire and it also could have been a faulty patch. Either way, he triple checked my tire for any other causes for the leak and installed a new patch and tested it, leveled the air pressure in all my other tires and said to call him if there are any other issues with it. While it took two trips, I appreciated the quick response, the dedication to making things right and his willingness to address any issue if one occurred again with the tire.

The owner of the tire shop was very rude and even decided to call me a bitch then proceeded to threaten me if I didn't leave to WATCH what happens. He tried to scam me into to buying a clearly worn & used tire and I refused so he caught an attitude with me and decided to kick me off of his property. He had also removed my tire and cut it open, refuse to put on my tire because he wanted to be a jerk. Completely unacceptable. He then put the damaged tire back on my car & told me to figure how to drive with it.
