Going on a hunch (I passed on a shop closer bc the vibe wasn't right), it paid off. They've done thousand$ in various suspension work over the past few years and I'm only here bc I asked how I could put in a good review for them as a thanks. They seem pretty female-friendly too from what I've seen in the waiting room. Just be as specific as possible with your issue. They don't seem to advertise much (the pics are mad old) since they've got a whole building/shop next to the tire place now. A good "sleeper" shop as I don't care for the chain (get 'em in, get 'em out) type. Busier in the past few years, so be a little patient and you should (hopefully) be satisfied. If I remember, I'll post a recent pic the next time I'm over that way. Good luck!

We were a bit confused as to who we needed to see to get the tire repaired. The guys outside were busy and the lady inside told us to go outside. So we found a gentleman who was absolutely wonderful. Other customers were pleasant in the waiting area which is a good sign. The family bathroom has a urinal, toilet and bidet which was neat but weird at the same time. Anywho, it took about 15 minutes and we were back on the road. He made sure all lugs were secured and pressure was right on the other tires as well. This is the second time Mario & Sons Tire Shop has saved me big $$$$…read more I have sport tires that apparently puncture by anything and everything. First it was a nail, then it was a metal stick, the third time was a screw... (((Initially, I went to a big tire store to see what they could do for me. They wanted to replace the tires right away; all four tires. They don't patch or plug them; the only good, reasonable and helpful thing they did was air up my tire for free to hold me over until I got to Mario & Sons. Big tire shops are a rip off))) The first time, I had two punctured tires and my car had only 18k miles. I kept getting a low pressure warning on my dash board, and I just kept adding air until that didn't work anymore. They checked for air leaks and only one puncture was leaking air and could be patched. He removed the tire and patched it up. The non leaking puncture was in a place that could not be fixed, I told them to leave it in as long as it wasn't causing any problems. I was out of there in 20 mins and paid like $10. This second time around, I woke up to a flat tire. My car had 21k miles; we added air and went to Mario's to get it checked out. It was the same tire that was patched last time, so I thought IT was leaking; it wasn't, it was a screw. They pulled it out, smoothed it out, and added a plug. Again, it took like 20 mins, in and out, and I paid $10. Each tire costs upwards of $150 depending where I go. And I would have had to replace 4 tires by now. Two the first time and two this time, so they are even and balanced. I can't say enough about this tire shop. They are very honest, helpful, and the service is fast (as long as there's not a lot of customers before you). I will definitely be coming here for quick fixes.

I NEVER leave a bad review anywhere but my experience with…read morethis shop was bad enough that I feel other people should know before spending their money here. When they make a mistake they take ZERO accountability, ultimately blaming YOU for their mistake. I went in for a tire replacement. I wasn't driving the vehicle that needed the replacement. I took off my wheel/tire and took it to them. Before taking it off I saw and knew my rim had ZERO damage. I even have PICTURES!!!! Then after he replaced my tire I took it to my stranded car and it was then that I noticed my rim was pretty scratched up. My car is a 2025 and these rims are NOT CHEAP so I had to go tell them what they did. I was as calm as a person can be that was wronged . They didn't want to accept that they damaged my rim when I gave them the evidence that my rim was NOT DAMAGED before them yet they still argued and argued with me to no end. DO NOT GO HERE. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ACCOUNTABILITY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

So they wanted almost 200$ for one so I kindly declined. I then went about calling around for a tire and ended up choosing discount tire. Well while waiting for an appointment I did a little searching on Yelp and stumbled upon this place. I figured what could it hurt and decided to go there to go and check it out.....I AM SO GLAD I CAME HERE. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and helpful and I paid a fraction of what I would've paid elsewhere. The tire he had for me actually was the same brand as my other ones, and since my vehicle is forward drive and this tire was rear it worked out perfectly. I could not have been happier, and he had me in and out with a new tire in less than 20 minutes. Obviously it's new and used tires and you get what you pay for, but honestly if you are in a jam and need that tire then Mateos is your spot. Especially if you are riding around on a donut because of prices for a new tire then come here and save some money and drive safe! I'm am honestly blown away that he even had the same brand tire. As I arrived to Mateo's I shared how I know I need to replace one for sure and if he thinks I need more I was willing to have them replaced (Which I just bought 2 a couple months ago). Mateo said I only needed that one and he had it in stock! (YAY!) I gave him my key lock and he immediately started working on my tire since it indeed needed to be changed. The work was done in about 10 minutes WOW! I was impressed! He was nice, courteous and professional. I appreciate a straight-forward business that respects a woman despite my lack on tire knowledge. Thanks to Mateo, I was very pleased with his service and speedy work. I definitely recommend giving him a chance, very affordable too. He accepts cash and card.

I've been dealing with my TPMS light being on for a full year and no joke, this is the first shop…read morethat actually fixed it. I had already taken it somewhere else and they put in an OEM replacement sensor that I bought online myself for them to install, and the light STILL stayed on. It was really frustrating. So I came to Rayford Tire Shop originally because I had a nail in one of my back tires that was way too big to patch. I figured I'd need both rear tires done. The owner looks at it and goes "nah man you really only need the one." Like who actually does that instead of just taking your money? I was about to just get the one done but then he shows me the other tire is cupping really bad. I checked it out myself and yeah he was right, it was pretty obvious once I looked. So I'm like alright let's do both then. He brings out two used tires that are in really good shape, almost new, and they're actually a better brand than what I originally had on there. Then we get to the TPMS issue. The owner figures out in maybe 10 minutes that the sensor my computer was saying was bad wasn't even the actual broken one, AND it was mismatched in the system somehow. He had the right sensor, installed it, then spent close to an hour on the phone with a technician going through the TPMS relearn to get it reset properly. No one else could figure this out but he stuck with it until it worked. Now my light's actually off. He also told me I need a rear alignment but they don't do alignments there. Instead of just leaving it at that he told me exactly where to go and made sure to specify just the rear wheels, not all four, so I'm not wasting money on what I don't need. Prices were solid. Just honest work from an honest shop. I'll be back for sure.
