An off the wall, not-so-fancy establishment but at this point I just wanted my tire to be fixed or replaced ASAP. Without someone having to convince me that they feel "I am not safe in my vehicles and should consider purchasing larger tires" on my SUV to have them ALL replaced. No Gracias! As I arrived to Mateo's I shared how I know I need to replace one for sure and if he thinks I need more I was willing to have them replaced (Which I just bought 2 a couple months ago). Mateo said I only needed that one and he had it in stock! (YAY!) I gave him my key lock and he immediately started working on my tire since it indeed needed to be changed. The work was done in about 10 minutes WOW! I was impressed! He was nice, courteous and professional. I appreciate a straight-forward business that respects a woman despite my lack on tire knowledge. Thanks to Mateo, I was very pleased with his service and speedy work. I definitely recommend giving him a chance, very affordable too. He accepts cash and card.

I called 5x and even texted the business number. I saw that he read my text but he never even RESPONDED!!! I was nearly on a flat and was DESPERATE to get a used tire. It was a waste of TIME!! Going on a hunch (I passed on a shop closer bc the vibe wasn't right), it paid off. They've done thousand$ in various suspension work over the past few years and I'm only here bc I asked how I could put in a good review for them as a thanks. They seem pretty female-friendly too from what I've seen in the waiting room. Just be as specific as possible with your issue. They don't seem to advertise much (the pics are mad old) since they've got a whole building/shop next to the tire place now. A good "sleeper" shop as I don't care for the chain (get 'em in, get 'em out) type. Busier in the past few years, so be a little patient and you should (hopefully) be satisfied. We were a bit confused as to who we needed to see to get the tire repaired. The guys outside were busy and the lady inside told us to go outside. So we found a gentleman who was absolutely wonderful. We showed him where the leak was and he went to working. He ended up patching the tire bc there were 2 holes close together. We went inside the office to sit and wait. Other customers were pleasant in the waiting area which is a good sign. The family bathroom has a urinal, toilet and bidet which was neat but weird at the same time. Anywho, it took about 15 minutes and we were back on the road. He made sure all lugs were secured and pressure was right on the other tires as well. Sure beats my daughters experience at NTB by MD Anderson a few weeks ago...

After speaking with him and asking why did he lie ( after receiving my deposit)he responded they don't use cheap parts, but he did not say that "they only use " he said we can only find dealer parts. I gave them half because I believed him, it was quoted $2200 just to replace  struts  on a 2013 foreign vehicle, the guy NiCK is NOT trustworthy, he plays with words to get what he wants. How could I trust them to work on my vehicle? They then charged us another $600 to pick up the parts totaling $1800 for parts below. After the lie I called the following day (Saturday last week) they will not refund anything -store credit is what I was told. This is even if you cannot use the dealer parts they purchased as they are the wrong parts!! I will be contacting the office of attorney General and the BBB about this. I've been dealing with my TPMS light being on for a full year and no joke, this is the first shop…read morethat actually fixed it. I had already taken it somewhere else and they put in an OEM replacement sensor that I bought online myself for them to install, and the light STILL stayed on. It was really frustrating. So I came to Rayford Tire Shop originally because I had a nail in one of my back tires that was way too big to patch. I figured I'd need both rear tires done. The owner looks at it and goes "nah man you really only need the one." Like who actually does that instead of just taking your money? I was about to just get the one done but then he shows me the other tire is cupping really bad. I checked it out myself and yeah he was right, it was pretty obvious once I looked. So I'm like alright let's do both then. He brings out two used tires that are in really good shape, almost new, and they're actually a better brand than what I originally had on there. Then we get to the TPMS issue. The owner figures out in maybe 10 minutes that the sensor my computer was saying was bad wasn't even the actual broken one, AND it was mismatched in the system somehow. He had the right sensor, installed it, then spent close to an hour on the phone with a technician going through the TPMS relearn to get it reset properly. No one else could figure this out but he stuck with it until it worked. Now my light's actually off. He also told me I need a rear alignment but they don't do alignments there. Instead of just leaving it at that he told me exactly where to go and made sure to specify just the rear wheels, not all four, so I'm not wasting money on what I don't need. Prices were solid. Just honest work from an honest shop. I'll be back for sure.

I had a similar issue here both times that led to me having "mixed" feelings. First off, let me say, I live in Willis so a trip to Tomball is a little bit of a hike. With that said, when I came here to get my level several months ago, they didn't get it right the first time. My truck was extremely "bouncy" and was making a squeaking noise which led to me having to make a return trip for them to change the level kit & they got it right the second time. Fast forward to several weeks ago when I decided to get my 3.5" lift. I had a similar experience. Brought it in but they didn't get it right the first time. It wasn't bouncy but it was definitely making a squeaking sound. Came back which led to them fixing the struts and getting it right the second time. So both times, they didn't get it right the first time but nailed it the second time which became a bit of an inconvenience for me coming all the way from Willis. One absolute positive thing I'll say is that if you have an issue with your service here, they'll do whatever they can to make it right.
