I questioned it 3 times and never got a straight answer and never got reimbursed for it. The end result was over $3000 spent and it's still not drivable. One time we need a battery swapped out it's pretty hard to get to under the fender when we came to pick it up the fender and the will well were not put back together correctly, so I had to tell the young man at the front desk that the whole unit is loose and he copped an attitude and put it back in his shop and had his guys fix it. Another time we were here our car kept stalling. I told them that it seemed like it was the security system that needed to be rebooted, but they had to try every other option and kept the car for four days charging us almost $1000 to reboot the security system and give us a new key pad. Another time I asked him if they could check the brakes on the vehicle, cause they were acting strange and would offer them to pay for a new brake job when I get there the young man at the desk tells me that they have to charge us to look at it. Who charges to look at a vehicle's brake pads to see if they're good or not. I guess this place does and the only place that I could find that does. At this point I realized all they care about is the money they don't give a crap about the customers. When I found out, they want to charge me this astronomical price just to look at the brake pads and give me an estimate. I told them that I would come get the keys and take it somewhere else and the young man at the counter said good take it somewhere else .real professional. To everyone that reads this beware.

I assumed it was maybe something stuck in the wheel well. As it turned out, I had a giant screw stuck in my back tire. Never fun! Fortunately, I looked up tire places and saw R&B was located near my son's school, so when it was time to pick him up, I called them and they said they could jump on it right away. 12 minutes later, I was in front of their garage. Maybe another 12 minutes, and $25 later, I had a repaired tire. To be honest, I didn't even know R&B was here, despite driving past it constantly. It's kind of hidden behind Buldogies. Good to know now next time I need something tire related and don't feel like waiting hours at one of the big tire shops!

So here is my story, My husband needed new tires on his boat trailer and had problems removing the old tires. R&B to the rescue! It ended up being quite an ordeal for the tire shop to remove them as well, but this man kept at it and had my husbands boat and trailer for a week. He assured my husband that he would figure it out and take care of him. Y'all, R&B did exactly what he promised and hardly even charged my husband for his extensive time to solve the problem. They seem pretty female-friendly too from what I've seen in the waiting room. Just be as specific as possible with your issue. They don't seem to advertise much (the pics are mad old) since they've got a whole building/shop next to the tire place now. A good "sleeper" shop as I don't care for the chain (get 'em in, get 'em out) type. Busier in the past few years, so be a little patient and you should (hopefully) be satisfied. We were a bit confused as to who we needed to see to get the tire repaired. The guys outside were busy and the lady inside told us to go outside. So we found a gentleman who was absolutely wonderful. We showed him where the leak was and he went to working. He ended up patching the tire bc there were 2 holes close together. We went inside the office to sit and wait. Other customers were pleasant in the waiting area which is a good sign. The family bathroom has a urinal, toilet and bidet which was neat but weird at the same time. Anywho, it took about 15 minutes and we were back on the road. He made sure all lugs were secured and pressure was right on the other tires as well. Sure beats my daughters experience at NTB by MD Anderson a few weeks ago...

After only one day, the AC stopped cooling again. I returned to the shop, and instead of fixing the issue, they suddenly told me I needed additional parts costing $2,500. When I refused and asked for my money back because the original repair did not work, they refused and said the money was gone because the gas was already used. I feel cheated and disappointed. I paid for a repair that lasted only one day, and there was no proper solution or customer support afterward. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. I had a similar issue here both times that led to me having "mixed" feelings. First off, let me say, I live in Willis so a trip to Tomball is a little bit of a hike. With that said, when I came here to get my level several months ago, they didn't get it right the first time. My truck was extremely "bouncy" and was making a squeaking noise which led to me having to make a return trip for them to change the level kit & they got it right the second time. Fast forward to several weeks ago when I decided to get my 3.5" lift. I had a similar experience. Brought it in but they didn't get it right the first time. It wasn't bouncy but it was definitely making a squeaking sound. Came back which led to them fixing the struts and getting it right the second time. So both times, they didn't get it right the first time but nailed it the second time which became a bit of an inconvenience for me coming all the way from Willis. One absolute positive thing I'll say is that if you have an issue with your service here, they'll do whatever they can to make it right.
