I have been coming to this location for about 15 years. I have had some good and not-so-good experiences here (years ago, a tech left a filter not screwed on tight and also had an air intake hose disconnected, but these are all simple mistakes that can be made, especially with trying to service lots of customers as quickly as possible). Either way, I've never had a really bad experience, thankfully, and I simply wanted to write this review today of how much I appreciate the technicians there and the service staff. Big shout out to Victoria F., Hannah A., and Mitchell M. All three were exceptional in helping me today, and I have to say that Victoria went above and beyond, just making sure I was satisfied with my purchase and helping me throughout. Very sneaky place, watch out. I had my inspection done there but the technician told me I need a pair of new windshield wipers to pass the inspection which it would cost me $50. The technician also told me I can't go get the wipers and come back for the inspection, they will need to charge me for a second inspection. I later found out I could replace the wipers somewhere else and go back for the same inspection without paying again. They try to scam you, watch out. read more

I have been going to this location for 4 1/2 years up until today I was fairly satisfied! however, there must've been a change because today the person checking me out made a comment about me driving too along on my oil and I ask a question he gave me an attitude then they didn't attach the skid plate to my car so I had to come back. I'm coming back. The person said oh you have a skid plate problem I said yes I was just here. He said let me fix that. I had to go back and fix something that never should have been left and I was not even giving an apology. It's amazing how quickly good service can turn bad! read more

They always take twice as long as they say. I pulled up and asked for an oil change and a tire rotation, guy goes in and comes back and tells me the three different types of price points they have (different quality of oil). I said I'll take the middle option which was 79.99. I ask how long do you think it will take? They say " it'll be only 10-15 minutes because you're the only car here!" Not to mention there's 5 employees standing around. 30 minutes later the tech finally comes in to check me out, says its $113. I say why? The tire rotation is 30 dollars because "we're not a tire place." I said why didn't the guy tell me? "Yeah that's a good question he should have" This is knucklehead stuff. Okay FIRST OF ALL. Let me just gas (pun intended) Cassandra up for a second. I've been here twice now and each time I've been here she's been so dang sweet! She compliments me every time I'm there and I swear it makes my whole day. I came just for a routine state inspection and they were BUSY as heck. I didn't mind waiting at all but I was there quite a bit. Cassandra came into the office and told me I was all set. I told her awesome, but I still need to pay! She said NOPE. They went out of their way to take good care of me just because I had to wait a while, which I super appreciate that! I drive a fleet vehicle and all of the maintenance is done through a management company named WHEELS. I have a laminated card that tells when certain maintenance should be completed based upon mileage. This was my first time at this location. As a matter of fact, it was the first time I had ever been to a Jiffy Lube with this specific vehicle. With that, I know for a fact they do not have ANY maintenance history with this vehicle. I really wanted to come in for a quick oil change and get on with my day. After 45 minutes, I checked on my vehicle and was told they had changed the oil but were in process of changing the cabin filter, air filter, and rotating the tires. I told them I did not authorize all of this extra work. They said they decided to do it based upon the laminated card. They truly had no history on this vehicle and were making a ton of assumptions about maintenance that may or may not have been needed or may have been completed recently. For example, I had just recently purchased new tires so I knew for a fact the tires did NOT need to be rotated. The cabin filter wasn't that dirty and was borderline if it needed to be replaced or not. I immediately told them to stop doing what they were planning on doing and just get it ready for me to leave. I was there for almost an hour. I did not appreciate them doing repairs without talking to me first regardless of what the "card" was telling them to do. In my opinion, following instructions on a card to increase the ticket price without checking with the driver first is irresponsible and bad practice. This was my first and last experience with this specific Jiffy Lube. read more

I usually HATE getting my oil changed. Normally (at other places) I pull up, wonder where to park my car, go inside where no one is behind the counter and wait. This Jiffy Lube has someone come out and greet you while you are still in your car. They asked upfront if I wanted air filters or wipers replaced, I said no, and then didn't haggle me about it. Less than an hour later I came back and paid for just the oil change and tire rotation I wanted and was on my way. I didn't know I could have a good experience getting an oil change! It's hard to believe a oil change business that doesn't have a working grease gun. I specifically asked at check in to have grease put in grease fittings. I had to ask again if they greased fittings, that is when I was told grease gun was broken. They told me after oil was changed and work almost complete, now I have to go to another place or do myself. read more

Took my car for an oil change on 2/3. Watched the technician literally 'tear-off' the plastic shroud pieces that cover parts of the engine area, sending the plastic button clips flying. The technician was oblivious to the proper way to remove and re-attach shroud pieces. This damages the shrouds. I ended up grabbing as many of missing button-clips as I could find to put back on when I returned home. I talked to the manager on duty (according to the receipt Dylan G.) about this and instead of halting the technician and inspecting the damage, he merely said, 'he would talk to the technician.' OMFG. Do NOT go to this place if you care about your car and how it is treated. And if you do, I strongly suggest you stand over them and watch. Everyone at this location is so friendly from the technicians to the people that check you in and out. The only negative feedback I have is just the amount of upselling they do. They could 100% up charge their oil changes if they just included more. I'm not going to pay an extra $20 for a little battery corrosion removal, when most places take care of that for you and I'm already looking at $100 for a synthetic change which is fairly high anyways. Don't risk it! I brought my car there for a routine oil change and inspection last fall. My car started leaking oil and when I brought it into the dealership, they showed me how the most recent oil change had damaged my vehicle. $1,300 later... I've reached out to Jiffy Lube over a dozen times: in person, phone calls, a certified letter and direct to Corporate, but they won't help with the damages they caused or even return my calls. read more

On October 7 I went to this Jiffy lube location. The next month and a half has been out of horror movie. The technician started my engine without oil and didn't put my o rings on my oil filter correctly. When I confronted the technician and the manager they stated that it was just a "busted sensor". My truck then proceeded to need over 11 thousand dollars in repairs sense they started my truck without oil and ruined my engine. Additionally it took Jiffy lube over 8 days for them to make a claim for me to officially log a complaint. Once they finally stared the claim, I got connected with federated insurance. The insurance company was impossible to get a hold of and wouldn't respond back to phone calls or emails. I didn't get a rental car for over 1.5 weeks and was without a car. Then after 3 weeks of back and forth they paid for part of the repairs because that's what they "deemed necessary" based on the clients fault. How is it a clients fault for using your business for a simple oil change!!! I ended up being out 2,100 dollars and didn't have my truck for 45 days, completely unprofessional and absolutely horrendous business. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE. read more

Chris went above and beyond to help me out. My battery went dead about a mile down the road. I called Chris and on a very busy Saturday, he stopped what he was doing to give me a jump. Stopped in to get a quick oil change. Only two cars being worked on in the bays and was told it would be 15-20 minutes. Tell them I want a conventional oil change and they get started on it almost immediately. 20 minutes later they call me up and I think it's to pay. Nope. They call me up to ask what service I want. They left the air filter after checking causing the check engine light to come on. Took to the dealer and they charged somewhere around 600 to put a new part that was caused from dirty egr. They did refund the oil change and make it right but this is the second time that this has happened and the first time they did not. The first time they told me they checked the air filter but did not and it was almost sucked back into engine. That time the check engine went on as well. They are nice people and try hard just make sure to check your air filter afterwards everything else was good. read more
