I can't say enough good things about this establishment. You know, simple kindness and care can go a long way. Not to mention being a single woman and going to places like these can be challenging this day and age. When I called this place looking for used tires, John answered and was very nice. Even though they only had 1 used tire in my size he still went out of his way to provide different places and numbers for me to try. After calling around I ended up coming back to Jones and went with the 1 used tire and the other one new. They got me in the next day and I was in and out of the establishment in less than 20 minutes! My tires are great, the balancing is much better and the price was reasonable. And I was treated with complete respect and kindness. A place that takes pride in their customer service. I needed a few new tires so I searched online to find a local company. Drove up to Conroe from The Woodlands because I thought it might be worth it. I was treated with such excellent care and when I asked about this, I was told that "they just do things honestly". Seems like a simple business philosophy, which works particularly well when trying a new company. I was in and out in under 20 minutes, and I was allowed to stay in the car (it was cold) while the tires were installed. Your tire will leak as bad as their roof. Owner/ manager needs to work on his customer service skills. Don't waste your time.

I havent bought anything from this tire shop yet but I will when I am ready I have spent more than half of my day calling around trying to find what I need and ended up with half answers no answers rude and short answers..I had had enough of the run around but decided to call one last place anyways expecting the same bull-hockie....I spoke to a woman named Michelle @ Jones Tires and she had more than enough info for me she was very thorough and explained the difference between the different types of tires (I have never purchased my own tires before.Brothers Dad and Uncles usually do that for me :P was just never educated in rubber I guess lol ) She also took the time to give me prices for new and used tires in the brands that I was thinking about getting...anyways I highly doubt I will be disappointed when I get my tires from Jones because I am already satisfied and confident in their Customer service..Will let y'all know how it turns out :) read more
