Mark F. I installed…read morea pickup truck bed cover that I purchased online for my 2024 GMC Sierra. While attempting to install it, I could not get the bed cover panels to latch. I called the internet company for assistance, and they referred me to Innovative Collision and Accessories to see if they could make an adjustment on the cover to make it latch correctly. I brought the truck in and Roger and his technicians worked quickly to determine what the problem was and made the proper adjustment to the bed cover rails. They also tested everything out to make sure the cover works right. I really appreciate the professional work done on my truck and I would highly recommend this business to handle installing truck accessories. Thank you for your professional help!

The only negative thing I have to say is their wait time. For the lift, they were pretty busy despite haveing a scheduled appointment. That and the very poor wifi connection in the shop with no cell service was hard to do anything productful. I ended up having to leave my truck there over night since I had prior obligations, my appointment started at 8am but I wasn't told it wouldn't be finished until 4-5pm until 2hours into appointed time. Otherwise no complaints. The guys did solid professional work. I'm happy, thank you!

I was in search of a place to have a trailer hitch installed when I stumbled upon VIP. I was able…read moreto make an appointment for install within two days and their price was comparable to other businesses. When I arrived for the appointment I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half and they were spot on. The only downside of the wait time was the designated space they have for waiting. A handful of chairs in the back of the front showroom. A TV or a water cooler/coffee maker would substantially upgrade the comfort level, but alas they are new as assumed by the "now open" flags flying outside, so they get a pass for that. All in all I highly recommend VIP for hitch install over UHaul who said it would take a couple of weeks.
