I came here looking for new (all terrain vs mud) tires to put on my Jeep. The people that work here seem like they are genuinely interested in getting the parts and service that are best suited for you. Needless to say I ended up purchasing the tires and they scheduled the appointment to have them put on right then and there. My appointment time arrives a few days later and it took them around two hours to do all five (including the back spare) and I am very impressed with the quality of work. They have a nice seating area with couches, coffee and water while you wait. The two main gentlemen that we spoke with were Colton and Eric. Both were incredibly helpful and super nice. We are completely satisfied not just with the end results but the customer service! The leather seats arrived ahead of schedule, they notified us, we kept our appointment due to our schedule. The told us 3 days for everything we wanted done (had some wheels done) and had it ready ahead of time. They checked some other things and let us know they fixed that as well! Who does that?!? THEY DID!!. I did have to call and ask the status..just because I'm impatient..and was told it was ready. They fixed a very small issue immediately and we have received so many compliments! Talked a good game over the phone when initially looking to do a lift. But when I called back to get assistance on adding wheels/tires, they took my name and number but never called back. They cost a bit more than a trusted shop that did my previous truck but I liked they did the alignment on site here and I was recommended through a friend. I would've liked to give them a chance but not returning a call doesn't earn my business. And I've been able to work with my other shop over the phone for truly building out my lift that I'm doing the right thing going back where I'd had success the first time. read more

Total crooks, upcharge almost 2 thirds on parts directly from O'Reilly's, tried to blame parts house Manager. No telling how many people they already stole from and will continue....Just because you ask them to work on your vehicle the youngsters assume you do not know how or what the process is to repairing....Colton ask me if I knew what an alignment shim was, SMDH. Two upper control arm assemblies from O'Reilly cost $264.00 if AllOut orders it's $400+Tax with a $35 freight fee and O'Reilly delivers free....Will report to BBB...It's a shame they price gouge their customers like that and their manager scared to come out of his office after their scams revealed. Do yourself a favor and pass up AllOut or you will be AllOut Money by time these guy's finish with you. read more

Have to brag on Reid Rollinson who came through for us on a hitch install for our Infinity. We needed a luggage carrier for a family trip to CO and all the manufacturers were backordering the part. He called several suppliers to find the hitch and kept me in the loop the whole time. He found a part in Dallas and had it expedited and installed in time for our trip. Since Mike had my review removed from Google Maps, I'm posting one here in hopes that it stays. If not, I'll go to Facebook or wherever I need to go. You're not going to cover up my bad experience - I want everybody to know about how I was treated. I had brought the same truck to this shop less than two years ago and had zero issues. But this time was so vastly different that I still can't even believe it. I was lied to repeatedly, both on the phone and to my face, about what exactly was done to my truck and how much I was being charged for it. When I had questions about it, an employee named Ray answered them untruthfully, rudely, and in an intentionally evasive, vague manner. When I calmly called him a liar and said his manager would hear about his confrontational attitude when he gets back in the office, his response was "I'll put you IN THE GROUND for talking to me that way!! You think this job matters that much to me?!?". He threatened my life, and also to withhold my keys if I didn't pay the full amount (which I had already agreed to at that point, because I wasn't going to leave my truck with this lunatic for another minute). A few more words were exchanged, then he stepped out from behind the counter to attack me and had to be restrained by a few of his coworkers. Luckily, nobody was hurt. I contacted the manager Reid when he got back in town...he decided to take his employee's dishonest version of events for fact, due to lack of audio recording ability on the security cameras. How convenient. Ray's superiors, who I only expected to take accountability for his outburst, continue to suggest that I'm just making this all up, so I'll be sure to mention this experience every time a conversation comes my way about custom trucks or shoddy mechanics. Many of my friends, relatives, clients, coworkers and training partners across the greater Houston area have lifted trucks too. The general manager and part owner Bryan called me to let me know he's choosing to back up the liars who he employs, rather than have to deal with firing Ray and hiring a new guy. He's getting a slap on the wrist because it's a boys club up there and his coworkers all "colluded" on a made-up side of the story that paints Ray as practically innocent. This collusion was even admitted by manager Reid on a recorded phone call. And now this guy Bryan is calling me, getting VERY animated and making legal threats, saying I had better take this review down or else he will see me in court for "slander". He also tried to pay me off to silence me but wanted me to sign some document to ensure I would keep quiet about everything. I only reached out because I expected him to do the right thing and fire Ray. That's the least I would do in that position. The immaturity of the company really showed when Bryan called me back, denying everything that happened to me for the sake of a phone recording, putting words in my mouth that were never spoken, fake-laughing at me and saying I'm the one who needs to get my head checked and not his unhinged employee, claiming they will sue me "for more than my truck is worth" if I post anything negative about them online, etc. But I won't be intimidated out of my first amendment right. Would rate zero stars if possible, for all the drama, for wasting my time, and for telling me they'd be happy to remove things from my bill that they never did. They overcharge on the parts and the labor anyway. I went and found a much more honest shop to take the truck to since it started making a whining noise the instant I drove away from All Out. It needs a new coolant hose because one of their mechanics kinked it during my rack installation. No surprise there I guess. Also won't be surprised if they take this review down again or post a reply saying I'm the liar. They handled my complaints with the grace of a highschool auto tech class who just found out three of them have been seeing the same girl. Total clowns who have nothing of value in their lives other than their trucks. Keep the "tools" in the shop and off the sales floor next time. read more

I am totally impressed with this place. The staff is highly knowledgeable of all parts and accessories. It only took one day for my 6 inch suspension lift to get installed on my 2013 F150. It looks fantastic and performed like a whole new truck. This place is truck heaven. From the time that I walked in dealing with both salesman and the manager. It was an absolute pleasure. I purchased a new F150xlt and brought it to ALLOUT to have the windows tinted. I arrive to pick it up and they explain that the glass was scratched and therefore it showed through the tinting. They took it off once and reapplies but same issue. I called the Ford salesman I bought it from & he told me to drive back to Stafford, Texas so they can get pictures. I didn't realize that the factory windows came stock already slightly tinted so when I drove it back I showed them the scratches all over the window but actually thought it was on the window tint which is what I told them. The fleet manager brought out someone else and they both really spent a great deal of time looking over the window and said it was the fault of ALLOUT, The tint job was the issue not the glass. I drive 45 minutes back to ALLOUT and speak to the manager REID ROLINSON Who then tells me, there was no tent on there they removed it did that was actually the naturally lightly tinted stock glass. So I realized the dealership salesman wasn't even familiar with his own product because the window wasn't tinted at all. The car salesman at Helfman Ford didn't bother returning my phone calls or Reids. I explained to him the scratched windows are actually reported in reviews online too. Reid, took it upon himself to Replace the driver side window & tinting it, picking up the tab for all of it. It's pretty lousy customer service at a dealership where you drop a bundle of money and it's the manager, Reid at ALLOUT that has to take care of me. Great customer service, I was impressed and will return to finish off the rest of the upgrades I have planned for my truck. read more

Allout Offroad should be everyone's go to shop when it comes to any vehicle work! I was inquiring getting my truck lifted and Reid (Salesman) was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. I was contacting him via email and via text and he addressed every single one of my concerns. Reid is an excellent member of this company. He was even available after hours if I had any questions. After weeks of back and forth communication we were finally able to set a deal. Their pricing is the most affordable in the area. I've checked numerous locations throughout the houston area and this place by far has the best prices. Reid even reassured me that they use the latest state of the art equipment. When it was time to get the job done, I ran into some snags with the install. The vehicle had some issues, the whole truck would jerk forward while driving it from a complete stop. I tried to inspect the install itself and it was quite poor. There were wires and cables hanging out that weren't secured down by screws. Some cables were just secured by zip ties instead of routing them where they needed to go. It was an awful job. I took it back to the shop on multiple occasions but they said they couldn't recreate the issue; which frustrated me because I had to take off work early multiple times just to get there before the shop closes so I lost money on that. The only thing they said they could do was to re-torque and re-tighten everything. At least at this point, all the cables were finally rerouted correctly and secured down with screws. Eventually, they offered a technician to ride with me for a test drive and once we got out onto the road, he immediately knew what was wrong. He took the truck back the shop and as he started to tear everything down, he noticed there was a missing component with the lift kit because my drive shaft would jerk as soon as he removed one of the parts and so they had to contact the Vendor. This led me to believe that their shop technicians aren't very thorough with the install or with troubleshooting. Nonetheless, they tried to fix the issue but it was never completely resolved. Their rationale for not wanting to completely fix the issue was that they didn't want to run into driveline vibrations or potentially making the matters worse. I thought that it was a valid reason. I'm still not happy that I had to go through so much trouble and so many revisits just to end up only partially fixing the issue when the issue should have been identified during the initial reported complaint. If I could rate their sales and customer service separately from their shop service and quality, I would. Unfortunately, google reviews does not have those capabilities. Despite the issues with the installation, Reid was still in communication with me every step of the way. He was always willing to take my truck back to the shop as many times as needed until I was a satisfied customer. If it weren't for Reid's communication and customer service, I would've rated this place rather low. Thanks to Reid and thanks to the helpful technician that went to go for a test drive with me, I would certainly come back, because I know I can trust him to give me the best prices, and although I may not get the best quality of work done, I know I can still count on him to find me that technician who is fully competent and capable to address any issues that may arise with any future projects. Hopefully this won't be the case for next time and hopefully the install will be done perfectly! I highly recommend Reid and Allout Offroad and I certainly would go back to them for future projects! I had a terrible experience with an offroad shop in Katy, where my money was used for there personal spending instead of said parts that were ordered...after being lied to countless number of times I picked up my few parts that had came in, and went over to allout offroad (full flex) spring location. Mark took great care of me he even offered to get my stuff done the next day in order to show my truck at a local show (lone star throwdown) some things got in the way as far as lifts but that was on my end...but the following week we got my new lift ordered and it was here within a couple of days and the day I dropped it off it was completed and ready for pickup...I have nothing but great things to say about the allout offroad guys read more
