They charged me for a "free" estimate that I never received. Claimed I okayed a total out on my car that insurance hadn't even gotten a chance to look at. When I realized what they were up to I immediately called for a tow truck to get my vehicle. They wouldn't release it to him claiming I owed them $457. $250 of which is written on the receipt as a third party tow. I have camera footage of a big yellow 3R tow truck coming to take my vehicle for a "free" estimate. What really happened was they got mad they weren't going to screw the insurance out of bogus claims of expensive repairs, and since they couldn't get the claim number from me, tried to say they could only accept cash, wouldn't take over the phone payments, etc . Everything to make it hard for me. Forwarded calls, got hung up on several times by Diana. This place is horrible. Unscrupulous behavior. I will never take my business here again. read more

I wouldn't use this shop!!! Brought my Jeep there for a hood and fender paint job. Ended up bringing it back because the whole jeep was oversprayed including the engine. They grounded down brackets on one of the fenders and painted over it hoping I wouldn't notice. (They wouldn't take ownership!) Went back to pickup and as usual owner wasn't there to talk about how they missed getting overspray off entire engine bay. Don't use them if they mess up they won't admit it!!!! As you can see in pictures the last is what they were supposed to look like, but their body man couldn't admin he grinded the brackets on one fender then stopped. read more

I took my Jaguar in last week after a front end collision to 3R Automotive and Collision for repair. My main reason for going to 3R automotive was based on positive & consistent 5 star Google and yelp reviews composed by very satisfied customers. I, like past customers, also gave 3R Autommotive a much deserved five star review! I just want to say the work that was done on my vehicle was outstanding, the customer service was exceptional and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Ruben and his team at 3R automotive! read more

3R Automotive & Collision was recommended to me by a colleague at work and I was NOT disappointed! Reuben repaired a worn spot on my car seat, removed multiple door dings and re-wrapped my leather steering wheel due to extensive wear. The quote was very competitive and he completed the work when promised. I have already recommended this shop to another colleague at work. He's great. Chris W read more

My 2011 Honda Odyssey had a tear in the armrest leather. I stopped by and Ruben took a look at it right away. He was so helpful and friendly. He contacted me the next day to say he could match the leather and could start the repair right away. The process was smooth and turn around was fast. I am so please with the results. I plan to have a few other issues taken care of here, and will also be bringing my other vehicle in for them to work on! read more

About a month or so, I took my Chevy Silverado to Ruben at 3R Automotive, for a complete paint job, not only was I satisfied with the customer service, but blown away with the type of work this guys do, my Chevy looks completely amazing, the custom paint job I requested required 3 colors, also taking care of all dents and a brand new bed liner, In the process Ruben was in communication at all times, by email or text message, turn in my vehicle the day he promise, I recommend this place 100% I am working in a new project and I already know where I'm taking my car, for the next complete job, this time I am going with candy paint and trust 100% 3R that they would do the best to execute the job. read more

I have taken all my cars to Ruben at 3R (Lexus SC400, Audi TT, Mercedes S500, Chevy Uplander) over the period of 6 years. I have had nothing but EXCELLENT work done on each. On each vehicle, he only fixed what was needed and even fixed something minor on my wife's van and didn't charge me as it took him 10 min. Try that somewhere else! Oh, and another time he drove my Lexus back to my house as I was working and his wife came and picked him up after a great 30 min talk about cars and life in general. You will LOVE this guy. I just bought a 2004 Toyota Tacoma (I love cars :) and had him put on an aftermarket hitch and mount/wire up some off-road lights. Fantastic work!! Even took the time to make the wiring under the hood look factory!! Free oil change topped it off! I have always been very impressed with Ruben's customer service and his technical skill. My wife's family takes their vehicles to Ruben and he has always 1. Fixed the issue and 2. Has provided a great price. Take your car to Ruben at 3R. Trust me..I don't write reviews like..at all. But I had to jump in here and say you will love the service you get with Ruben and his crew. read more

My car was fixed at 3r Automotive & Collision, the service was great. They fixed the bumper and did a wonderful job! They have excellent customer service and I felt like at home, they are very nice and down to earth people, they explained every detail and made sure I didn't have any doubts. I really recommend this place if you ever need any body and paint service. What matters is how the job is done and the way they treat you. God bless this business! read more

Without any doubt the best workshop in The Woodlands and Houston area. Impecable ethic of work and honesty. I was astonished with the results. They can fix from oldies to super exotic cars. In my case they took my crash car after I felt in the hands of a workshop who owner was as dishonest and liar, he charged the insurance and didn't made any work to my car for 5 months. I literally had to took out my car with out the hood and in exceedingly bad conditions. Someone close to my family recommended 3R Automotive and Ruben. I was staggered with the attention that I received since the beginning. Ruben explain to me the situation and how he can help me with the insurance and my car. At the end (3R automotive) they just not only delivered my car in pristine conditions, as they also costumed my car, and narrowly one week after my car a Maserati Gran Turismo Sport won the 1 place in the "Houston Exotic Auto Festival" as the best exotic car in the exposition! read more
