I'll start by saying I have the worst luck in regards to vehicles. I have had to replace 3 cars due to wrecks since I moved to Houston in 2018. So when I got rear ended I was devastated and just knew a body shop would total my vehicle in their search for more money. I knew the best way to avoid this was to find a nice local, mom and pop type shop that would actually listen to me when I asked them to work with me and not total out my car. The wonderful front desk lady communicated so very well and very clearly what HAD to be done and what we could just leave alone because it wouldn't affect the integrity of the car. They were super up front and even helped me out when it came time for pick up and my deductible was something I was struggling to meet. They did amazing work and given it was around a major holiday they were very timely with their repairs. I cannot recommend the people at Neighbors Collision enough. My car had been towed to a storage yard after an accident the previous evening. I called the phone number given for the yard all day long, with no answer. I knew I was being charged an enormous daily charge, so I was anxious to get it into the body shop. I looked up the location of body shops near this yard and called Neighbors Collision Center. Since the car was only covered for liability, I knew I was in the dark as to what this was going to cost me. I spoke with the co-owner, Alicia, who volunteered to drive over to the storage yard and try to locate someone and to check on the car. She told me that often these storage yards have odd hours of being open. I asked her if she could have it towed to her shop to stop the ongoing charges of the tow yard. Alicia called me an hour later. She had the car and paid the tow yard and towing charges for me. She told me the car looked bad and sent me photo's. I went down the following day to her shop and saw the car was totaled. I decided not to have it fixed because of mangled body and frame damage. I was so relieved to have found someone who just took the pressure and stress off of me by handling everything. In my opinion, their rating should be A+ This business also does vehicle maintenance and is family owned. I had a pretty good dust up with my car while driving for UBER. The insurance was a bit complicated because it involved both the UBER coverage plus my own personal insurance for various aspects of the claim. I dealt with Joanna who is the office manager regarding this portion of the claim, and she was flawless. No problems whatsoever. Now for the best Part. The work they did was impeccable!!! My car is a 2018 KIA Soul. When they finished, it looked just like a brand new car. Tomas Villa the owner was a pleasure to work with. His crew was totally outstanding. In today's supply chain mess they did a very good job of getting me back on the road in a quick and timely fashion. And did I tell you the car looked great? This is a family business who seems to pride itself in delivering family valued service to its customers. I am now a customer for life. I would recommend that anyone needing body work use this place. We had a brand new car that had a minor rear fender accident. My wife found these folks through Google and Yelp. We didn't really want to deal with the dealer auto-body shop because we knew we would be ripped off, and we really believe in supporting local businesses over big chains that have different priorities. Tomas took care of us quickly and professionally, as did his wife Alicia. We were nervous about the accident because of all the sensors in a new car, but they worked around it and offered us a good, clear estimate, fixing what needed to be fixed and, most importantly, listening to us with regards to what we would be satisfied with rather than trying to upsell us with things we didn't need or want. They delivered as asked and didn't overcharge. We hope not to have to use them again, but we absolutely would go if we needed to. read more

My first time going to this location. Alicia and Tomas have great customer service! I am a little apprehensive of mechanics to being with, but I took my vehicle here after I heard a strange noise and Tomas was able to fix it the same day. He provided me with a reasonable estimate and made sure to explain the details before I agreed. I received my car back the same day and it was better then ever. He recommended some other issues I needed to check on later, however made sure to let me know they were not serious and can still use my car as normal.
