I had my vehicle here to get my interlock device removed as they removed it they did damage to the tint on my window that I paid for was not cheap upon me asking to speak with the owner about the damages and why the correct protocol was taken for removing it as in a head adhesive removal for glue the lady in the back said there nothing I'm gonna do about I said what I said as I asked for a email or number to speak with the owner she laughed and said I get the emails I'm not giving a number and once again said very rude there's nothing I'm gonna do about it I would really like to speak with the owner over her carelessness and rudeness I would not recommend this place to anyone . I had my car repaired here and it took 3 months to complete. I was called that it was ready for pick-up yet there were all kinds of problems with the car. The underside of the car was not sealed to prevent water from entering the trunk, 4 bolts were missing nuts, the new trunk lid was damaged (and they tried to blame me), the stripes were short, crooked, and peeling; and the bumper fit horribly. The manager Kandi claimed I caused the damage to the trunk lid - which is outrageous. They said the issue with the bumper was that it was not OEM so they contacted the insurance to get the correct part, and now after receiving $300 from the insurance company the owner, Sunny, is refusing to fix my car and event stated "I'm done helping you". I didn't know actually doing the work correctly for what was paid (and then some) was "help". I thought that's what you do - make the job right. It would also be great to do it right the first time. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS unless you too want to be treated in this manner. I now have to take it to another shop and pay to have it professionally corrected. read more

Exercise caution when considering Sunny Zamir shop, as my promised lifetime warranty is NONEXISTENT under new management/name change. Despite the "potential competence" of new management & workers, any change in the company, with Sunny Zamir appointing new management or altering the business name, renders your lifetime warranty practically WORTHLESS. The replacement of truck components, such as swapping a perfectly good dash cluster for a damaged one and changing my good Westin to Laverne step bars with poorly attached plastic Westin steps, raises concerns. The unnecessary removal of an undamaged step bar from passenger side and dash cluster swapped out further raises questions about their practices. Moreover, charging my insurance company for replacing the cab side, while pulling and bonding the panel, reflects dishonest practices to pocket the extra funds. They had my truck over 100 days on a 10 day job. I played a role in Sunny Zamirs shop losing its status as the preferred body shop for Northwest Dodge. When the new owners of Northwest Dodge took charge, I ensured they were aware of the implications of sending their customers to Sunny Samir's shop. If there has been any change in this arrangement, I am prepared to contact the owners of Northwest Dodge again or any dealership that does business with Sunny Zamir shop. * His warranty proves worthless amidst new management & name changes. Speaking the truth is not slander. My truck reflects the reality. Verify business history at that location. I obtained a judgment against Primestar's manager Mark Kedda the registered agent of the company not Sunny Zamir, co-owners are the ones taken to court when issues arise. Momentum was Tony who attempted to charge me again to fix this mess. Just like you did Denise. Sunny Zamir, a co-owner then and now, doesn't honor his warranty when he profits off of the money made in the company versus collecting rent for the shop, he should honor all warranties but he doesn't. I delayed my review due to threats against my family while living in the area. How much would it cost to rectify this situation? Myseriously my review keeps disappearing from Google so I am adding it here too. Collision Fix installed an interlock device for me. During installation they ruined the upholstery in the area where the wires were installed. I left a review stating this and also acknowledging that the interior of the car already had flaws. One flaw it did not have though, was the disgusting damage shown in photos. I left a review and the owner responded with a blatant lie stating that they were not the ones who installed the device. Luckily I have the receipt. I am trying to add pictures to this review to prove the lies spouted by their owner. It's bad enough that my upholstery was ruined and that all I got out of them was "this is a job for an upholstery shop." Yes, correct. It is a job for an upholstery shop. However, this job would not be necessary in this specific area had they not damaged it to begin with. What's worse is that the owner tried to lie and shift all blame to me. I hope after reviewing the receipt and reconsidering their comments that the owner will take responsibility as they should have to begin with. At the very least admit they they lied and apologize. I'm expecting it will be blown off though and redirected back at me. Use your judgement when deciding whether to use Collision Fix Unlimited. Look at the way the owner responds to any grievances and tries to belittle their complaints. He lies, denies, and fabricates stories that fit his narrative. This place is awesome! After some damage occurred to my car, I did some research on body shops in the Houston, TX area. I received multiple quotes from body shops, but Collision Fix Unlimited gave me the best prices. Not only are their prices fair, but the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable (thanks again Denise!!!!). Lastly, after damage is repaired on your vehicle, you can take your car in 30+ days later for a complimentary detail. Wish I could tell you we got a square deal and at the very least, decent customer service, but I can't. Work performed was unsatisfactory and unfinished. Won't be back, will never refer this shop, and can't say one nice thing. Office manager was as sweet as pie when we dropped the car off and did a 180 degree turn when it was time to take delivery. Unhelpful, unbending, and belligerent, to say the least. We had no leverage as the insurance company had paid the shop in full before our car was ready. My original yelp review was deleted. Well, i don't know where to start! Denise is amazing and will make sure everything gets done. These people are very professional, courteous and keep you in the loop. Collision fix took care of much more than expected for me and I could not have been happier. They helped with my rental, deductible, and more stuff on my car that was not even part of the plan!!!! In a nutshell, this is the best collision / mechanical shop I've dealt with in my life! Everything from the service, to the quality of parts used (they used brand new factory quality parts rather than used/junk yard parts like many of these place), and to the timeliness is A1. Not only is my car running like brand new and like it never has before since I bought it, but they also can incorporate your towing (if needed) into your insurance and also will lower your deductible and how much you pay out of pocket (if applicable). The customer service here is impeccable! Denise and Matt were a pleasure to deal with and were very nice, timely and detail oriented. Denise, the manager, really made a point to explain what needed to be repaired and getting the best value for me based on the insurance estimate. About a month after my repair I was hearing undercarriage sounds which were not right. I brought it back and Denise was very apologetic and said her repairs were guaranteed. When her team at Collision Fix could not correct the problem, she contacted Skeeters who then made the fix. So that I was not inconvenienced, she provided me with a rental car until the problem could be sorted. Had the front core support replaced in an FJ Cruiser 2 years ago. All spot welds they did are rusting out and the whole core support is covered in rust shortly after they "painted" it. Found leftover feed wire from the welder hanging off on some welds. Fast sloppy work, support was also welded too low.. been slamming the hood for two years and now the hood has a nice curve to it from slamming it shut. hood stoppers are all the way in.. cant adjust anymore.. Where the hood meets the firewall i can shove a whole finger in between the body line... Could of gone to Macco, they could of done better and I could of saved money... My friends referred me to this place and they wouldn't ever call or talk to me about the vehicle and kept calling my buddy instead of the actual owner of the darn vehicle... ME!... read more
